The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from the airport, with an excellent location right next to the MRT Rama 9 station, just a two or three-minute walk away. You can see the subway station sign on the wall when you exit the hotel elevator and turn left – it's really close, right outside the mall. The hotel service is great; they deliver luggage to your room and explain the breakfast and pool hours. They're very patient and prompt in resolving any issues. Breakfast is good too, and the Pad Kra Pao (stir-fried basil rice) we ordered from the hotel restaurant was especially delicious. We also got a free upgrade to a deluxe sky-view room on the 26th floor!

The hotel is new, clean, and tidy.
The staff were kind and friendly, and they promptly resolved the issue with the electric blind in the bathroom.
The restaurant is comfortable, and the food is delicious with a good variety.
The location is very convenient; On Nut station is right downstairs, Tesco Lotus is across the street, and Big C is about a 5-minute walk away. There's also a massage street nearby if you're looking for affordable massages.

The most pleasant surprise was their thoughtfulness. I assume they noticed it was my daughter's birthday during check-in, as we found a small decoration and a cake in the room when we returned! My daughter was thrilled, and I was touched by their attention to detail. Thank you so much!

Hotel is away from the busy CBD but it has its own charm. Beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River. The staffs  are attentive and polite making us felt at home. Check in staff Piew was helpful and pleasant. Thank you to May, the supervisor at the dining room for being so attentive.  Arm, the staff at the check in helped to reactivate my room card which was not working and he was very approachable. Overall mood hotel which I will want to come back again.

This is a good hotel in a very nice location, with plenty of good food options nearby. Superstores are located just behind the hotel, and the metro station is very close. Overall, it was a good experience.

I stayed this hotel for 3 nights with my family, the service here is excellent. I rent a car for this trip and they offered valet parking service.  The hotel is closed to the monorail station but I haven't take the rail transportation this time, its overall in a good location with easy access to many tourists points in Dubai.  The room is big and buffet breakfast is excellent too.

I had a wonderful 8-night stay at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food, and the menu changed regularly during my stay. Housekeeping did a great job keeping my room spotless every day.

Special thanks to Mahmood and Maya at reception, and Noemi and Robert at the restaurant for their friendly and helpful service. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Avani Chaweng Samui Hotel & Beach Club has a trendy and vibrant atmosphere, with a beautiful beachfront setting and a great location near shops and food places in Chaweng. The room was comfortable, clean, and stylish, and the overall stay felt relaxing and enjoyable.

A special thank you as well for the complimentary birthday room decoration and birthday cake prepared during my stay. It was a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday feel extra memorable and heartwarming.

One issue we encountered was that the iron provided was stained and unfortunately damaged my new blouse while ironing. However, I appreciated that the team tried their best to provide service recovery and assist with the situation professionally and politely.

Overall, it was still a pleasant stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience at the hotel.

Avani is tucked away in a quiet area of Koh Samui, which was perfect for us as we were looking for a relaxing getaway. We booked a villa with a private pool, which was a great choice and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The resort offers complimentary shuttle services to and from four different locations, which are included with every reservation. We also had an additional shuttle service included with the type of room we booked.

The service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We had a really lovely time at the resort.

The only downside was the low tide in front of the resort. The water is quite far out, so you need to walk for around 10 minutes if you want to swim in the sea.

There’s a good range of activities available, so you could easily fill your week if you wanted to. The hotel can also arrange boat tours and other excursions. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant offered a surprisingly varied selection considering the resort only has one kitchen.

I’d definitely recommend Avani Samui to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, especially for a family holiday. If being able to explore the island independently is important to you, I’d recommend hiring a rental car. Otherwise, you can easily use the hotel shuttle or Grab, which is what we did. I’m sure the reception team would also be more than happy to help organise transportation if needed.
