"The room was clean and tidy, with many thoughtful details. The breakfast was plentiful. Luggage handling was very convenient; we didn't have to worry about it at all. It went directly from the visitor center to our room door. When we checked out, we just left it at the door and went to explore Wuzhen. After our visit, we picked up our luggage at the visitor center. We'll definitely stay here again next time."

"I usually can't be bothered to leave reviews, but this B&B is truly exceptional! The location is fantastic, very close to tourist attractions, and you can even walk to them. What's more, this B&B is absolutely beautiful, and the price is affordable. The service is incredibly good too – they help with luggage, provide travel tips, and even wash, dry, and fold your clothes before returning them to your room! They even gave us local specialties when we left, which was so touching. I wholeheartedly recommend this B&B! 🦭🦭🦭"

"The rooms have an antique charm. We booked a standard B&B room but were upgraded to an even better one. The front desk staff was very nice, and there were free fruits available 😬😬. They offer two types of breakfast: a dim sum style breakfast or the hotel buffet. The cleaning lady was also very kind. It's definitely worth staying here."

As soon as I arrived, they proactively helped me with my luggage, providing detailed and considerate service. It happened to be my birthday on the day of check-in, and the hotel even prepared a small birthday cake, which felt so special and showed how much care they put into the details. The overall environment was clean and comfortable, the service throughout was very heartwarming, and it was great value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit, highly recommend!"

"I have to say, the Disang Hotel was surprisingly good. This ancient town trip was greatly enhanced by staying here. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with boats passing by on the Grand Canal right outside the window. My child loved watching them, which added so much joy to our stay. The TV offered a wide variety of channels and movies without needing to scan codes or pay extra. The toiletries were L'Occitane, the hairdryer was Dyson, and fresh fruit was delivered daily. The mini-bar was free on the first day, even including alcoholic beverages, showing great generosity. We also experienced the singing bowl meditation. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, though it unfortunately ended at 10 AM. You can use electric carts for getting around the hotel grounds; just ask the staff if you want to go to any specific attraction. The outdoor pool was beautiful and very grand. The lifeguards were all very responsible. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit."

"I highly recommend Wuzhen Eryou Homestay! The hostess is beautiful and kind, always ready to help with any questions or requests, and she's both enthusiastic and thoughtful. She proactively shared travel tips for Wuzhen. I was traveling with my child, and the hostess went out of her way to help with all sorts of little things; the service was incredibly heartwarming. The homestay is clean and quiet, very close to the scenic area, and the comfort level is excellent. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation in Wuzhen, and I'll be back again next time!"

"The hotel's lobby is very grand, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The rooms are well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic, and they answer questions very thoroughly. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"The hotel itself is a historic building, meticulously maintained, and perfectly aligned with the Wuzhen culture. It's a joy to explore, and while I couldn't post photos with people in them, it's truly beautiful! The staff were confident and natural in their descriptions when asked questions. The hotel's restaurant is excellent, with delicious food. The included breakfast is portioned per person, but very generous, saving you the hassle of choosing. I have three minor suggestions, which can be disregarded if not appropriate: 1. The shower pressure in my room was a bit low. 2. Given the hotel's excellent location, a 2 PM checkout would be perfect. I imagine many guests coming for a night tour of Wuzhen wouldn't check in so early. 3. The queue for the sculling boat was incredibly long (during a non-weekend in summer). Although it was included in the hotel package, I ended up skipping it. I would have preferred to tour the hotel's grand mansion instead. If the hotel could arrange someone to lead a guided tour and explain its history, I can't imagine how much more valuable that would be."

"After seeing all the great reviews, I hastily booked my trip to Wuzhen just the night before, and Jintang Inn definitely added a lot to the experience. The swaying sculling boat carried us into the water town of our Jiangnan dreams, starting a journey of peace and tranquility. The location of Jintang Inn is excellent, the room is great, the breakfast is delicious, and the reception service from Manager Zhao Runqiu was very thoughtful. Following the hotel's arrangements, we experienced a sound bowl healing session, feeling the physical and mental relaxation brought by the sounds. We visited the silk reeling workshop, which was quite impressive. The large loom actually required two people to operate; it took me a while to realize there was someone else sitting up top! ”If a child doesn't learn, cut the loom thread” – if it were me, I don't think I could bear to do it!"

"This is the best value-for-money Hilton we've ever stayed at. Not only is the location excellent, just 500-600 meters from the West Xizha Scenic Area, but the environment is also incredibly beautiful. The hotel facilities are brand new and complete, the room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. When we returned from our outings, there were free coffee, orange juice, and snacks in the lobby – it truly felt like a home away from home. When we checked out, they even gave us three boxes of local specialty pastries, 'Gugao Bing,' which were absolutely delicious."
