This all-suite stay far exceeded my expectations! The one-bedroom suite layout, with a completely separate living room and bedroom, offered a truly spacious feel, avoiding the cramped sensation of typical hotels. The room was impeccably clean, with every corner well-maintained, and the bedding was soft. It was quiet at night, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The suite was fully equipped with appliances, including a refrigerator and a sofa seating area, making it convenient for both relaxation and casual meetings. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and requests were handled promptly. The location is excellent, making dining and getting around very convenient. It's perfect for both travel and short stays. I've saved it and will prioritize this hotel for my next visit. When checking out, they even helped me carry my luggage to the taxi, which was a very thoughtful touch. Thank you!

The room was quite spacious, and generally clean and tidy, with a pleasant aroma. The lighting was good, and there was a balcony, which would be convenient for hanging clothes if staying for a few days. The only thing I couldn't quite understand was the placement of the air conditioner; I didn't use it during my stay. Being next to an elevated road, it could be a bit noisy, but closing the window significantly reduced the sound. The service was also quite accommodating, and they tried their best to meet reasonable requests.

This is my second time staying at this hotel! My last business trip here was great. This time, I booked a room late at night and was able to check in very quickly. The front desk service was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a washing machine, a large refrigerator, and a small kitchen – perfect for a business trip of about a week.

My stay at this hotel in Chengdu truly exceeded my expectations this time around, and I absolutely have to write a positive review. As soon as I arrived, the front desk staff, Zoe, greeted me with a warm and polite attitude. Check-in was very quick, and she proactively told me about the elevator, breakfast location, and local sightseeing routes – the attention to detail was exceptional. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just right – after a long day, lying down instantly melted away my fatigue. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the hot water supply was stable, and the toiletries were of good quality. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, including local Sichuan snacks and regular Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients and timely replenishment. The hotel environment was quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was superb. It offers incredible value for money. It's suitable for solo travelers, couples, or families alike. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone!
