"We booked CM+ apartments as we were traveling with infant as well senior citizen and needed more rooms as well as kitchen. The experience here was more than our expectations. Very clean, delicious breakfast, great service and also location is perfect to visit all important attractions. Hotel representative Lene was kind enough to provide us essential stuff for the baby and also accommodate our special requests. We would definitely book this place next time when we visit Beijing and also recommend it to my family and friends."

"The room's facilities are definitely not new; the TV is quite small, one bedside table surprisingly lacks an outlet, and a few other outlets have poor contact. However, the excellent location, spacious room, and quality service more than make up for it. Firstly, it's super convenient to get to Wangfujing subway station Exit E, and there's a shopping mall right behind the hotel, as well as Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, making it easy to buy food and drinks. It's also a convenient walk to the National Museum and Tiananmen Square. Secondly, most hotels in Beijing have smaller rooms, but this one is sufficiently large. Staying in a two-bedroom suite with elderly parents and children made it very easy to look after each other. Having a kitchen to boil water and a dining table for meals really made it feel like home. Ordering takeout was also a breeze; we could get deliveries from Hema Fresh and Sam's Club. The front desk staff and the cleaning lady on our 6th floor were all incredibly friendly. We initially only booked one night, but were so satisfied with everything that we ended up staying for three."

"Our stay was fantastic! My friend and I chose the deluxe twin suite, and it was incredibly spacious with a well-thought-out layout, perfect for a girls' trip. The bedding was clean and soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The view outside our window overlooked the Bird's Nest, and the night view was especially beautiful – we took so many photos. The front desk service was warm, attentive, and quick to respond. The hotel's location is super convenient, within walking distance to the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Beijing and will recommend it to other friends! 😊"

"Highly recommend this hotel! The location is fantastic; the subway station is just a short walk from the hotel, and right next door is the large shopping mall, Living Mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The room was exceptionally clean with excellent natural light, making it bright and airy. The bedding was high quality and very comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"I was initially going to give a perfect score. After all, the location is great, the views are nice, and it's right next to the CCTV Headquarters, a landmark building. Most importantly, the two rooms are well-suited for families traveling with older children. However, when I tried to sleep at night, I discovered a severe mildew smell. It was so strong I couldn't sleep comfortably. Plus, the comforter was yellowish and felt dirty. Even though it's an older hotel, they should at least ensure the bedding is clean and the rooms are well-maintained. Otherwise, this mold could harm guests' health. On another note, the breakfast is indeed limited, as other reviews mentioned, but it's enough to fill you up. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it because that moldy smell is just too strong."

"I arrived in Beijing on a late flight and chose a hotel closest to my business destination. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations, just needed a place for the night... but my stay turned out to be excellent! 😊 Room facilities: The decor was traditional with wainscoting, very old school, but the floors looked like they had been renovated. It had a Bose sound system and a full Siemens kitchen setup. There was also a direct drinking water system – everything you could possibly need. Bathroom: A bidet was added to the toilet, and there was no unpleasant odor, which is very important! However, there's one minor gripe 😑: the toilet and shower shared a single sliding glass door, and it rattled loudly with just a slight touch (I hope the hotel can improve this). Bedroom: I have to give this a huge shout-out! I travel frequently for work and am a light sleeper, so I always use earplugs and an eye mask. But this time, I didn't need any of them! 😂 I slept soundly through the night, it was incredibly comfortable! I'm really grateful for that (-ω-)💤 Also, I have to mention the breakfast – surprisingly good and quite varied! Of course, it might not compare to super five-star hotels, but it surpassed most domestic five-star hotels I've stayed in. Plus, if you order takeout, a robot delivers it right to your door, which is super convenient. I feel this would be a great choice if you're traveling with elderly family members or children. [clapping hands] Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! 👍"

"## Location and Parking * The location is decent, with a small commercial area (few dining options) across the street and Yongding Park nearby. * Free parking is available, both above ground (limited) and underground (entrance at the rear left of the hotel's front). * The B2 parking garage has controlled access and requires a key card. ## Front Desk Check-in * Check-in is on the first floor in the lobby. The service was mediocre; they only processed the paperwork and informed us of breakfast times. * No information was provided regarding: breakfast location, restaurant details, gym location, or vehicle registration for self-drivers. ## Room Facilities * Advertised as 60㎡, but feels cramped due to the layout. * Only a shower, no smart toilet, and the toilet had a persistent odor. * The air conditioning was noisy; even with it on and the window open, I felt uncomfortable and had a headache. * The sink drain stopper was hidden behind the faucet. * The bedding was comfortable and met the needs of someone with back issues regarding mattress and pillows. ## Customer Service and Dining * The customer service staff were okay. * The Chinese food was decent. Delivery incurred a 10% service charge. However, the staff mentioned that some dishes would take a long time (without offering to send them separately or cancel). When I explicitly asked if they could be delivered separately, their attitude was poor, saying “I’m just telling you.” When an issue is raised, a solution should be offered. * Orders from the Chinese restaurant require immediate payment and cannot be charged to the room. * To get an invoice, I was asked to add them on WeChat. They promised to send it with the bill but I never received it. Later, they sent incorrect guest information, indicating disorganized management. ## Breakfast Issues * The breakfast selection was not extensive. * The breakfast experience on the second day was poor: the staff in the breakfast area had a cold attitude, saying things like, “Here you go.” Guests staying at the hotel are paying customers, not beggars. This attitude deserves a warning note about this hotel. * After complaining, the manager was very pleasant, but the overall experience had already been significantly dampened. ## Check-out * I had to proactively remind them about my self-driven vehicle and ask if it needed to be registered. * No directions were given for exiting the building to the parking garage (actual route: straight, then left down to B2, then follow signs to exit by car). The front desk lacked service awareness. ## Summary Overall, there was a lack of attention to service details, disorganized management, and rude breakfast service. Although some individual staff members were pleasant, the overall stay was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend staying here with high expectations."

"Very good apartments. The unit is spacious and fully equipped with everything in working order: a stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, two TVs, and three air conditioners. The location is excellent—close to the beautiful Chaoyang Park, Solana shopping mall, and various restaurants, and not far from Sanlitun. Good service, with an on-site administrator and daily housekeeping. We had to leave a bit earlier than the paid period, and the refund was quickly credited back to my card."

"The apartment is designed in a Japanese modern style with a calm and contemporary color scheme. It's actually more comfortable than the hotel's promotional photos suggest. It features a smart toilet and a natural gas stove, making it convenient for cooking. The front desk service was responsive and prompt when requested. The second-floor gym has sufficient equipment and space. All in all, a good experience! Areas for improvement: The quality of various appliances in the room needs to be checked in advance (during my stay, several appliances malfunctioned and could only be used after repairs/replacements, including the TV, microwave, and washing machine). Housekeeping service quality and proactiveness could be better (leftover hair on the floor, bugs found on curtains, stove not cleaned proactively, toiletries not replenished proactively – perhaps better communication with guests could help). The配套图书室 (library) had a strong odor. Not good: The underground tennis room had a ball machine, but the court was made from a converted regular room, and the depth and height were clearly too cramped for practice."
