The front desk staff were very welcoming and quick to check in. The room was thoroughly cleaned and the decor was nice. The hotel also has free parking and is very close to the nearest transportation hub, just a few minutes' walk away. The facilities were complete, and I was very satisfied.

I stayed here for three nights on a business trip. The desk in the room was spacious enough, and there were plenty of outlets, making it easy to work. The duvet cover was spotlessly white and crisp, and the bathroom had no mold. Every day, the housekeeping staff tidied everything up, even coiling my charging cables for me. The underground parking connects directly to the elevators, which was a huge help with my luggage. Although it's on a main road, the double-glazed windows provided excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, the price was more reasonable than other hotels in the same area.

The stay experience was particularly satisfactory, the hotel was in a good location and it was very convenient to travel and go shopping. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out efficiency was very high, and the attitude was gentle and polite. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the toiletries are complete, the bathroom has no smell, and the hot water supply is stable. The room has good lighting and ventilation, good sound insulation, and a stable rest at night. The public areas are cleaned spotlessly, and the overall environment is warm and elegant. The price is online, the facilities are maintained in place, the cleaning staff cleans regularly, and the details are fully attentive. Whether it is a short business trip or a leisure trip, it is very suitable. I will choose this one next time I come to the local area. I really recommend it to everyone.

The room was clean and the lobby offered self-service tea, which was very convenient. They also had a Hanfu experience. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and great.

The room is particularly good, in the art center. The layout of the room personally feels not so artistic, we don't have afternoon tea and tickets. The most satisfying place for this hotel is that the front desk service is very good, the exhaust air conditioner is very cool in the 30-degree environment, the laundry service is very satisfactory, and the large screen projection is very enjoyable to watch TV dramas. The sound insulation seems to be average, and you can hear everything outside sleeping in the morning.

I believe the hotel has changed its name but I can't remember what's it currently called as I only had a brief time there, checked in late and checked out early the next morning.  
Even though my time was brief, the service at the hotel was great.  The hotel is located about 15 minutes drive away from the airport and they offer pickup and dropoff service to and from the airport (and the railway station).  However, I don't think there's any shops or restaurants nearby in walking distance.
The room was great with plenty of electrical outlets.  All in all, I wish I had more time at the hotel.

I came to Lanzhou with my friends and wanted to visit Zhongshan Bridge. This hotel is very cost-effective. The room is very clean. The service of the front desk lady is very warm. There are many free things at the front desk. It is very intimate like mouthwash. I feel that the stay experience is very good. If you have the opportunity to come to Lanzhou, you will still live here.

又來蘭州了[太陽]，選了這家新開的途窩黃河觀瀾酒店，體驗真的驚喜！所有設施都是全新的，房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，一點異味都沒有。床墊躺着很舒服，晚上休息特別安穩。前台小姐姐態度超好，辦理入住速度很快，有問題諮詢也耐心解答。位置出行方便，周邊吃飯打車都省事。房間視野不錯，整體安安靜靜，隔音也可以。新店價格很實在，性價比拉滿，來蘭州遊玩強烈推薦，下次過來還打算住這兒！[愛心][愛心][愛心][愛心][愛心][愛心]蘭州真的是太美了，夜晚的城市霓虹燈璀璨，黃河邊太好看，就是人也非常的多。

During the May Day holiday, my family came to Shenzhen to visit me, and I booked this hotel for them. After checking out, I really felt compelled to leave a positive review. The service at this hotel is truly excellent, making it a very reassuring choice when traveling with family. The twin room wasn't huge, but it was very cozy. Their breakfast is incredibly fresh; my child especially loved the porridge. I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future, whether I'm bringing family or friends.

This hotel, despite being located near an industrial area, was surprisingly quiet and peaceful – a pleasant surprise. What's even more impressive is how they maximized the narrow space in front of the building, creating a parking lot that can accommodate several cars, which is incredibly convenient for guests arriving by car, especially in such a prime location. The spacious and bright rooms, along with the warm and friendly front desk service, also left a lasting impression on me.

Proper five-star quality, the stay experience far exceeded expectations. The rooms are clean and fresh, the layout is reasonable, and the facilities are very new. The service staff is gentle and polite, and the work efficiency is high. The surrounding traffic is convenient, the environment is quiet and not noisy, the fatigue of the journey is completely relaxed here, it is worth staying.
