"The hotel is very close to Dongzhimen subway station. The elevator goes directly to B1 level, which connects to the B1 level of the mall. Inside, there's a supermarket, a 24-hour convenience store, and various food options, much like a food court. It's also very convenient to walk to the subway station. We booked a two-bedroom, two-living room, two-bathroom suite, which was on the top floor. The view was a bit hazy due to the air quality. The room's decor was a bit simple, and the service, typical of an apartment hotel, was also quite basic. Overall, it was decent."

"My kids absolutely loved the room. I'm conflicted about the service score. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, easily a 5/5. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. However, I'm giving a 2-star rating because there's no dedicated drop-off/pick-up area at the entrance; you have to stop on the street. Also, it seems the hotel cuts costs by not having doormen. When I arrived, it was drizzling, and I had several suitcases and two kids. I had to drag everything into the lobby and then up to the room myself, with no help whatsoever. For a hotel costing over 2,000 RMB a night – I spent over 10,000 RMB – I didn't receive even the most basic service. Comparison truly highlights the shortcomings. The day before, after arriving in Beijing late at night, I decided to stay at the airport Hilton for one night, which cost just over 900 RMB. There was a free shuttle bus at the airport entrance, and the driver immediately got out to help load my luggage onto the bus. From the moment I got off the shuttle, there were staff greeting me and helping with my bags, escorting me into the lobby and offering all sorts of assistance, even delivering my luggage directly to the room."

"This hotel is super close to Wangfujing Exit E1, making it incredibly convenient to get everywhere. The room was really spacious, with a separate living room, two bathrooms, and a shower room. The best part was having a washing machine, and they provided laundry detergent every day! It was so handy to be able to wash my sweaty clothes after a long day out. The pool was also fantastic, 1.1-1.2 meters deep, and swimming there at sunset was absolutely amazing. They even had water bottles by the lounge chairs at the pool and on the treadmills in the gym – great attention to detail!"

Transportation is super convenient; it's a 30-minute taxi ride to the airport, and even in traffic, it only takes 10 minutes to Guomao. Next, let's talk about the overall decor and public areas. It's a minimalist Nordic design, the bedding is clean and tidy, and the facilities are comprehensive. There's a small kitchen in the unit, a professional-grade communal kitchen, a laundry room, and a co-working space, all available. Finally, the check-in experience and staff were great. The front desk was very efficient; after receiving the password on my phone, I could self-check-in entirely through the app, which was perfect for me. The service team is also very young. The night I stayed, there was an organized community event I could join for free, making it a completely different business trip experience. The price is also very reasonable, and I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip."
