The hotel is brand new, with excellent interior design and facilities. It's very close to Chinatown and there's a supermarket nearby, which is really convenient. The room is spacious, beautiful, and boasts a strong sense of design.

Such a lovely hotel, great room and room service. Such a comfortable bed, Beautiful bathroom. Friendly bartender and free welcome drink. I loved this quiet hotel. Nearest Metro 10 minutes walk Charonne station, the Luke cafe was sweet and also liked the other one, the Belle something … around the corner from hotel. It’s a very lively area near hospital, many cafe & restaurants.

The room was quite spacious for Paris. The nearest metro station was only five minutes away, and Line 3 was a direct link to Gare de Lyon, making it very convenient. A Sichuan hot pot restaurant was a ten-minute walk away, and it was very authentic and soothed our Chinese appetites after several consecutive French meals. The Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, and Opera House were all within walking distance.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful, the park is nearby, and the Paris football museum and club are near. The room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is very good. It is a good choice for tourism and business trips. It is 20-30 minutes' drive from downtown attractions such as the Arc de Triomphe, which is very convenient.

Highly recommended to stay with this hotel. I absolutely have to give a huge shoutout to Sindee at the front desk! When we arrived Sindee come over to approach us with our check in and told us that we have upgraded to Deluxe Room, pool view, 1 King Bed, Balcony to sea view.  She even gave us a detailed tour of the entire hotel, including our room. We also received Thai Tea and the banana candy as a welcoming stay. Me and my daughter were traveling together and we both adored her; she was so gentle and enthusiastic! When I am trying to book ATV via Klook which I have difficulty to figure out the meeting point she is so helpful to help me contact and speak in Thai with the driver and check for me the correct place for the driver to reach the ATV meeting point. Appreciate her thoughtfulness and helpfulness.

I could feel excellent service mind from every one of them working in the Avista Grande.

Surprise birthday celebration with some decorations and cake for my daughter and the cake is nice both me and my daughter love it. On my gal actual birthday another decoration and birthday cake surprise us again. So thoughtful of them.

All the rooms are clean and spacious. They provide a lovely beach bag while I have no ideal what kind of bag to bring to the beach and island tour. This lovely beach bag allow me to carry it to beach and island tour really make my day. They provide flip-flops as well. 

The pool is great for swimming and it is near Karon Beach. The beach is just across the road.

I recently stayed at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery during my trip to Phuket, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the Patong area but slightly away from the busy streets, which makes it quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Because the hotel sits on a hill, the view is beautiful, especially in the morning and evening.

Another convenient point is that there is a 7-Eleven just about 3–5 minutes walk from the hotel, which makes it easy to grab snacks, drinks, or small essentials anytime.
One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast — there was a great variety and everything tasted very good. The hotel also has three swimming pools, each with a different vibe, so there is always a nice spot to relax.

What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the staff. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly polite and welcoming. They would greet us warmly every time they saw us — morning, afternoon, or night — which made the stay feel very personal and comfortable, almost like being at home.
I would also like to give a special thank you to one of the staff members who helped us during an unexpected situation. We had a small accident with a rental motorbike and fell down near the hotel entrance. The hotel security immediately came to assist us and checked if we were okay. Later, the staff even asked what time we would return so they could help clean our wounds if needed. That level of care was truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, we had rented a motorbike from a rental shop located directly in front of the hotel, and after the incident they tried to charge us 12,000 baht for a very small scratch on the bike. We approached the hotel staff for help, and they kindly assisted us in communicating with the shop. They told us the price was not reasonable and helped negotiate it down to 5,000 baht. They also informed us that we could report the issue to the police since the rental contract was not clearly written.

In the end, we decided to pay the 5,000 baht just to save time, but we were very grateful that the hotel staff supported us and helped reduce the amount significantly.
I would like to warn future travelers to be cautious when renting motorbikes from the shop located directly in front of the hotel, as the charges may not be reasonable.
Overall, the hotel itself is excellent — beautiful views, great facilities, amazing breakfast, and truly outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery again on my next trip to Phuket.

Honestly, it wasn't as good as I expected. I've stayed in many boutique, niche hotels like this before, but as soon as you enter, the beach is full of street vendors and tourists driving in, which immediately made it feel mediocre. The reception lobby was also small and not very grand. The shuttle took us very close to the room, as the area isn't big. The so-called 'mountain view' was just looking at a rather unattractive hotel across the way, so there was no real scenery to speak of. The only good thing was the rooftop bar; there was a girl there who provided excellent service. Other than that, there were absolutely no surprises or highlights. When I left, I took a bag that was in the room, and they actually charged me 750 Thai Baht for it! Nothing in the minibar was complimentary, which felt very stingy and completely mismatched with the room rate. When I stayed at Capella, everything was complimentary, including welcome champagne. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located inside a shopping mall. The hotel entrance is on the third floor, and the front desk is on the ninth floor. The signs pointing to the hotel within the mall are mostly in English, and even the third-floor entrance only has English signs, making it a bit difficult to find the entrance. They provide complimentary daily toiletries (all made of wood and glue-free for environmental reasons; the mineral water also comes in a paper carton). The room door is quite heavy and a bit hard to push open. It's super close to Tung Chung MTR station. The hygiene is excellent, the windows are large, and the staff are very enthusiastic. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

It's a real shame I was too busy during my business trip to take photos of this beautiful and tasteful hotel. It's truly a stylish hotel with a strong Japandi aesthetic. The price was very reasonable, and the location was incredibly convenient. It was easy to find late-night snacks and dinner options nearby, with many great restaurants to choose from. A huge thank you to the hotel's customer service and the colleagues managing the hotel's WeChat contact number. I accidentally left a shoe in the hotel when I checked out, and they helped me find it and even assisted me with sending my luggage home. I also remember on the day I checked in, a gentleman at the front desk was very polite. My room wasn't ready yet, so he asked me to wait in the sofa area nearby. I had some work to do anyway, so I didn't mind waiting a bit. It was only about 5 minutes, and I really didn't mind the slight delay. But when he was processing my check-in, he still apologized for making me wait. This kind of restrained and courteous service truly makes you feel comfortable and warm. Thank you to all the colleagues at this hotel; you made me feel the professionalism of the Hong Kong hotel service industry.
