It's our first hotel in Japan. Apparently the check in time is generally at 3-4pm here. But we had no problem with our luggages on our arrival since we rent a car from Narita. We asked trip if the hotel has parking and the AI bot reply no. So we booked a rental car for Fujisan Roadtrip on day 1 in Japan for one day only eventhough we need a rental car for the second day too to Kamikochi. Eventually when we arrived, they do have paid parking lot. One right in front of the hotel, another one just across the small street in front of thr hotel and another one about 20-30metes from the hotel. Tokyo has the highest rate for paid parking compared to Kyoto and Osaka. But we knew later after when we wanted to check in (at around 9pm) and the car we already booked just for a day. We had to walk back to the Nippon Rent A Car next morning to rent another car to Kamikochi. The location is convenient, not far from the train station nor the rental car place. So many konbini nearby, and the staffs are super friendly. They only have one iron to share among the guests so bring your own and make sure to pack them well. Ours malfunction. They have washing machines, ice machine and the room is cosy and clean. Not spacious obviously but beds are huge for us both.

It's right at Takaracho Station and within walking distance of Tokyo Station. The staff were very friendly and took care of my requests right away. The udon they serve at night was also very delicious. When I first looked at the room photos and made the reservation, I wondered why they took a picture of the toilet because it was crooked, but it really was crooked. It's a hotel that is exactly as it is, and it's not a lie. I had a great rest. I hope all the staff members are healthy and doing well!

It’s a tight fit room but this is Tokyo but it’s clean. No laundry here but I booked knowing that.  The Akasaka station is a 9min trek but feels longer with luggage going uphill. So many stairs.  The Tameiko-Sanno station is better with an escalator option from exit 12b but yeah still some uphill to the hotel.  And it’s humid in Tokyo so it feels hotter!  Lots of eating areas especially around Akasaka station. And there’s a 7-eleven next door :)

It's very close, just a crosswalk from Meguro Station.
There's a convenience store nearby, but you have to cross the street once or twice, so the ramen will be soggy when you pour the water.
The hotel elevator always requires transferring on the 3rd floor (lobby) to the guest room elevator.
The staff is always friendly and smiling.
Breakfast is average, but the lack of miso soup is a shame. However, steak is served daily.

Pros: staff is so friendly and kind, it’s a great location on Kokusai-dori (near both monorail and a bus stop), and it really is kept quite clean

Cons: loud and cold. I would have left, but I knew they wouldn’t give me a refund

ZERO soundproofing! There’s all these rules telling us “no calls, keep quiet” but you can hear everyone slamming doors in the hallway and using the hair drier and washing machines at night. There was also so much noise from the street, whether it was parties at night or children screaming during the day. I was up until 3 at night because of people both inside and outside. The walls are also so thin, I could actually hear snoring from the room next to me. Why are there all these rules about sound, yet it’s still so loud?! They tell us, “please keep calls to the common area” but the common area’s window is also right on the street, so I had to take a work call with sirens screaming through the area. 

The room was also freezing. It was 17-20 degrees outside most days, and even in the hallway the temperature was fine. But in my room, it felt like it was 12. I had to pay to rent extra pajamas from them because it was so cold at night. And there was constantly a breeze coming from somewhere in my room! But because there’s no individually controlled AC, there was nothing I could do. I could feel myself getting sick here

It's conveniently located near Asahibashi Station, making it easy to get around.
The meeting point for travel agency bus tours is right nearby, making it very convenient for bus tours.
The room was small, but it was fine for a one-night stay.
Drinks and udon are provided free of charge to guests.

500m from kobe tower. We select this hotel because there is japanese style room with public Onsen available. Big room for 4-6 members can be fit. I recommend the hotel team to clean the air con as so many dust but there is Air humidifier machine set up inside the room too.

Good: The hotel is centrally located and offers excellent amenities.

Bad: Despite arriving at 10 a.m. after a red-eye flight, I was denied early check-in even though my room was already available. My luggage was placed in the room, but I was told to return at 2:45 p.m. unless I paid an additional 2,000 yen per hour for early access.

Bad: The room had a strong cigarette smell, which was very unpleasant.
