"This hotel is a 3-minute walk from the subway station and directly across from a park, so the environment is excellent. The most surprising thing was the soundproofing; despite facing the street, I heard absolutely no noise. Before bed, I enjoyed a hot bath with strong water pressure and stable temperature, and even the shower gel had a high-end fragrance. The breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly ground coffee and handmade wontons were incredible—I left stuffed every day. The value for money is truly exceptional! When I'm utterly exhausted from a business trip, this hotel is a lifesaver. The room was spotlessly clean, with no dust even in the desk crevices. The bedding was soft and breathable, giving me the most peaceful sleep I've had in ages. The gym equipment is brand new, and a run after work was incredibly stress-relieving. Plus, the breakfast even has freshly made noodles with a fried egg, which was hearty and comforting—all the details perfectly cater to business travelers' needs. I'm definitely staying here whenever I visit this city again!"

"Our stay was very satisfying. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The view was also good. The hotel service was excellent; everyone from the security guard downstairs to the front desk staff and managers were very welcoming. They even brought packages I ordered up to my room, and the robot delivered food from outside. The chef in the breakfast restaurant was also very friendly. Overall, I highly recommend it!"

"Responsive and helpful host. The location is excellent, in the business district close to the metro and shopping malls. There was a beautiful view from the window, a comfortable bed, and a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining table. There was no cooktop and no full set of kitchen utensils, which was a bit unusual for us. The carpet had some stains and the air conditioner was a bit noisy. Overall, the apartment is not as new as it looks in the photos. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay in Beijing and the apartment was good overall."

"Hello thank you for a very comfortable stay. Its location is also very near subway station which makes it easier for me to visit tourist attractions. There is 7eleven and luckin coffee nearby. The host is also very friendly and tries his best to understand me despite the language barrier. I hope to be back again next time."

"The cleanliness was quite good; there was no dust on the wardrobe or the desk. It's a three-bedroom unit. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom but no balcony or TV. The bathroom lighting is very dim, and there's no light above the bathtub, nor a non-slip mat. You have to climb in and out to shower, which isn't ideal. The other two rooms are fine, and the common bathroom is quite spacious. Also, the main door has no soft-close mechanism, so it slams shut with a loud bang. A buffer would be helpful. It's rare for a serviced apartment to have a kids' play area. It's not big, but the children had a lot of fun. However, for someone with allergies like me, it was a disaster. The kids' socks were filthy when they came back – there was too much dust."

The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, plenty of hot water, and a full set of toiletries. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, and check-in and check-out were handled efficiently. Overall, it offered good value for money, and my stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"The soundproofing in the room was really poor. The TV in the room next door was blasting until past 1 AM, which was very disruptive. I specifically requested a high floor for a quiet stay, and I mentioned this well in advance. Instead, I was placed right next to the elevator, which was incredibly noisy. To top it off, the air conditioning was very loud and didn't cool the room effectively."

"So glad we decided to move here from Liangmahe! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – you can easily walk to the Forbidden City, Taimiao, Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing, Oriental Plaza, and Beijing People's Art Theatre. This is a huge, irreplaceable advantage. When we checked in, we were greeted by the lovely Sini and Moon. They were so polite and attentive to our needs. We arrived quite early and couldn't get our room key right away, but they patiently followed up and actively adjusted things based on our family's situation, allowing us to check in comfortably. This really set a positive tone for our entire stay. The apartment hotel has a traditional design and decor that perfectly matches the vibe of the location. The spaciousness of the room is a major highlight, making it ideal for families traveling together. We'll definitely be back!"

"I visited Beijing for New Year's Day. For the first two nights, I stayed at another hotel where, despite paying 300-400 yuan, there were no windows. The heating was cranked up way too high, and the AC couldn't be controlled, making the stay unbearable—it felt like a sauna. After that, I switched to this hotel-style apartment. It's located within a residential complex, and there are access control systems to enter the complex, the building unit, and even the elevators. While a bit inconvenient, it ensures security. The subway is just a hundred meters to the left when you exit the complex, making transportation incredibly convenient. Hopson One mall is also just a few hundred meters away, so dining and getting takeout are very easy. The room itself has appliances like a washing machine and microwave, which is great for long-term guests to do laundry. There's also a drying rack by the window, so clothes dry quickly. Most importantly, the room temperature was perfect—not too cold, not too hot—and the air circulation was excellent. For this alone, I think it's better than other hotels. The room is actually quite spacious compared to a typical hotel room. There's even a single sofa by the window where you can sit, soak up some sun, and read a book, which was really nice. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Beijing. Otherwise, if you end up in a hotel with no windows or an 'inner window,' that heating can be truly unbearable…"
