I loved the location of this hotel. It's not in a super bustling area, so it's nice and quiet, but still incredibly convenient for getting around with the subway station right nearby. Since we drove, the free underground parking was a huge plus. Getting a taxi or taking the subway was also very easy. The hotel was very clean, and the service was absolutely amazing. Because we drove and our child fell asleep in the car, I had to carry them, and my husband couldn't manage all the luggage by himself. After I called the front desk to explain, two lovely ladies came very quickly. They helped us with our heavy bags, and after we checked in, they even took us up to our room. I was so incredibly grateful!

Very satisfied with a hotel, first of all, the reception is really good, the polite smile is very good 👍 The room is the most cost-effective, large in size, clean and tidy, the bed, the pillows are also comfortable 😌. There are also warm reminders for the surrounding meals at the front desk, which is very intimate.
Finally, I praised the cleaning aunt and the front desk brother, and found that I missed the facial cleanser and didn't take it. I mailed it back for me!

This hotel experience is great! The room is newly renovated, clean and tidy and warm, equipped with Xiao Ai's intelligent control, and the central air-conditioning temperature is comfortable. The water pressure in the bath is super sufficient, and the hot water comes quickly and comfortably. The front desk staff was particularly warm and thoughtful, the check-in was very fast, the overall price was very high, the stay was particularly satisfactory, it was recommended!

This time the child took spring vacation and went to Xi'an for a trip that said to go. Although the hotel location is a bit far from Datang Everbright City, it is also just a walk. The room is clean, the service is good, and very intimate, knowing that we go out to play and drink more water every day, we will send a few extra bottles of water every day, thank you

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the rooms were really nice. The check-in staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed was neat and soft, and the bathroom was completely odorless with toiletries neatly arranged – the hygiene was impeccable. What truly impressed me, though, was the hotel's service. The staff were all so enthusiastic, from the smiling reception at the front desk during check-in to the thoughtful help with luggage; every detail was handled perfectly. They were also very attentive and efficient; the front desk even offered a warm roselle tea upon arrival for a quick check-in. The complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks, along with the 24-hour gym and self-service laundry, showed an incredible attention to detail. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area. I'll also be recommending it to my friends! 😍

Arrived back in Chengdu after a 5-day trip around 9 PM. As soon as I got to the hotel, they immediately arranged a room on the 6th floor and even upgraded it for me, which I really appreciate! The bed was huge, and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was good too, with freshly made rice noodles. For hot water in the evening, you just need to let it run for a bit longer. The slippers and toiletries were great. It's very close to Wanda Plaza, so there are plenty of dining options nearby. They also extended my check-out until 2 PM and even gave me a small gift when I left. The service was excellent, and it offers fantastic value for money.

I was very satisfied with the room. There are many snack shops nearby, and everything is within a short distance. The shopping mall and subway station are also very close and convenient. The front desk staff were very quick with check-in and provided excellent service, always smiling when greeting guests. The room was cleaned very thoroughly, which was great. Thumbs up to the ladies at the front desk and the housekeeping staff!

The hotel's location is excellent, with metro and bus stations right nearby, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants in the vicinity. The room facilities are complete, with a wet and dry separation design, and the shower and toilet are even separated, which is very convenient. I stayed for four days, and every day the staff cleaned the room and replenished the disposables. The front desk lady was also very friendly and provided enthusiastic service. I'm very satisfied!
