Functional and souless, but a good location for Queenstown with plenty of car parking. The customer service was poor by the usually warm standard of NZ. The receptionist commented on how ”tired you look” Grrrr..who likes to be told that?! And the breakfast venue was so dire and overpriced ($25 each!) we went instead to a nearby woolworths complex with excellemt cafes instead.

We've been staying here for over twenty days. The location is great, close to my child's school, but unfortunately the sheets and duvet covers are dirty and wrinkled. We stayed in a north-facing room for over ten days and caught a cold from the cold. We moved to a south-facing room, and the first night I got into bed, the sheets were sore on my calves. Upon inspection, I found many hard lint particles on the newly laid sheets, causing skin irritation… A closer inspection revealed similar particles on the pillowcase, along with tiny hairs. The bath towels weren't clean either. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to hygiene… There were also many ants on the washstand.

The tallest building in Orewa Town, the view is very high, spacious and comfortable, washing machine dryer is available, the bed is comfortable, there is a big supermarket downstairs, too close to the beach, the price is super high.

A very cost-effective living option. We brought two babies and booked a 90-square-meter two-bedroom, one-living room apartment. The floor-to-ceiling windows are basically full of sea views, and the balcony is also full of sea views. It is very convenient to walk to the beach. It is suitable for families with children, friends gatherings, client receptions, etc. They are all independent houses with good privacy. The most important thing is that the price of 340 New Zealand dollars also includes breakfast for our family of four. The breakfast is also good and worth experiencing. It is very convenient to drive to Auckland in an hour. Suggestion: If the kitchen can be equipped with more pots and stoves, it will be more suitable for staying for a few days.

Like a 10-15 min to food street. The first reception I met was super nice and she gave me lots of good recommendations. Tried finding reception again the next day and he disappeared and never returned.
The walls are very thin and you can hear a lot. There were some ****** yelling and screaming at 10pm one night (I assume they were having their sad version of a 'party' with only 3 guys...). I put my soundproof on and slept. 
The shower wasn't really clean. When I turned on the water it smelt like hot piss... 
No exchanging of new towels and I was there for 3 days. Annoying since I went to the Hell's Gate spa and all my stuff now smells like sulphur.
There also wasnt any hand soap in my bathroom.
Lots of free parking which was nice.

Nestled on a small hill by the lake, it's about a 10-minute walk to the town center, so the location is pretty good. We paid to upgrade to a two-bedroom unit with a balcony, which came with a washing machine, dryer, two bathrooms, a large fridge, and all the pots and pans you could need. The facilities were excellent, and we were very satisfied. The only downside was that the floorboards between levels were quite thin, so the soundproofing wasn't great. Footsteps from the upstairs bedroom were quite noisy, meaning whoever stayed up there had to tiptoe around to minimize disturbance. Being so close to the lake, we managed to catch the Northern Lights, which was a huge bonus! By the way, the Ctrip group buy price for this apartment was the lowest online, making it a real bargain during peak season.
