"Strange place. There's no reception but they text and email you to find out when you're arriving and then if you arrived. When I answered that I was in the building but couldn't find them, they came and got me. Which was nice, but still I would have preferred having cleat instructions from the beginning. I often had to ask for basic things like toilet paper and water, but they brought them right away. My room was advertised as having a kitchen but all I have is a fridge, a kettle and a microwave. No plates, bowls or utensils but again, when I asked for them, the man brought them to me pretty quickly. No condiments, not even salt and pepper. The beds are kind of hard but the pillows, sheets and duvet are all good quality."

"I stayed at the Marriott Executive Apartments Wangfujing for a few days during my trip to Beijing, and I honestly think it's a hidden gem for accommodation in the city center. The location is absolutely unbeatable – Wangfujing Pedestrian Street is just a stone's throw away, and you can walk to the East Gate of the Forbidden City in about ten minutes. It's also super convenient for the subway and taxis, so you don't have to go out of your way for shopping, dining, or sightseeing. As executive apartments, the biggest highlight is the ample space. Our two-bedroom unit had clearly defined areas for the bedroom, living room, and kitchen/dining, so it didn't feel cramped like a regular hotel. With a full set of kitchen appliances and a washer/dryer, it felt just like being at home for a short stay. The room was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. Despite being in a bustling commercial area, it was remarkably quiet. During my stay, there was a smoke odor issue in the room. The front desk immediately apologized sincerely, proactively offered a room change, provided an air purifier, and later thoughtfully upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite free of charge to compensate for the inconvenience. Their handling of the guest complaint was genuinely responsible and showed a real commitment to service. The hotel also has a heated pool, fitness center, and restaurant, which are great for relaxing after a tiring day of travel. Overall, the staff were highly professional, polite, attentive, and responsive. Combining a prime location, spacious rooms, home-like amenities, and Marriott's high-quality service, it's suitable for tourism, family trips, or long-term business stays. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing!"

"I stayed here two years ago and had a great experience, so I booked this hotel again for my trip to Beijing. On the first night this time, I was bothered by mosquitoes and didn't sleep well; my child also got many bites. It was probably because the previous guest didn't close the screen window. After communicating with the front desk and the cleaning staff, they took my concerns very seriously. The staff promptly disinfected my room that same day and kindly provided various mosquito repellents. We slept very well for the following two nights. Many thanks!"

"The hotel's location is fantastic, really close to the Bird's Nest stadium, which was perfect for the concert. The room was incredibly spacious. The front desk staff, especially the lady with employee ID 0298, had excellent service. She was very thoughtful and arranged a room with a view of the Bird's Nest once she knew we were there for Xue Zhiqian's concert. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing."

"More than 800 homestays are still a bit expensive. Fortunately, the environment is clean and tidy. Then this place is indeed a bit difficult to find in residential areas, it has been looking for a long time. Not particularly convenient."

"Extremely satisfied with this hotel stay. 1. The location is super convenient, with supermarkets and great food nearby, and it's just a few minutes' taxi ride to Hopson One. The Line 10 subway station is a 5-10 minute walk away. 2. The front desk service was excellent. Since I didn't have a local phone, Irene at the front desk proactively offered her number to help me receive a package. Later, due to a seller's shipping error, I had to return the item, and all I had to do was give the return code to the front desk. It was very convenient. All the front desk staff had a great attitude. 3. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen, a washing machine with a drying function, a refrigerator, and a drying rack on the balcony.
