"I initially had an issue with noise in my room. After I reported it, to my surprise, the hotel proactively offered earplugs and a room upgrade, which I really appreciate. However, there's a hardware issue with the room: the curtains in the morning aren't blackout enough, and I hope they can improve this. Overall, it's still a good choice. Zigongyuan restaurant is right downstairs, making breakfast very convenient, and it's not far from the subway. It's an excellent choice that I recommend to everyone, with a great environment and location."

"This hotel is super close to Wangfujing Exit E1, making it incredibly convenient to get everywhere. The room was really spacious, with a separate living room, two bathrooms, and a shower room. The best part was having a washing machine, and they provided laundry detergent every day! It was so handy to be able to wash my sweaty clothes after a long day out. The pool was also fantastic, 1.1-1.2 meters deep, and swimming there at sunset was absolutely amazing. They even had water bottles by the lounge chairs at the pool and on the treadmills in the gym – great attention to detail!"

"Highly recommend this hotel! The location is fantastic; the subway station is just a short walk from the hotel, and right next door is the large shopping mall, Living Mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The room was exceptionally clean with excellent natural light, making it bright and airy. The bedding was high quality and very comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"North-facing room. The window view (p1-6) is a city landscape. The breakfast buffet (p7-15) offers a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. You can ask the chef to cook noodles or make omelets (I only overheard this, but saw other guests doing it). I encountered a polite and responsible young chef who, despite the busy peak hours, did his best to meet guests' needs. The front desk is on the 40th floor, where you can find complimentary fruit and bottled water. There's also a coffee machine offering espresso, regular coffee, and cappuccino (p16-17). All the front desk staff I interacted with were enthusiastic and polite, always ready to answer questions. Thank you. The cleaning staff provided excellent service. They usually cleaned in the afternoon. If the 'do not disturb' sign wasn't out, they would proactively knock and ask if cleaning was needed. They were efficient and professional, and always asked if I needed any items replenished. Sometimes, if something was overlooked, the staff would actively inquire if I still needed it, showing genuine consideration for guests. Thank you. Besides the front desk and restaurant, there's a small gym on the 40th floor, also with a city view. There are changing rooms outside the gym (p18). The in-room facilities are a bit dated; anything made of plastic has yellowed. However, all essential items are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a complete set of tableware, pots, pans, and bowls. The air is dry, especially in the bedroom. You might want to bring a small humidifier."

"## Location and Parking * The location is decent, with a small commercial area (few dining options) across the street and Yongding Park nearby. * Free parking is available, both above ground (limited) and underground (entrance at the rear left of the hotel's front). * The B2 parking garage has controlled access and requires a key card. ## Front Desk Check-in * Check-in is on the first floor in the lobby. The service was mediocre; they only processed the paperwork and informed us of breakfast times. * No information was provided regarding: breakfast location, restaurant details, gym location, or vehicle registration for self-drivers. ## Room Facilities * Advertised as 60㎡, but feels cramped due to the layout. * Only a shower, no smart toilet, and the toilet had a persistent odor. * The air conditioning was noisy; even with it on and the window open, I felt uncomfortable and had a headache. * The sink drain stopper was hidden behind the faucet. * The bedding was comfortable and met the needs of someone with back issues regarding mattress and pillows. ## Customer Service and Dining * The customer service staff were okay. * The Chinese food was decent. Delivery incurred a 10% service charge. However, the staff mentioned that some dishes would take a long time (without offering to send them separately or cancel). When I explicitly asked if they could be delivered separately, their attitude was poor, saying “I’m just telling you.” When an issue is raised, a solution should be offered. * Orders from the Chinese restaurant require immediate payment and cannot be charged to the room. * To get an invoice, I was asked to add them on WeChat. They promised to send it with the bill but I never received it. Later, they sent incorrect guest information, indicating disorganized management. ## Breakfast Issues * The breakfast selection was not extensive. * The breakfast experience on the second day was poor: the staff in the breakfast area had a cold attitude, saying things like, “Here you go.” Guests staying at the hotel are paying customers, not beggars. This attitude deserves a warning note about this hotel. * After complaining, the manager was very pleasant, but the overall experience had already been significantly dampened. ## Check-out * I had to proactively remind them about my self-driven vehicle and ask if it needed to be registered. * No directions were given for exiting the building to the parking garage (actual route: straight, then left down to B2, then follow signs to exit by car). The front desk lacked service awareness. ## Summary Overall, there was a lack of attention to service details, disorganized management, and rude breakfast service. Although some individual staff members were pleasant, the overall stay was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend staying here with high expectations."

"I arrived in Beijing on a late flight and chose a hotel closest to my business destination. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations, just needed a place for the night... but my stay turned out to be excellent! 😊 Room facilities: The decor was traditional with wainscoting, very old school, but the floors looked like they had been renovated. It had a Bose sound system and a full Siemens kitchen setup. There was also a direct drinking water system – everything you could possibly need. Bathroom: A bidet was added to the toilet, and there was no unpleasant odor, which is very important! However, there's one minor gripe 😑: the toilet and shower shared a single sliding glass door, and it rattled loudly with just a slight touch (I hope the hotel can improve this). Bedroom: I have to give this a huge shout-out! I travel frequently for work and am a light sleeper, so I always use earplugs and an eye mask. But this time, I didn't need any of them! 😂 I slept soundly through the night, it was incredibly comfortable! I'm really grateful for that (-ω-)💤 Also, I have to mention the breakfast – surprisingly good and quite varied! Of course, it might not compare to super five-star hotels, but it surpassed most domestic five-star hotels I've stayed in. Plus, if you order takeout, a robot delivers it right to your door, which is super convenient. I feel this would be a great choice if you're traveling with elderly family members or children. [clapping hands] Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! 👍"

"Having stayed in countless hotels in Beijing, this one truly stands out. It boasts a sleek and modern design, a huge communal kitchen, and an excellent location. With Metro Lines 10, 3, and 17 nearby, it offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Sanlitun. Both Beijing South Railway Station and Capital Airport are about a 47-minute journey away."

"I've stayed at Ascott many times, and it's consistently excellent in all aspects. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the amenities like the fridge and washing machine are all fully equipped. The environment is also very quiet; you barely hear any noise. It's super convenient for dining and drinks, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's also Xiao Taihou Park close by, and it's not far from the subway station – about a 10-minute scooter ride."
