I stayed here with my kids, and the hotel exterior looked quite grand, with a nicely decorated lobby. However, staying here turned out to be a huge disappointment. The rooms inside were incredibly cramped and felt very oppressive. As soon as I entered, there was a strong smell of smoke (even though the room had a 'no smoking' sign). I asked to switch rooms, but the air conditioning in the new room was broken, and the ventilation was terrible. It was the middle of winter, but we were absolutely roasting; even with the AC off, the temperature wouldn't drop! It stayed at 28 degrees Celsius all night! My child ended up getting a heat-induced cold and barely slept all night!!!

In this hotel, the phones in both rooms I stayed in were out of order, so I had to call the front desk through Trip.com! There were no door stoppers behind the room doors! The ventilation was extremely poor! And being right next to an elevated highway, the noise was unbearable!!!

I was in Shanghai for a business trip to the Design Shanghai exhibition. I used to stay on Nanjing East Road, but this time I chose a new location closer to CaoYang Road subway station exit on Line 14. It's also just three subway stops to Jing'an Temple. The hotel quality is good; it's one of the best renovated old buildings I've stayed in Shanghai. The breakfast is also quite nice, with freshly made noodles. The meat options were all pork, so I'd suggest swapping the sausages for chicken to cater to a wider range of guests, including different ethnicities and foreigners. The front desk staff were polite and greeted me every time I passed by. The room was clean, and they provided four bottles of water daily, which was ample. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was quiet. I'd suggest adding screens to the windows. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll choose to stay here again next time.

The room was clean and tidy, and the shower water pressure was excellent. The curtains were smart, and there were complimentary drinks in the fridge. They even provided drip coffee, which was a very thoughtful touch. My only minor complaint is about the toothpaste in the disposable dental kit. The tip of the tube was incredibly hard to puncture, requiring a lot of force to make a tiny hole, and the toothpaste squeezed out very slowly. If you wanted a bigger opening, you had to press even harder to pierce the tip. It would be perfect if the toothpaste seal were a foil type that's easy to break. As for breakfast, for this location and price, I thought the quality was absolutely perfect. I'll definitely come back next time. Finally, when I checked out, the lady at the front desk even gave me a gift. It was a lovely gesture, and when I opened it, there were three boxes of different flavored teas. A truly excellent stay. 👍👍👍

The hotel is quiet and within walking distance to the outlet mall. The staff are warm and very polite. It's very convenient for getting around, and the facilities are complete, including free self-service laundry. I will choose this hotel again next time.

As a solo female traveler, I had a wonderful and incredibly safe experience at the Park Inn. Despite the language barrier, the staff were exceptionally lovely and patient, using translation apps and friendly hand gestures to communicate effectively; I’d like to give a special thanks to the cleaning lady and restaurant team for their kindness. My room was spotless and fully stocked with amenities, and I loved the convenience of being able to fit in a workout at the gym while using the laundry facilities right next door. The hotel’s prime city-center location made navigating the city a breeze, with taxis, the subway, and buses all readily available.

The hotel is relatively new, clean, and tidy, and the staff are all great. The location is also very convenient for those traveling by car, and the breakfast is abundant and enjoyed by the children. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy on the first floor, but that's not really the hotel's fault.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to many attractions and only about 200 meters from the subway station. It's incredibly convenient to get to all the popular spots like Kuanzhai Alley, Tianfu Square, the Museum of Science and Technology, and People's Park – a taxi ride usually costs less than 15 yuan. The hotel environment is excellent; we were greeted with fruit tea upon arrival, and the lobby has a pleasant, subtle fragrance. This time, our room was upgraded. The third floor has a gym, washing machines, and dryers, so the facilities are very comprehensive. The room was spotless, with no strange odors, and the soundproofing was great. The staff were also very polite. I'll definitely choose Park Inn by Radisson again next time I'm in town.

I came for the Co-creation Night and knew it would end late, so I booked a hotel near the stadium. There's some subway construction going on right below the hotel, so it was a bit noisy when I arrived in the afternoon and tried to rest. However, I headed to the stadium soon after, and since I was out early and back late, I didn't encounter any noise during those times. The stadium is about a 20-25 minute walk, and there's a shopping mall along the way. Plus, there's a supermarket open until 11:30 PM right downstairs, which was really convenient. Today is Monday; I left the hotel building at 6 AM and was already at the boarding gate at Shuangliu Airport by 7 AM. Getting to the airport was also easy. This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is great, very close to Tianjin Station. The customer service was professional and friendly. We were traveling with our child and they kindly upgraded us to a family-friendly room free of charge. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and our child loved it. The room was clean and hygienic, and the shower was large with comfortable water temperature. The room temperature was also very pleasant. The bedding was of excellent quality, just the right balance of softness and firmness, making the bed incredibly comfortable – we slept really well. Highly recommended! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Tianjin. I forgot to take photos, so I've included two screenshots from a video.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and handled my check-in very efficiently. Noticing I had a lot of luggage, she even proactively offered to help. The entire hotel, both inside and out, was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The lobby, in particular, was bright and spotless. Our room was also very large and spacious, so comfortable I could just lie down and get a restful night's sleep. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Got upgraded to a bigger family room for free. Kids love the room alot. Walkibg diatance to the 5th avenue. Easy to travel around with cab. Free laundry and dryer. Great place overall. We had most of our meals at teemall, which cost only 10 to 14 rmb per trip

Stayed at Park Inn by Radisson with my child for a half marathon. The handsome young man at the front desk was incredibly attentive and helpful, always smiling and patiently addressing any requests we had, which made us feel very welcome. The room facilities were new, clean, and tidy. Parking was convenient, and breakfast offered a great variety.
