The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, just one subway stop away from both Hongdae and Myeongdong, which made getting around the city very easy. Right across the street from the hotel is a true food paradise, offering a wide variety of dining options. Every place we tried had excellent service, which really added to the overall experience.
I also really enjoyed the view from the hotel, which made our stay even more pleasant and relaxing. The hotel service itself was outstanding. We arrived early in the morning, around 10 a.m., and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They allowed us to check in shortly after arrival without any extra fees or complications, which we truly appreciated after a long trip.
Overall, the combination of location, nearby food options, great views, and exceptional service made this stay very enjoyable.

This hotel is easy to find. After arriving at the airport, take the 6017 airport bus from Gate 6 directly to the hotel's intersection. It's very convenient for getting around, with Metro Line 2 (a circular line) nearby. There are also many great food options close to the hotel. The hygiene and environment are excellent, and the room even had two outlets that fit domestic plugs! The front desk staff were very friendly and always smiling. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Korea!

We stayed at Shilla Stay Gwanghwamun for 3 days and 2 nights, and later booked another 2 days and 1 night after our staycation at Nami Island.

• Front desk service: The staff spoke English well and were very accommodating. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage during our Nami Island trip since we had another booking at the same hotel.
• Room quality: The room was clean and spacious. However, I personally didn’t like the wooden floor—it felt a bit uncomfortable to walk on without room slippers.
• Location: The hotel is centrally located in the city, within walking distance to Bukchon Hanok Village and Gyeongbokgung Palace, and close to several subway stations.
• Food options nearby: Plenty of choices, from traditional Korean BBQ to fast food like Burger King. Just note that many restaurants close around 9–10 PM.


✨ Overall: A convenient city hotel with friendly staff, good service, and easy access to major attractions. The luggage storage service was especially helpful for our trip planning.

it's opposite coex mall and exhibition center. there is train station next to it, got GS25 convenience store at the corner. 

room is small, but clean. only 2 water bottles will be given each day. bathroom with smart toilet seats, but water out for water is kind of hot. room is hot n cannot be adjusted, because it's centralised heater. outside of the room got construction n busy road, so a bit noisy if you open window for fresh or cooler air. 

TV in the room is big n can watch YouTube.

Super convenient location from Kangnam area 
Train station was not close but walkable with flat road 
View was awesome an amenity was great 

You should try robot delivery of Korean fried chicken and beer 
They will call you “I am in front of your room” and knocked the door with forehead 
A bit crispy at night 
But fun experience to see robot call the elevator and comes back by themselves 😝😝😝😝

The hotel is clean and tidy, located right off the main road, making it very convenient for getting to Gangnam. There are many small, affordable restaurants around the hotel, which is great! If you're coming from Incheon Airport, you can take bus 6703 or 6020; just get off and cross the street. The last bus runs until 10:55 PM. The hotel provides free travel adaptors which you can pick up at the front desk. Most of the front desk staff speak English.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Getting here from the airport was a breeze; the bus goes directly to the stop right below the hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, close to all the attractions. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I noticed a wonderful scent. The front desk staff were incredibly polite, professional, warm, and very patient. The room was spotless, and the bedding was impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, being on a higher floor, the view was exceptional!

The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the airport. There's a bus stop right outside, and the 202 bus makes it easy to explore the west side of the city at a leisurely pace. Upon check-in, we received two complimentary coffees. I absolutely loved the hotel's coffee shop and the walking path outside by the pool – the endless glass-like sea views were incredibly therapeutic! I'll definitely be back if I get the chance.

The hotel was fully equipped, even providing disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers. I'd packed my own, thinking Jeju hotels wouldn't have them! There are tons of great restaurants nearby, with popular spots just a short walk away. Getting around is super convenient; there's a bus stop right outside the entrance, and even though I didn't take the bus these past few days, I saw plenty of routes. To the left is a G25 convenience store, taxis are easy to hail, and across the street are ABC Mart, Butter Shop, and more. A special shout-out to the staff: I'd left two wet umbrellas on the rack outside and thought I'd lost them after a day out. When I asked at the front desk upon checkout the next day, they had retrieved them for me! It really made me feel like I could trust them. The luggage storage service was also excellent. 👍

It’s a very basic hotel. Location is very convenient facing the beach, just a road across. Lots of eateries and less than 5min walking distance to the subway, food street, bakeries.

It has 2 dryer and 2 washer at the basement. Price reasonable.

Downstairs there’s a battling cage. At times can be a bit noisy. And also loud music. 

The wall outside window seems mouldy. Aircon has no wind at times hence we open up 2 small windows to have air circulation.

There was no restaurant available to have dinner, just on the weekend, so had too order food delivery. Breakfast is available though.  The water pressure was really low that I could not really wash out my medium long hair. It took twenty minutes to get a taxi to the airport at 8 am which was a bummer as the hotel is named as an airport hotel. 
Overall very average.
