This hotel is located right inside Guangzhou East Railway Station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. The front desk staff were welcoming and polite, providing excellent service. They even upgraded us to a room with a window! The room itself was elegant, clean, and well-equipped, even including USB charging cables for various types of plugs (Type C, microUSB, etc.). The TV remote was simple and easy to use, unlike some other hotels where turning on the router and TV is a whole ordeal. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, five stars!

In the evening, we went to the nearby wetland park, which was a complete surprise. It was about an 8-minute walk from the hotel, and the shade along the way made it pleasantly cool. The park was large, with a wooden boardwalk extending along the lake. Walking on it, we could smell the grass and lake water, and occasionally hear birds chirping. In the evening, the sunset painted the lake surface golden, and every shot was wallpaper-worthy. After a tiring stroll, we went back to the hotel to rest for a while, and then went to a dim sum restaurant in the evening (their evening tea was also quite good). This seamless integration of ”eating, staying, and playing” was such a comfortable experience.

The hotel environment is very good, but it is relatively old and arranged on the first floor. The breakfast is okay. The accommodation is OK for business trips, and it is convenient to eat and shop around.

The hotel room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable and soft, and I slept until dawn. The waiter's attitude is very good, warm and thoughtful, and I feel very comfortable and satisfied. The hotel has a beautiful environment. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice. There are many attractions around the hotel and rich tourism resources. The breakfast is rich and the flavors are optional.

The hotel service staff are super nice. They will ask questions attentively when checking in and are very considerate. The front desk staff will take the initiative to help if you can't take your luggage. Secondly, the hotel room is very clean. The housekeeper is very meticulous when cleaning, even cleaning the dead spots in the corners. It's very clean, not to mention the hotel facilities. It's a very good and satisfying check-in experience. The front desk service is good, the check-in is fast, the room facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is also very good, and they also provide free late check-out, which is very good 👍👍👍

The room is good and very clean, and the front desk staff are excellent. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway station. The best thing about this hotel is its surroundings: it's located in a very down-to-earth area with plenty of cheap eats and lots of cats. It feels authentic, allowing you to experience the daily life of Beijing residents without any pretensions.

This is my first 5-star review, and it's truly deserved. The location is great, close to the Temple of Heaven, and public transport (buses and subways) is very convenient. There are also a few really good hot pot restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. I traveled to Beijing alone with my child and spent a long time searching online before settling on this hotel, which I felt offered good value for money. I initially booked one night, thinking I'd switch hotels the next day if it wasn't good. I arrived in Beijing by train early in the morning and got to the hotel around 8 or 9 AM. After waiting for about half an hour, a clean room was ready. The two lovely ladies at the front desk checked me in early and even upgraded me to a family room, plus they gave my child a fruit salad. Once I saw the room and how clean it was, and experiencing the staff's excellent service, I immediately extended my stay for another two nights. Before I left, the hotel staff helped me with luggage storage. I had bought some 'naipizi' yogurt, and one of the wonderful front desk ladies went out of her way to find a cardboard box for it. Since it was an online delivery, I didn't realize it wasn't sealed, and I was worried it would melt and leak. The front desk lady also gave me a bag to carry it in. And again, they gave my child another fruit salad before we left. The service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is a bit out of the way, about a 40-minute drive from the city center. I thought it might be old based on the renovation time, but when I arrived, the environment was quite good – clean, hygienic, and spacious. There's a restaurant downstairs that offers both late-night snacks and breakfast, which is convenient and affordable. It's a great choice for an overnight stay.

This is a great hotel I booked in Beijing. It is clean and sanitary, and the service is also very good. The 0118 guy at the front desk is very nice, proactive in providing services, warm and polite. I recently spent three nights at Shanshui Hotel in Shenzhen, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay that exceeded my expectations for the price. Located in a bustling area near metro stations and local eateries, it’s perfect for business travelers or tourists exploring the city.

What Stood Out Positively:

Rooms and Comfort: My deluxe room was clean, with plush bedding, a mini-fridge stocked with local snacks, and smart TVs with international channels. The bathroom was a highlight—rainfall shower, quality toiletries, and heated floors.

Service and Food: Staff were friendly and efficient; check-in was seamless with a welcome drink. Breakfast buffet had a great mix of Western and Chinese options—fresh dim sum, fruits, and omelets made to order. Room service was prompt too.

One Area for Improvement: The air conditioning was a bit inconsistent—it cooled the room adequately during the day but struggled at night, leaving it stuffy. I suspect the filters need a refresh, as there was a faint musty smell when it first kicked on. A quick maintenance check would make this spot-on.
Value for Money: At around ¥500/night, it’s a steal for the amenities and location. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone prioritizing convenience over luxury. 3.5/5 stars!
