Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights~ From the moment we checked in, staff members were enthusiastically helping with our luggage. The hotel had a lovely scent as soon as we entered, and the entire lobby had a very 'old money' vibe. I loved the colors and lighting. It was also very artistic, and there's a small art gallery on the first floor that you can visit. Our room was also very new and clean with a great view. We had two rooms; one overlooked the National Art Museum, and the other had a view of Beijing's tallest building. A big thank you to the staff for even upgrading one of our rooms! 🥹 Plus, the hotel is close to many popular attractions like the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and Guozijian. Getting around was super convenient. Highly recommend, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is quite large, and the executive twin room they gave us was very clean. My father, who I brought on this trip, was very happy and comfortable with how quiet it was.

I especially want to mention Dandan, the hotel's account manager. She was incredibly prompt and professional in resolving and assisting us throughout our stay. She was warm and dedicated; whenever we needed her, she was immediately available and quickly solved any issues. She made us feel right at home as out-of-town visitors. Thank you~

I brought my elderly parents to Xiangshan for the weekend and chose this hotel mainly because the rooms were renovated last year.

**Facilities:**
The lobby, first-floor restaurant, and pool facilities are a bit dated, but the room facilities are very new. The layout and decor colors are somewhat similar to 'Ji Hotel', and the TV supports screen mirroring. There's also a smart toilet.

If you're sensitive to smells, you might notice a slight odor, but you can open the window for ventilation.

**Drawbacks:** I had planned to take my parents to the hot springs, but you have to go through the changing room, down to the pool level, and then walk a bit further to get there, which is not very convenient.

The breakfast is quite average, not as good as 'Ji Hotel' or 'Atour'. There are few Western options, and the Chinese hot dishes are mostly vegetarian. The noodle station only offered beef noodles and 'rouyan' (meat wontons).

**Cleanliness:**
From the lobby to the hallways and rooms, everything was kept clean and tidy. Even though it was the low season and there weren't many guests, I saw staff waiting to clean rooms daily.

**Environment:**
The hotel is less than 1000 meters from the Botanical Garden, Xiangshan Park, and the light rail station. The hotel's greenery is nice, and my parents enjoyed taking walks there in the mornings and evenings.

**Service:**
Check-in was quick. We arrived early, and the front desk promptly arranged two mountain-view rooms for us. Seeing that we had elderly guests, they also reminded us about safety and provided some fruit and snacks. Throughout our stay, all the staff we encountered in the hotel proactively greeted us.

Great location, this is my second stay. It's right in the heart of Guanyinqiao, about a six or seven-minute walk to the Chongqing landmark for photos. There are many authentic Chongqing eateries near the hotel, like in Xiaoyuan Community, and many shopping malls within a five-minute walk.

It's much better than my first stay; the management now feels more like an international chain hotel. They deliver luggage to the room, and in the evening, there's a porridge time with porridge and side dishes. They also have freshly made Chongqing noodles (for a fee), but a bowl of pea and minced meat noodles is only 8 yuan, probably the cheapest in the world.

Although my booking included breakfast, I never went down to eat, so I don't know what it's like.

The room door isn't soundproof. The family next door was noisy from early morning with their door open, so I didn't sleep well. I later asked the front desk for a late checkout until 1 PM, which they agreed to.

Overall, I recommend it.

The hotel's location is superb, right by the scenic area and commercial district. Ouou helped us plan a day's itinerary and clearly explained how to use the facilities. The environment was elegant, and she also informed us about the pros and cons of different transportation methods. Her service was professional and thoughtful, making our stay an amazing experience!

Highly recommend! Staying at the Yujing Hotel in Chongqing truly embodies the city's unique charm, a sense of relaxation, and thoughtful service in every detail ✨

The hotel's design has a distinct Chongqing flavor. Upon entering, I noticed a light rail 'piercing through the building' art installation in the lobby lounge area, which was quite unique. My favorite spot was the outdoor glass sunroom, with its wooden framework and transparent glass roof. When the sun shines in during the day, the entire space feels bright and comfortable. It's perfect for enjoying coffee or working on the terrace.

The hotel's 'day coffee, night wine' area also has a great ambiance, with beautiful bar lighting and neatly displayed drinks. The most distinctive part of the public area is the shared message zone. One wall is covered with staff photos, guest message notes, and personal stories. Areas like the 'Memory Wall' and 'Mood Station' are particularly engaging. Browsing through everyone's travel snippets made the journey feel even warmer.

Regarding service, I must mention a staff member named Xiangxiang. Her service was exceptionally kind and thorough. She added me on WeChat before check-in, sent the hotel's location, and even proactively shared local sightseeing recommendations, mentioning they were from her own small guide. It was truly thoughtful and heartwarming, not just a procedural formality, but genuine consideration for guests. Next time I'm in Chongqing, Yujing will be my first choice again, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends!

My second time in this hotel
Amazing stuff
Amazing place
Great price ad I suggest you the breakfast is everything on point

I chose this hotel for my trip to Hefei with my brother, and it was absolutely fantastic! The room decor was luxurious, new, and spacious. They even upgraded our room type, which was a very pleasant surprise. A big thank you to the staff; this will definitely be my top choice for any future visits to Hefei.

Hygiene: It was spotlessly clean with no strange odors, and even the nooks and crannies were meticulously cleaned.
Facilities: The amenities were comprehensive, including a hairdryer and a garment steamer. It also featured high-end smart devices like a smart toilet, which were convenient and practical to use. The room facilities were modern, equipped with comfortable bedding and high-quality toiletries, showing great attention to detail. Overall, the facilities met a five-star standard and catered to a variety of needs.

This stay in Beicheng Century Jinyuan exceeded expectations. The hotel lobby is open and the overall environment is clean and elegant. The check-in process is efficient and smooth. The lobby duty manager (work number 6302) is very intimate. He takes the initiative to introduce the opening hours of the hotel swimming pool and gym. He enthusiastically recommends the surrounding food and travel routes. The service is meticulous and thoughtful. The room hygiene is very in place, the room is clean and dry, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation is good, and you can rest at ease. The hotel is fully furnished, guests can use the swimming pool, gym for free, close to the subway, and travel is convenient. This booking room type does not include breakfast, the surrounding dining options are rich, and it is very convenient to forage. All staff are friendly and respond promptly to needs. Whether it is a business trip or a short trip, it is very suitable, and the overall price is considerable. This stay is very comfortable, next time I arrive in Hefei, I still give priority to this hotel, it is recommended!
