Came to Hangzhou for a visit, stayed here on ***** New Year's Eve, and the atmosphere was great. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded our room for free, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was rich and they even gave an extra child's breakfast. It's convenient to get to West Lake by subway, just transfer from Line 4 to Line 1. Strolling around Hubin Yintai at night was also lively. The transportation is really convenient; you can get directly to Qiantang River for the light show and MixC by subway.

Service: Careful and thoughtful. This kind of hotel that can be set at this price is very good value. The room is clean and tidy, and it is very large. Although it is close to the elevated, the noise is good. It does not affect sleep. Because I did not buy breakfast, I don't know how their breakfast is. The hotel is in the entrepreneurial park, so there are plenty of parking spaces and travel is very convenient. Overall, the hotel is not bad.

The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities are somewhat dated, but it was kept relatively clean. The room I booked didn't have a shower, so I had to shower in the bathtub, which was okay. If needed, I could upgrade to a room with a shower. Staying a few nights shouldn't be a problem.

There's a Starbucks downstairs, which is convenient for buying coffee, and the Book City bookstore is next door.

I booked two nights in two separate bookings. On the first day, the front desk told me that both nights were already checked in and I didn't need to extend my stay for the second night. However, on the second day, I couldn't even press the elevator button; I had to go upstairs and then press the button again to go back to the lobby to check in.

Furthermore, I requested a late check-out. When I returned from lunch on the second day, it was almost 11:30 am, and I couldn't open the door. The cleaning lady said that the hotel's room cards don't work after 11 pm. So I had to swipe my card again to open the door.

This kind of service gives the impression that the hotel is just trying to get rid of me before the check-out time.

Even without a late check-out, I have the legal right to have my room door open by 12 pm.

I won't consider this hotel again next time I come to Hangzhou.

Facilities: Excellent, at least up to three- to five-star standards. The hardware is top-notch, all from major brands, and the quality is quite good. The air conditioning was extremely strong; even at 24 degrees Celsius, I was so cold after showering that I almost didn't dare leave the bathroom. Later, I set it to 26 or even 27 degrees Celsius to sleep.

Cleanliness: Cleaning a villa might be a bit more troublesome. The bed was fairly clean, but there were some hard-to-reach spots that weren't thoroughly cleaned, like the TV remote control box. Of course, we don't watch TV anymore now.

Environment: The hotel is located on a hilltop in a riverside villa community. The room was decent. I booked a cozy room, originally a small, windowless room on the 2nd floor, but was upgraded to a mountain view room on the 3rd floor. The environment was nice, the balcony was large, and the view was good. The Xin'an River is behind the hotel, and the ancient city of Yanzhou is nearby. The scenery is fantastic, and the confluence of three rivers is right next to it.

Service: Very quiet, excellent service. The breakfast was actually quite good and filling.

Yanzhou Ancient City is well worth a few days' stay. It boasts beautiful scenery, rich culture, a profound history, and excellent food. The merchants in the ancient city are friendly, and I didn't encounter any overcharging.

The hotel is located on Jiuzhou Street, Lin'an District, with a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. There is a large supermarket, Baolong Plaza, nearby. The hotel opened last year and its facilities are very new. The hotel has its own large parking lot, so there is no need to worry about parking problems. The king room with a view that we booked this time was beyond our imagination. It has a huge space of 65 square meters, a high-rise ultra-large surround glass view, a leather sofa, a large living room, two TVs in the bedroom and living room, a dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and a large bathtub. It is super comfortable to take a bath when you are tired from the journey! The central air-conditioning is quiet and comfortable, and the control buttons in the room are simple, elegant and convenient. Then let’s talk about the hotel’s breakfast. The breakfast area is on the 25th floor. The high-rise is surrounded by landscapes and offers a rich variety of food. You can enjoy the scenery, taste breakfast, and slow down your life! The hotel receptionists are very sunny and handsome. I would like to especially thank the three young men, Xiao Fu, Xiao Zhao, and Xiao Zheng, for their hospitality and patient answers. I am very satisfied with the stay experience and the hotel is very cost-effective!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! It happened to be our 23rd wedding anniversary, and the hotel thoughtfully upgraded our room.

The hotel's fresh and elegant scent, along with its beautiful decor, instantly melted away our travel fatigue. Our room was exquisitely and thoughtfully arranged, with soft, skin-friendly bedding that was impeccably clean.

The hotel's location is great, close to Pingyao Old Street. They even provided tickets to Liangzhu Ancient City Ruins Park, and the Cliff Carvings are right behind the hotel. The buffet breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious.

Every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm and attentive, handling every detail perfectly. The infinity pool by the lotus pond is absolutely stunning. I'll definitely be back!

I booked a room for my family. After searching online for a long time, I finally booked this brand hotel which is very close to the south gate of Shenxianju. The hotel facilities are very good, with underground parking, elevator directly to the front desk, and a balcony in the room where you can lazily lean on an outdoor chair in the warm sun to watch the mountains, rivers and birds. If you have a holiday, you really want to stay a few more days! By the way, the girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She took us into the room and introduced the hotel's dining and breakfast time. The room also has special snacks and drinks, which are very thoughtful. The hotel environment is good and the sleep is very comfortable. I highly recommend it and will definitely come again next time!

This is a treasure homestay that is seriously underestimated. There is a stream behind the homestay, where you can camp and go creek trekking. You can get there just by lifting your legs back to the homestay.
The room is clean and tidy, the hair dryers are all Dyson, the room is equipped with a bathtub, refrigerator, etc., everything is available, and there is even an elevator, which solves the problem of too much luggage. I won’t post photos of the room, what you see is what you get, the children’s playground is in the center of the 2nd floor, and you can see it at the door of each room, so you don’t need parents to accompany you.
When I eat at the homestay, I just like to eat this meal, the taste is very good, and the dishes are also very fresh. We have dinner at the homestay every day, and what I feel more heartwarming is that we didn’t finish the sweet soup for dinner, and I talked to the owner of the homestay, and he put it in the refrigerator for us until the next morning. He specially heated it up for us in advance when we had breakfast, which was so thoughtful, which made me feel less guilty about wasting food.
The facilities of the homestay are also very good. Because we went to creek trekking, the clothes got wet very quickly, and a dryer was also provided. The breakfast is very nutritious, with a buffet and topping noodles, especially their wheat cakes, which are freshly fried and delicious😋

My experience in Yiwu this time was fantastic! After a long search for a hotel, I chose this one. I came to Jinhua for the National Day holiday and chose this hotel. The facilities are great, the rooms are super large, the breakfast is varied and suitable for all ages. The end time is 10 o'clock, which is very user-friendly. The key is that there is a light rail station right outside the hotel gate. If you want to go to Hengdian and Yiwu, it is very convenient to take the light rail directly! It costs 5 yuan to take a taxi to Lu's house in Dongyang after getting off the light rail. It is so convenient. I feel that the light rail station is set up for his family. There is also a duty-free goods store next to it. Later I heard that you can get a discount with the room card... 🤣. I went to Fangyan Scenic Area with my friends to live here. The breakfast was delicious. Although there were not many types, each one was quite delicious. Xiaolongbao, steamed buns were delicious, and the corn was very sweet.

First of all, the front hall lady and the little brother have a very good service attitude. The uncle who drove us was also very good. At first, our experience was great. At night, the little sister and brother also sent us fruit, which made people feel very warm. But when I took a shower at night, I found that the hot water was unstable. I understood that our two rooms were the same. The hot water came for 5 seconds and stopped for 5 seconds. The water was hot and cold when we took a bath. The experience was very poor; so I scored 4 points for your facilities; When the breakfast was the next day, the experience plummeted. First of all, when I entered the breakfast room, the service staff at the door said that there was no breakfast in our room. I showed her our mobile phone order and it showed that there were 2 breakfasts (and when I checked in, the front hall lady also told us breakfast. In Building 6), later she called to confirm that we had 2 breakfasts in our room. This matter came to a conclusion. The new thing came again. Our family of four, the big child was just 120cm tall, she asked me how tall the child was, I asked her to tell her truth from facts 120cm, She didn’t even measure it, so she said that she had to make up half the price, 29 yuan, although the money was not much, but it made people feel uncomfortable, maybe she strictly followed the hotel’s requirements, I didn’t make an evaluation, so far, the service score was also given 2 points, but next time I have the opportunity, I will still stay in their hotel. The overall feeling is still good, and I highly recommend friends, the experience of living in their home will not be bad (I am not lucky) 😄
