Excellent and professional service. Very good breakfast. Nice and clean swimming pool and fitness centre. I recommend it.

The stay was nice except the walk up to Taksim. A very steep slope to walk up, and down hill walk is through dumpster area. Not safe for ladies at night. There is one way free shuttle up to Taksim but last day during check out, they didn't extend the free shuttle. Disappointed that service ends when sales ends.

Facilities: complete, there are fitness equipment in the room

Hygienic: clean and tidy, the room is clean and well ventilated

Environment: Although the hotel is in a small alley, there are supermarkets and restaurants around. Walk for about 3 minutes.

Service: The Turkish brothers at the front desk are very good 👍🏻

I used to like this hotel for its comfort and cleanliness. in the hall ways have carpets and nice cosy light but rooms used to be much better. There are no more  shampoos, stuff is not nice trying to defend themselves. 
I still love fresh air from the huge windows but I don’t think I may stay here again as it’s price raised and quality dropped.

The children and I liked the place, the only set back is that it's too far from the touristic areas and not much shopping nearby. I was disappointed that the ladies Sauna wasn't working, especially since I booked the place mainly for that. Overall it was a nice hotel.

The hotel was modern, clean and the location was excellent! The hotel was located near attractions and they provide a shuttle service from the mall to the hotel. If you have a car, they also have free parking for guests.

The rooms had ample space, though the toiletries were basic and the towels looked old. I loved the rooftop pool/bar the view was fantastic and there was a nice breeze.

The service was superb as everyone was professional and kind. Would book again 👍

Most guests here are part of tour groups, so if you're unlucky at breakfast, everything might be gone, completely cleared out by the group members. The restaurant diagonally across the street is about twice as expensive, which is really just due to its location, even though both are right at the subway station entrance. The front desk staff are still very friendly and helpful; they'll even call a taxi for you.
