Great location in Central Jakarta! The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with easy access to MRT, local food spots, and shopping areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable staying here. Staff were polite, professional, and efficient with check-in. Excellent option for short city stays! 🏙️👍

The service was truly exceptional. Staff always opened doors for us and helped with our luggage. The environment was great, and the location was super convenient. There's a mall right across the street, and it's a very central spot, so getting anywhere is quick. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the facilities were complete. Overall, I was very satisfied and had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Don’t judge the hotel based on how it looks from outside as it might look like a run down building! The room is good, you get what you pay. Breakfast is good, local indonesian breakfast.

The best part about this hotel is the staff. They might not be a 5 star hotel (I think) but the hospitality is 5 star! (From the staffs in the entrance area, to the reception counter, restaurants to the cleaning staff!) Kudos to the whole team!

The location outside the hotel might be a bit creepy after 10pm to walk around because it’s dark. But don’t worry there’s always at least 2 staffs at the door and if you’re taking e-hailing service you’ll be fine, just don’t walk outside alone.

well the hotel is very clean, and this is personal experience i got very nice sleep here
the location also very close with the city of medan so very comfortable
