The hotel has a great location, and the front desk service is excellent and welcoming. They provided free breakfast, and the room was very clean. I upgraded to a room with floor-to-ceiling windows for a night view. The bedding was comfortable, and after I checked in, the concierge signed for the courier and delivered it to my room. I was very satisfied. The hotel has a heated swimming pool, nice dining rooms, and a lobby bar with tea. It was very pleasant to sit in the sun and drink tea. The experience was good, and the service awareness was very good. When I checked out, I dragged my luggage, and the concierge was very attentive and came to pick it up immediately. The service staff greeted me with a smile when I came in and out. I was very satisfied with the overall service, and I like it and recommend it.

The Hotel is amazing, with great service and great people 😊 and they were wonderful. If you need to eat in the morning their is delicious breakfast and a nice laundry area to wash your clothes; with both washing machine and dryer machine, and nearby the hotel there are multitude of restaurants to choose from.

I choose this hotel because price and location. It’s the best option near airport bus. Excellent service and super clean room. Around metro stations and the Tokyo station for train and ultraman store.

It was a bit late to the store on a business trip. The front desk gave me a free upgrade to the room. There was a factory next door, but there were soundproof windows. It was quiet and the sheets were soft latex mattresses. I slept until dawn and was very comfortable.

Staying at your hotel is really a perfect experience beyond expectations! You can feel the hotel's intentions from all details. Xiao Cheng at the front desk smiled warmly, checked in quickly, and also took the initiative to upgrade the room type. Room service responded promptly and the turndown service was intimate and thoughtful. The arranged room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the night sleep is good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient, and the toiletries are of good quality. The hotel is very quiet in the city center and convenient for travel. The high-rise city view room I stayed in had a wide view and the night view was particularly charming. The breakfast is varied in Chinese and Western style, the ingredients are fresh, and the local snacks are surprising. The restaurant has an elegant environment and good service. The gym is fully equipped and the free WiFi speed is very fast. Overall, it takes into account the efficiency of business travel and the comfort of leisure and vacation, and the price is very high.

The room is pretty good. I have stayed here several times and it is very comfortable. I will come again next time.
