The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were very new. It's close to the pedestrian street, with lots of snacks and a lively atmosphere at night. The front desk service was excellent; they even allowed a late check-out for free. Plus, there was complimentary juice in the lobby.

This hotel offers an elegant and comfortable environment overall. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. The rooms are clean and tidy, with excellent natural light and ventilation, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The common areas are spacious and bright, with a simple yet grand decor, and attention to detail is evident throughout. The amenities are complete, providing a great user experience. The surrounding area is quiet, and transportation is convenient. My stay was very pleasant, and the service was warm and attentive. It offers great value for money and is a top choice for accommodation when traveling. I'll definitely consider it first next time.

This time I took the time to visit Wuhan. I went to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, the river beach and the Yellow Crane Tower. Although the weather in Wuhan was very hot and tiring, it was still very rewarding! This time I chose Wuhan Zhuankou Sports Center Fengdu Hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was hit by the fragrance. The lobby is full of decoration and has a metallic texture. The young brothers and sisters at the front desk were also very friendly. They were polite, took the initiative to help carry their luggage, and helped arrange a room near Taizi Lake. The rooms are large in size, all are voice-controlled, and songs can be played in the room. It feels like the room is full of technology! I highly recommend everyone to visit Wuhan, and I also recommend you to choose Fengdu Hotel in Zhuankou, Wuhan! ! !

I genuinely recommend this hotel. Its location right next to the main road and the bus stop makes it super convenient, whether you're here for business or sightseeing. The facilities are quite new, and the smart control system in the room is really handy—you can operate the curtains and lights with a single touch. Plus, there's a mini-fridge and complimentary bottled water. The hygiene is excellent, and daily housekeeping for extended stays is a huge plus. The front desk staff are quick with check-ins and provide service with a smile, patiently answering any questions. I'll definitely be back!

Service: Upon check-in, they gave me a last-minute room, and the room type I booked using a group-buying voucher on my phone was different from the room type shown on their website. They also booked a four-day, three-night stay, and called me again around 3 PM the next day to ask if I wanted to check out. Only after I told them we had booked a four-day, three-night stay did they check and confirm it was true. It felt very unprofessional.

Cleanliness: Upon check-in, there were obvious dried water stains on the toilet counter, but they weren't impossible to wipe off. The cleaning lady didn't even bother to clean them.

Breakfast: For the expensive price of 58 yuan per person, fried food was simply covered with an oil paper and left overnight.

The notes mentioned a late-night snack, but there was nothing.

Laundry service: They only offered collection service, and the laundry wasn't delivered until I called the next day to have a robot deliver it.

Facilities: There was no refrigerator in the room, and for such a large hotel, there was no microwave, which was very inconvenient. The hotel's facilities details page stated that a refrigerator was available, and the room type I booked was supposed to be the best in the hotel, but the toilet didn't even have a heating element or automatic flushing.

It's all so vague.

This hotel is perfectly situated right outside the Forbidden City walls, in the heart of the city. It's just across a small street from the Liu Laogen Grand Stage, and within walking distance to popular attractions like the Forbidden City, Marshal Zhang's Mansion, and Middle Street. This saved us a lot of time avoiding traffic and travel. Right outside the door are highly-rated restaurants like Wang Houyuan and Xiao Dongge BBQ – those 'must-eat' spots from review apps. If there's a long queue, you can grab a number, head back to your room to relax, and then go down to eat when your number is called. It's incredibly convenient for dining, accommodation, and sightseeing. Although the hotel is small, it has all the amenities, and the breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options, including live cooking stations, which was very satisfying. Among hotels near tourist spots, this one offers excellent value for money.

The moment I opened the hotel room door, a warm light, carrying a faint scent of cedar and citrus, flowed past my ankles. The floor-to-ceiling window turned the twilight into golden foil, spreading it across the off-white bedding, making even the duvet feel as soft as a sun-dried cloud. The marble counter in the bathroom had motion-sensor lights, and as my fingertips touched the faucet, warm water perfectly streamed over my fingers. Late at night, I leaned on the bay window, watching the streetlights, and the glass reflected the turndown service prepared behind me – next to a towel folded into a swan, a gold-foiled chocolate awaited. I woke up to bird calls in the morning, and pulling back the curtains, I discovered that outside the rain-kissed patio, an ivy-covered wall was dripping with water droplets. The welcome letter by the bedside read, 'Your preferred decaf coffee has been prepared.' It turns out that a good stay isn't about piled-up luxury; it's about the gentle feeling of being thoughtfully cared for in every single detail.

The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get around by public transport or on foot, and it's easy to pop back for a rest. That's why I extended my stay by two more days. The complimentary foot bath service is a great touch, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. What truly stands out is the free luggage storage for guests checking out for a few days – it's easy, safe, and a real lifesaver.

Facilities: The infrastructure is very OK, the price is very high in the same price configuration in Lhasa, there is free parking, you can be the first choice during business trips!
Hygienic: clean and tidy, no dust and hair are seen, and there is no smell in the room!
Environment: Very close to the Potala Palace and Baguo Street, there is no need to transfer to the bus stop downstairs, there are supermarkets and many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat and go shopping, and you can also experience Tibetan food!
Service: The front desk lady is very enthusiastic, and the emotional value is always in place, which makes me and my colleagues feel more emotional and happy!
