The hotel's location is pretty convenient, not too far from the airport, and they reimburse taxi fares, which is a big plus. The front desk girl on the first day of check-in wasn't very enthusiastic, but the duty manager at check-out on the second day had a great attitude. Breakfast was standard. I do have one suggestion for the room: please make sure to air it out regularly. The room I stayed in might have had a guest with body odor the day before, and the smell was quite strong. Overall, I'm still relatively satisfied!

My parents chose this hotel for both the start and end of their self-driving trip in Northern Xinjiang, and they were very satisfied. The location is convenient, and it's not far to the Grand Bazaar by taxi. The front desk staff were very welcoming and check-in was quick. They patiently answered all our questions. The room was very clean, spacious, and the mattress was just the right firmness – perfect for resting after a long day of travel. They have a free parking lot, which is a huge plus for self-driving tourists. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to buy local specialties and grab a meal. Overall, it's quiet and peaceful, and the elevator runs smoothly, which made us feel at ease traveling with elderly parents. It offers good value for money, and we would definitely choose this hotel again when we come to Urumqi.

I came to Urumqi to participate in the marathon.
The hotel is very close to the Convention and Exhibition Center, just a short walk away. It was convenient for picking up items and starting the marathon.
The hotel is located in the heart of Urumqi. The Hongguang Mountain Scenic Area is nearby, and the Urumqi Museum is also a short walk away.
It's a bit far from the subway, but buses and the BRT are nearby. Downstairs is also convenient for dining. The room wasn't very soundproof, and I could hear my neighbor snoring. The breakfast was good with plenty of carbohydrates. Overall, it was a good stay.

Opened in 2026, the rooms are fully equipped and brand new. The only downside is that the 8th-floor window faces a wall, so the view is limited. Parking is also limited. The hotel staff are very friendly, and breakfast is decent.

Take a break here before catching the high-speed train and do some exercise🏋️♀️.

Service
Asked the male staff at the front desk if I could get a cup of coffee in the breakfast area☕️ I was very sleepy, and he replied twice that you must be a full-day guest to enjoy it with breakfast. The logic is correct, but compared with other brand chains, it is a bit stingy, and the service seems to have no core competitiveness. It was still the cleaning lady who gave me a bag of hotel hand-brewed coffee... This really has no cost but can make customers feel that the service is good, and it is time to reflect on it.

A truly excellent experience. As soon as I entered the lobby, the front desk staff offered me ice water, and when I checked out, they even gave me Shanxi specialty vinegar as a gift. The room was spacious, and the 2m x 2m bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was decent, and the restaurant environment was very pleasant. I was on a road trip in Taiyuan, and staying here was incredibly good value for money. This must be the most affordable option among high-end hotels.

Our family trip to Taiyuan was made even better by our stay at the Wanda Realm Hotel on Zhonglou Street. The overall experience far exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of the Zhonglou Street commercial area, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. We stayed in a family room which was very spacious, perfect for a family of three. The room facilities were brand new and had no strange odors. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The staff were all very warm, attentive, and responsive. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and the convenient location was a huge plus. I highly recommend it for families with children, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Taiyuan.

The service is very good. There is a parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, which is convenient and free. The room is very clean and the mattress is very comfortable, which is very friendly to people with back pain. The breakfast is also very good and rich. I brought my children with me and made a bowl of egg custard for them. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the tourist center, making it easy to get around, dine, and take walks. The room was spacious and quiet at night. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and assigned a room that perfectly met our requests. The only slight inconvenience was that the parking lot was almost 200 meters from the hotel, and breakfast was served at the Wanda Yihe branch. However, the breakfast selection was surprisingly abundant, easily comparable to a four-star hotel. This hotel is the perfect choice for a day trip to the Wudang Mountains scenic area, making it convenient to catch the bus up the mountain early in the morning and head to the Golden Summit before the tour groups arrive.

The hotel is right next to the visitor center and the scenic area entrance! The location is fantastic! The breakfast is rich and varied, and it's served to align with the scenic area's opening hours, so you can enjoy a leisurely meal and then head straight in as soon as it opens! This was incredibly helpful for catching the cable car to the Golden Summit early before the crowds. The surrounding commercial street also offers convenient options for dining and shopping.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, including a washing machine and a shared large terrace with tables and chairs. It's very pleasant to have a late-night snack there while enjoying the night view.
Hygiene: Good, quite clean.
Environment: It's right at the entrance of the scenic area. The street in front is very lively with many food options. Sound insulation is decent; there wasn't much noise even with thousands of people queuing at 4 AM.
Service: Breakfast can be taken away. If you can't go to eat at 6 AM, you can pick up a packed breakfast at the front desk, which is very convenient.
Suggestion: When storing luggage, please don't use stickers that are hard to remove. It's awkward! Luggage tags aren't expensive, so just use those instead.
