Our stay was excellent, and we especially want to commend our butler, Xiao Jiang. From pre-arrival communication and meeting us at the scenic area ferry terminal, to planning our itinerary and arranging dining and boat tours during our stay, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout. She proactively anticipated our needs, even thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent. Her demeanor was warm and professional, and her service was attentive yet unobtrusive, making us feel truly welcomed in this water town. The hotel's architecture uniquely reflects silk culture, and the breakfast was delicious. Coupled with our butler's high-quality service, our trip was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose Silk Hotel again on our next visit.

Service: The hotel's service is truly five-star. We were greeted by a staff member named Qingguo, who patiently escorted us from the parking lot back to the hotel and then thoroughly explained various touring strategies for Wuzhen. Environment: The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the hotel's gardens and pavilions are perfect for photos, so you don't have to go out and deal with crowds. Dining: For breakfast, the hotel offers two dining options, and we chose the one at 'Siyi'. The breakfast here is quite exquisite, what we'd call 'pretty food.' The interior environment is also very photogenic, so you can easily snap some pictures after your meal.

Wucun Village sightseeing adult ticket: saved money. Afternoon tea in the room: very delicious. Facilities: good. Service: Our butler, Huang Qi, was handsome and warm. He arranged a foot bath for our room, a singing bowl experience, and responded to all our needs immediately. The breakfast was also very distinctive.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

We chose this hotel when we took our kids to Wuzhen for a competition. The room was spacious and came with a fridge. The cleaning staff tidied up every day. It's also very close to Xizha, just a few minutes' walk away. We originally booked three nights online, and the kids loved Wuzhen and Wucun so much that they wanted to stay a couple more days after the competition. However, it was a Friday and Saturday, and with other competitions going on, the platform prices were already quite high. We asked the proprietress if she could give us a discount, and she was very accommodating, extending our stay for two nights at the same price we booked online. She's a kind and lovely person. We'll definitely stay here again when we come for the competition next year! I forgot to take photos of the hotel, though, so here are a few pictures of Wuzhen and Wucun instead.

Our stay in Wuzhen was absolutely fantastic! The guesthouse was clean and tidy, and the room was cozy with thoughtful touches. The owner/staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the main attractions of the ancient town, perfect for those who want to really soak in its charm. Next time I'm in Wuzhen, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

This hotel is located in a quiet corner of the scenic area, away from the main tourist crowds. The rooms are spacious, featuring double sinks, a very comfortable bed, and a small tatami tea room. The space is utilized very efficiently. The bathtub is located between the vanity and the wardrobe, which felt a bit odd. The comb provided during this stay was quite good. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Puyuan from various angles and at different times of the day – walking, boating, driving, during the day, at night, or in the early morning. Besides the hotel pool and the water activities in the scenic area, the hotel also has a dedicated parent-child activity zone. The 'Jiaozi' (paper money used for burning offerings) seemed to serve no practical purpose beyond archery and guessing games. The meditation and healing experience, a major highlight of this Zen-inspired hotel, was truly excellent. It's suitable for all ages looking for a relaxing holiday, whether it's for tea and chess, or leisurely strolls. Both the scenic area and the hotel grounds are perfect for taking photos. On the day we checked in, we had some snacks for lunch: Happy Shumai, Haitang Cake, Song Cake, Dalang Shaobing, sweet tofu pudding, etc. It was fun to try new things and good for a quick photo op. For proper meals, I highly recommend the Meishang Hotel's own restaurants. The food is delicious, and the ingredients are fresh and well-prepared. We had the 5-6 person set menu for dinner at Meishang Chinese Restaurant (Meijing), which was incredibly good value. It was just right for seven people with moderate appetites. Our lunch on the second day was at the Meishang Hotel's Vegetarian Noodle Restaurant. The broth and toppings were simmered for ten hours, and each person received a cup of tea – another superb experience. Service: Excellent!

The room was spotlessly clean and bright. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, with well-appointed facilities. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the owner was incredibly warm, helpful, and personable. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends.

My friend and I booked Alila Wuzhen for our 10th anniversary, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The hotel's design and layout are very serene and comfortable; as soon as you enter, you feel secluded, ready to begin your vacation. The front desk staff, especially Ms. Kevin, provided incredibly thoughtful service. Any request we had was quickly addressed, making us feel right at home. A big thumbs up! 👍🏻 The service was top-notch. For instance, we brought two cakes for our anniversary, and the hotel thoughtfully helped us store them. The Garden Villa room type is very spacious, with a large sofa, accommodating the needs of multiple guests, perfect for a dinner celebration or anniversary. They even thoughtfully provided a small cake and decorations. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and you could order several à la carte items. I recommend the braised beef noodles and beef congee. Although there was a small incident with other guests, the hotel quickly and efficiently resolved it. A good hotel needs to be 'capable of handling issues' and 'responsible'. I really loved the infinity pool, which offered views of egrets and wetlands, making me feel very relaxed and happy. In the evening, the bar had a live band. The two performers were very professional. I absolutely loved their cover of 'Deadman' last night; it was so mesmerizing. Experiencing Alila at night in the bar had a unique charm. The package included a travel photography service. I've experienced this at other hotels, but Alila's was arguably the best. The photographer, Mr. Li Junjie, was very professional. He gave natural guidance, avoiding stiff poses, and provided great emotional value, resulting in truly stunning photos. He spent over an hour shooting across multiple scenes and locations. Many thanks! We truly need more people who are so dedicated to their work in life. There were also many cultural activities. The handicraft instructor was incredibly helpful, explaining each step in detail and with great patience. Essentially, every staff member at Alila offered service with a smile. Their professionalism is very high. I'm also grateful to the aunt who came to make up our bed late at night, even though I don't know her name. All of the above are reasons why I had such a wonderful experience. I will definitely come back.

Highly, highly recommended! The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the entrance of Wuzhen, inside the archway (it's really quiet inside, unlike outside where there are many touts). You can get there directly by bus, and you can re-enter the scenic area multiple times. This means you can wait until after 9 PM when it's less crowded to explore at your leisure. Although the hotel is a bit older, the rooms are spacious, offer views of greenery, and are very clean. The bathroom is also bright and spotless. I was a bit worried about noise isolation before coming, but it was absolutely not an issue. After 10 PM, Wuzhen can still be quite noisy with many restaurants and bars open, but back at the hotel, I didn't hear a sound and slept so well I even missed breakfast. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service!
