"## Location and Parking
* The location is decent, with a small commercial area (few dining options) across the street and Yongding Park nearby.
* Free parking is available, both above ground (limited) and underground (entrance at the rear left of the hotel's front).
* The B2 parking garage has controlled access and requires a key card.
## Front Desk Check-in
* Check-in is on the first floor in the lobby. The service was mediocre; they only processed the paperwork and informed us of breakfast times.
* No information was provided regarding: breakfast location, restaurant details, gym location, or vehicle registration for self-drivers.
## Room Facilities
* Advertised as 60㎡, but feels cramped due to the layout.
* Only a shower, no smart toilet, and the toilet had a persistent odor.
* The air conditioning was noisy; even with it on and the window open, I felt uncomfortable and had a headache.
* The sink drain stopper was hidden behind the faucet.
* The bedding was comfortable and met the needs of someone with back issues regarding mattress and pillows.
## Customer Service and Dining
* The customer service staff were okay.
* The Chinese food was decent. Delivery incurred a 10% service charge. However, the staff mentioned that some dishes would take a long time (without offering to send them separately or cancel). When I explicitly asked if they could be delivered separately, their attitude was poor, saying “I’m just telling you.” When an issue is raised, a solution should be offered.
* Orders from the Chinese restaurant require immediate payment and cannot be charged to the room.
* To get an invoice, I was asked to add them on WeChat. They promised to send it with the bill but I never received it. Later, they sent incorrect guest information, indicating disorganized management.
## Breakfast Issues
* The breakfast selection was not extensive.
* The breakfast experience on the second day was poor: the staff in the breakfast area had a cold attitude, saying things like, “Here you go.” Guests staying at the hotel are paying customers, not beggars. This attitude deserves a warning note about this hotel.
* After complaining, the manager was very pleasant, but the overall experience had already been significantly dampened.
## Check-out
* I had to proactively remind them about my self-driven vehicle and ask if it needed to be registered.
* No directions were given for exiting the building to the parking garage (actual route: straight, then left down to B2, then follow signs to exit by car). The front desk lacked service awareness.
## Summary
Overall, there was a lack of attention to service details, disorganized management, and rude breakfast service. Although some individual staff members were pleasant, the overall stay was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend staying here with high expectations."
