This hotel is located right inside Guangzhou East Railway Station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. The front desk staff were welcoming and polite, providing excellent service. They even upgraded us to a room with a window! The room itself was elegant, clean, and well-equipped, even including USB charging cables for various types of plugs (Type C, microUSB, etc.). The TV remote was simple and easy to use, unlike some other hotels where turning on the router and TV is a whole ordeal. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, five stars!

The first time I lived, I was circled. The room was clean and bright, the layout was user-friendly and it was very convenient to use. The sink is spacious, the makeup and skin care are very easy, the shower water is even, and the water temperature is stable. The service staff is professional and friendly, there is no embarrassment of excessive enthusiasm, and there is a need to be on call. The overall environment is quiet, suitable for slow down and rest, cost-effective and comfortable are double online.

The cleaning staff's service attitude is quite satisfactory. Although the room is not new enough, the sanitary environment is still acceptable. The breakfast is delicious, with many varieties, and the freshly ground coffee is particularly satisfactory.

The hotel room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable and soft, and I slept until dawn. The waiter's attitude is very good, warm and thoughtful, and I feel very comfortable and satisfied. The hotel has a beautiful environment. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice. There are many attractions around the hotel and rich tourism resources. The breakfast is rich and the flavors are optional.

The room is very clean! The main thing is that the lady at the front desk is warm and gentle, and the hotel environment is very good. The soundproofing effect is also very good when sleeping in the room. Moreover, the transportation near the hotel is convenient. You can take the subway when you go out. College students do not lie to college students! Give this hotel a hundred bucks!

The room was excellent! The young lady at the front desk, employee number 0020, provided exceptionally thoughtful service. I highly recommend staying here; it's great value for money. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The room's soundproofing was very good, and the bed was so soft, I slept incredibly well. It's also very close to the subway station, just a five or six-minute walk away. Tiananmen Square is also quite near, about a ten-minute bike ride.

I stayed at the hotel for one night yesterday and had a great experience. I had booked two family rooms, as we had a large group and two children. The front desk kindly upgraded us to a larger family suite for free, which I really appreciated. When we checked out at noon, the front desk noticed we had a lot of luggage and quickly brought us some bags to consolidate our belongings. Front desk staff member #41, a lovely Sichuan lady, warmly asked us about our stay and how we enjoyed our time. My daughter absolutely adored her! She even took a picture with her, saying she wanted to promote her [grinning face with smiling eyes][grinning face with smiling eyes]. She also gave my daughters two fruit desserts. The kids didn't want to leave! The hotel's location is excellent, close to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and Wangfujing, and taxis are readily available. The rooms are spacious and clean. I definitely have to give it a 5-star rating!

The hotel I chose for this business trip was a real smart choice! There's a 24-hour convenience store nearby, making it super convenient for late-night shopping.
The front desk clerk, Xiaolong, was incredibly welcoming. Not only did he check me in quickly, he also proactively arranged a room on a high floor with a stunning view. The room was spotless, the sheets and duvet cover were odorless, and the toiletries were brand-name, so I felt safe.
It was very quiet at night, and even though I'm a light sleeper, I wasn't disturbed, leaving me feeling refreshed the next day. The details were incredibly thoughtful. For this price, this experience is fantastic value. I'll definitely stay here again!

The service is very enthusiastic, the parent-child room is very cozy, the location is also very good. It feels very safe in the community, and there are a variety of shopping malls and supermarkets around. I stay here every year when I go skiing. This year, I was upgraded to a suite. I am so happy!

This is a great hotel I booked in Beijing. It is clean and sanitary, and the service is also very good. The 0118 guy at the front desk is very nice, proactive in providing services, warm and polite. The environment and facilities are also very good, and the breakfast is also very rich. The overall experience is particularly good

Great hotel, friendly front desk staff and was handed a  tea on arrival. Nice touch. Room on the 5th floor. Clean room and comfy bed. Toilet was clean, the shower was a bit confusing so called reception on the room phone and they sent help within 2 minutes. Free washing machine and detergent with a clothes dryer in a small area on the same floor near the lifts. Breakfast is very plentiful and a Wide choice of cooked foods, vegetables and fruit drinks, fruit, chopped vegetables and herbs for garnish, etc. Very enjoyable 😁. Halal eateries opposite the hotel entrance, perfect, Alhamdulilah.  Just a few minutes walk to the SEG electronics market and all the bustle. I recently spent three nights at Shanshui Hotel in Shenzhen, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay that exceeded my expectations for the price. Located in a bustling area near metro stations and local eateries, it’s perfect for business travelers or tourists exploring the city.

What Stood Out Positively:

Rooms and Comfort: My deluxe room was clean, with plush bedding, a mini-fridge stocked with local snacks, and smart TVs with international channels. The bathroom was a highlight—rainfall shower, quality toiletries, and heated floors.

Service and Food: Staff were friendly and efficient; check-in was seamless with a welcome drink. Breakfast buffet had a great mix of Western and Chinese options—fresh dim sum, fruits, and omelets made to order. Room service was prompt too.

One Area for Improvement: The air conditioning was a bit inconsistent—it cooled the room adequately during the day but struggled at night, leaving it stuffy. I suspect the filters need a refresh, as there was a faint musty smell when it first kicked on. A quick maintenance check would make this spot-on.
Value for Money: At around ¥500/night, it’s a steal for the amenities and location. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone prioritizing convenience over luxury. 3.5/5 stars!
