This hotel is absolutely fantastic, far exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shangri-La:

**Location:** Situated within the ancient town, it offers an immersive experience of ******* old city culture. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it super convenient, and just walking around feels wonderful.

**Hotel Facilities:** Everything is top-notch quality. The architecture is all solid wood and beautifully crafted. They've thought of every single amenity, from what you'd expect to what you wouldn't. The towels, for example, are incredibly comfortable and you can even take them with you.

**Attentive Service:** The butler service is superb, attentive to every single detail. It's truly impressive. They even gifted us a lovely souvenir upon departure, which was delicious.

**Breakfast & Tea Time:** Considering we're at such a high altitude, the breakfast even included poached shrimp – it truly touched us, coming from coastal areas. The hotel sets a very high standard for itself, really going the extra mile. Breakfast also offered beautiful latte art coffee and delicious Chinese tea.

This is a truly dedicated hotel, well worth experiencing!

This has been the most satisfying B&B I've ever stayed in. The facilities are excellent, the service is attentive, and responses are quick. They offer free high-speed rail pickup, luggage transfer, welcome afternoon tea, and bedtime milk. When we found a drain odor in our room, the staff checked it out and upgraded us immediately, resolving the issue promptly. The toiletries are also high-end, and you can even take home the slippers, bath towels, and regular towels. Aside from the slight noise issue and a limited breakfast selection, everything else was perfect. I would definitely choose Po Xin Yun She again next time.

This is the first time a hotel has made me want to revisit a city. Seriously, the service here was beyond five-star, incredibly heartwarming. Waking up, I opened the window to the morning light on Cangshan Mountain, and at night, I fell asleep to the moonlight over Erhai Lake. It's located right in the heart of the old town, yet it offers a unique sense of peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. The attentive and thoughtful concierge-style service made us feel completely at home, even though we were far away. Every staff member, they were all so gentle and enthusiastic, treating every guest with such care and detail. Absolutely delighted!
