I chose this hotel because of its good location, convenient transportation, and beautiful rooms—apartment-style accommodation.

The staff explained the room details well, in an easy-to-understand way, and were friendly.

It's easy to visit various points of interest on foot, or you can conveniently use scooters, bicycles, trams, or the subway.

I really liked this hotel. If I have the opportunity, I will choose to stay here again.

The hotel is located near Milan Cathedral, about a 10-minute walk from both the subway station and the cathedral. On the first day, my navigation led me through a small alley, which took almost 20 minutes to navigate, and it was quite difficult with a large suitcase. In reality, if you turn right out of the hotel and take another route, you can reach Milan Cathedral in just 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and local fashion boutiques along the street, as well as a Carrefour supermarket nearby. The hotel itself is a renovated old building in the historic district. It has an average-sized elevator, and the interior decoration and facilities are very new and clean. Even the hairdryer is a Dyson, and it's rare to find outlets that can accommodate Chinese two-prong plugs. Bottled water was also provided.

My room type was a duplex, with the bedroom and bathroom located on the lower floor. It wasn't very convenient to get clothes after showering. It also included a kitchen and a coffee machine, so you could make your own breakfast as breakfast was not included in the room rate. When I arrived around 10 or 11 AM that day, they informed me that rooms wouldn't be ready until after 2 PM. When I returned in the evening, I was assigned a low-floor room facing the street. I'm a light sleeper, so I was quite unhappy at the time, but the hotel was fully booked. They promised to switch my room the next day, but I missed their call at noon, so I ended up staying in the same room. I also didn't want the hassle of packing and moving again, so it was partly my fault too. They even left a note saying they couldn't reach me, which was why they couldn't change my room. As a result, I didn't sleep well for two consecutive nights. Overall, the service was decent, and it would be very convenient for 2-3 people to share.

The service was excellent; they even messaged me a few days before to ask about my arrival time. The Asian gentleman who checked us in was super friendly and spoke great English. On our last day, he even helped us book a taxi. The location is amazing – just a short walk around the corner and you're at the fountains!

Staying in this apartment was the best decision!
The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance: the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and we could walk to all the sights.
There's a Starbucks across the street!

We had our own terrace, and the apartment has two levels! The sunrise was stunning.

The staff was very polite and helped us with check-in, explained everything, and offered to let us collect our luggage before we arrived, as we arrived very early!

Thank you so much for our amazing stay!

The best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. They helped us navigate the Amalfi coast including buses, trains and tours. We had a shuttle that would take us from and to Sorrento. The food was super delicious and they even prepared 2 mini birthday celebrations for me and my dad. A special shoutout to Olga who received us the first day, but everyone was equally nice and supportive throughout our stay :)
