This place offers excellent value for the money! I had zero issues during my stay and was pleasantly surprised by the many amenities included free of charge. The laundry room was a lifesaver, with everything you need to do your washing, and you can even use it until the end of the day you check out.

Check-in was a breeze with the provided codes, and I was immediately impressed by how clean and modern everything was. Best of all, everything just worked! No broken appliances or fixtures like you often find in other rentals and hotels.

I'd not heard of Bob W prior to my stay but I'll definitely be looking out for their other properties when I visit other cities in the future.

Bob W was okay, pretty expensive but amazing location. It's on a super noisy street, which is fine if you have earplugs. In general the building felt a little run down, and we were missing some things like little coffee sachets from the room, and the shower not great. Overall I probably wouldn't come back here and try somewhere else next time I am in London!

The hotel is very close to the Helsinki Railway Station. We dragged our suitcases in the snow for about 10 minutes. It was 5 minutes from the main road. google positioning was very accurate. The disadvantage was to climb a small staircase. It was a bit hard to take the luggage, but it was not in the way. Self-service, Before check-in, you will send a mail to inform the door password and room password. You can read the email and open the door password first. You can put your luggage in the luggage room. When you leave, you can store it (remember to check out at 23:00 on the day of check-out). The room is large, there is a hot water bottle, the refrigerator is soundproof, there is a TV small table, The toilet space is also large, hot water is enough, shampoo/hair care/bath gel is provided, hair dryer is also provided, room heating is enough, English is not good, don't be afraid, you can understand check-in/check-out English, others are numbers, very convenient, free communication,5-8 minutes away from the mall, there are restaurants/supermarkets nearby, Walk slowly from the tourist's favorite farmer's market in 10-15 minutes to walk (take pictures while walking) The first day has arrived at 8 o'clock and put down the luggage. After half a day, I walked to the farmer's market/open-air market/Helsinki Cathedral/rock church/library/and a red church (forgot what it is called) I went shopping and took a photo. The time was very good. It was really convenient. I was very satisfied with the hotel with such a high cp value in Finland! ! I hope these real evaluations will help the passengers behind, 2026/01/26 stay, recommend a restaurant (kappeli) near the hotel to provide cream salmon soup at 11 noon 16.9 euros/person, self-service shake soup, bread to eat, soup can also be continued, the environment is beautiful, the soup is also very good, suitable for taking pictures, Eat and drink, another (Fazer cafe) chain store near the hotel, many nearby, cinnamon rolls are very pleasantly surprised!

Let me talk about the facilities first, very perfect!
The bathroom has a washing machine, drying rack and laundry balls! Dry and wet separation!
Kitchen has everything! Oven, dishwasher, all kinds of pots and pans! All you can think of is ready!
The industry also provides! ! USB charging head! Plate! ! ! ! Everything is so beautiful 😊
Traveling is also very convenient ～～ From Helsinki Central Station, take the No. 4 bus and get off at kauppiaankatu and walk for less than 1 minute. Basically, you can see the signboard when you look up! Don't worry about the problem of luggage dragging for a long time to get to the accommodation point! Very close! !
There is also a supermarket downstairs where you can buy ingredients ～👍👍👍
Check-in only needs to be registered on the mobile phone ～ to get the check-in password ～ very effective and fast!

Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. 
I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip.

Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest.

Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion.

Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity.

In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

I live in the attic and the bedding is really good quality! The roof of the landmark building can be seen outside the window. The location is very convenient, you can go to the attractions! The water on the window sill is very high-end and should be charged.

Nähe zur Münchner Freiheit U-Bahn ist von Vorteil. Das Einchecken ist einfach. Wir hatten das Zimmer 202, welches direkt am Aufzug liegt und dadurch mit lärm zu rechnen ist. Unser Zimmer ging  zur Straße, was mit Straßen lärm und Publikum Lärm vom Petit Fritz bis spät in die Nacht. An der Rezeption wird nur Englisch gesprochen, was ich nicht gut finde.
Problem ist der Parkplatz, das war das Hauptauswahl Kriterium. Im Nachgang hieß es, dass man den nicht Buchen kann und nur nach Verfügbarkeit vergeben wird. Auch das genaue vorgehen wie man den bekommt wurde nicht erläutert. Anscheinend kann man das in Zukunft buchen.

Was quite nice, not too expensive even during Oktoberfest, definitely would go again
