Excellent and professional service. Very good breakfast. Nice and clean swimming pool and fitness centre. I recommend it.

The hotel was really beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant and made our stay very enjoyable. The location is also very convenient — not far from Taksim, about a 12-minute walk or just 3–5 minutes by car, which made it easy to get around.

A special thank you to Cansu, who was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. She supported us in every aspect and made sure we felt welcome at all times. Her service truly made a difference during our stay.

Overall, I was very satisfied with both the hotel and the service. Everything was well organized, and the staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely come back again!

* One Thing I would Change a Bit is the Cleaning Team , they seem Not motivated and Are Really Slow.

We stayed in the family.Room ***meat was beautiful and clean every day the towels were changed.Breakfast was beautiful and sufficient as a location was beautiful at 15 minutes walking distance to the metro

I used to like this hotel for its comfort and cleanliness. in the hall ways have carpets and nice cosy light but rooms used to be much better. There are no more  shampoos, stuff is not nice trying to defend themselves. 
I still love fresh air from the huge windows but I don’t think I may stay here again as it’s price raised and quality dropped.

The children and I liked the place, the only set back is that it's too far from the touristic areas and not much shopping nearby. I was disappointed that the ladies Sauna wasn't working, especially since I booked the place mainly for that. Overall it was a nice hotel.

Our stay at Tryp by Wyndham New Taipei Linkou, offers a comfortable stay with nice rooms and decent breakfast, but improvements in staffing, amenities, and luggage storage would make the experience much better. It has potential to be a great hotel if these details are addressed.The hotel itself is nice and provides a comfortable environment for guests.
Unfortunately, there was no designated safe place for luggage, which can be inconvenient for travelers who arrive early or depart late.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a relaxing stay. However, the daily refreshments that were stated were not provided.
The breakfast was good in terms of taste and quality, but the quantity and variety felt limited compared to expectations.
One of the best features is its convenient location near the MRT station. For first-time visitors to New Taipei, this makes getting around the city much easier and stress-free.
We truly appreciated our two-night stay at this hotel. The comfortable room and convenient location made our visit enjoyable.Thank you!

The room was generally okay, but it took a long time for the hot water to come on, and the TV didn't work. There were no disposable slippers or toiletries, so I just had to make do for the night.
