Booked this hotel for a concert, and the location was absolutely perfect. I didn't even need to take the subway; Madison Square Garden was within walking distance. The area around the hotel felt very safe, and it was easy to find.

I stayed here for two nights, the first night with my friend who is a native New Yorker and the second night alone. I booked the room based on the pictures on trip.com, however, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me that the pictures were for a suite, not the room that I had actually booked. They were very dismissive and told me to contact Trip as it wasn’t their fault. The girl who checked me in was a little rude and unhelpful. Having said that, the room was very nice… decorated nicely and very clean. The only thing I would’ve wanted is to be provided with water in the room. The hotel lobby has a water dispenser with very cold iced water. However, if you wake up in the middle of the night and are thirsty there is no water in the room. The location is excellent! Walking distance to Grand Central Station, New York library and Times Square.

Charging a deposit after you book a hotel on trip.com is crazy to me...like you're already paying in full the amount & to have to pay a deposit upon checking in is ridiculous!

The room assigned was on the internal side, unfortunately very noisy and the double glazing does not help eliminate the noise. I asked for a room change but it wasn't possible because it was full but they provided earplugs. Impeccable cleanliness and perfect services.

The location is great; you can walk to many places, I walk 20,000 steps a day 😂 The self-service coffee downstairs is excellent; I have a cup before going out every day. The room isn't big, but it's sufficient.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right off Istiklal Avenue in Istanbul's new city. Getting a taxi can be a bit tricky due to traffic, though. The service here is quite welcoming, right from the moment you step in, and the front desk staff are all very helpful and responsive to any questions. The building itself is beautiful and full of history, while the rooms are quite new with a lovely European architectural style. The breakfast bread is delicious, but the drinks are just average.

The staff are absolutely brilliant, but it’s too noisy, no outside space to relax on a lounger and catch some sun, just a tiny balcony with chairs, no bar, no English TV.  Room was a deluxe room  but it was very small, I would expect a bath in a deluxe room. However excellent location, excellent service, amazing breakfast layout, good value for money but I wouldn’t stay again because I really value outside space to relax in after a lot of sightseeing.

Ideal location, clean and comfortable room, everyday free pastries and absolutely amazing and helpful staff. This hotel is a gem, totally amazing (my special thanks goes to JP)

We booked a junior suite and asked to be put on a high floor. However, we got assigned the ground floor room facing the inner courtyard, making the room quite dark. And the lighting inside the room did not help either since most of the lights were directed light. We have asked for a change of room but was told its not available. The room is on the ground floor close to the lobby and the restaurant. When we asked to change the room, I have expressed my concern that it would be noisy and the front desk agent assured me that it would not be the case. Then on New Year's Eve, they have a party in the restaurant with very loud music. And the sound obviously leaked into our room, and the party lasted till the small hours. 
The selection of food items at breakfast is quite limited. Its really quite mediocre compared with other hotels in this category. The only saving grace for this hotel is its location.
