Had 2 nights stay in this hotel. I Booked in advanced deluxe room at the 3d floor (according to the booking). On photos it showed that it have windows and bigger room. 
But when i arrived to the hotel staff gave me the key from the room at the 1 st floor and said that tbat was a deluxe. I saw that too many guests stayed in the hotek  so it srems to mee tbat they had overbooking and gave me a worse room.
No any questions about the cleaning but no one suggested me another room

We stayed for 2 nights. Despite all the negative reviews about hotels in Delhi, I can confidently recommend this one. Check-in was fast, there's an elevator, and tea, coffee, and powdered milk are available on the floor. There's a market nearby, and the metro is only 40 local currency away. Hot water was constant, and the guys at the front desk explained everything clearly. We didn't opt for breakfast, as there are local eateries nearby, and currency exchange offices are also close. The bed linen was clean, and we didn't notice any critters.

The external environment is in the Muslim area. Although the environment is a little dirty and messy, everything is good, the service, etc., it is clean, it is cleaned every day, it is safe, and there are a lot of guests. The breakfast is very good, and it is sunny Very comfortable after getting in the sun. The location is actually just one stop away from the subway hub of Rajiv Chock (C.P. Central Business District), and it is very convenient to go everywhere.
   Come next time. Would stay here again!

wonderful feeling to stay here, hotel staff is excellent chef dharmveer made excellent food in house keeping mr  vinod is very good at his job ( sandeep Rajpal ajay manjita Also mr Ashok saluja is very helpful). location is marvelous and hotel are very beautiful.

We stayed for 1 day. We took a lake view room, the room is small but cozy and view is amazing. Rooms and toilets are clean. Beat part is all the water sports were just 3 min walk-in from the hotel. Without lake view rooms look very small. Food is expensive and ok, not bad but ok kinds food. Staff is very polite. They even gave us fresh towels in the morning even though 2 towels were there in the bathroom. Overall would recommend for staying 

По меркам европейского туриста - это шок и ужас. Но для Индии отлично и соответствует цена качеству. Не стоит вестись на ”золотой” ”премиум” ”с балконом”! Потому что все равно получите драную в пятнах постель, заср*й голубями балкон и вероятно орнитоз, желающий проникнуть через открытое утром окно. Полночи будут гудеть поезда и полночи бибиканье автотранспорта. Если неповезет, то еще и строительные ночные работы.
Все необходимое есть: чай, сахар, растворимыйкофе и сухие сливки, куллер с горячей и холодной водой, 1 полотенце, гель, фен под запрос, ну и главное - горячая вода. Рядом жд вокзал и дорога в аэропорт...и трущебы. Поесть рядом только в их ресторане. Вполне вкусно. Завтраки хорошие: рис, омлет, какие-то жижи, сок и йогурт. На Uber недорого съездить в историческую часть.
