"My spouse and I, an older couple, stayed at the Beijing Yuanhang International Hotel before our trip to Europe. Facilities: Excellent and well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. The cleaning staff were incredibly thorough and meticulous – big thumbs up! 👍 Environment: Very good. The hotel even has some cute little animals, which was a lovely touch. Service: All the staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. From the moment we arrived, the doorman was helpful, the front desk staff were patient and detailed, and the service staff even accompanied us to our room with a welcome fruit basket – so thoughtful and heartfelt! ❤️ Thank you so much. We will definitely stay here again next time we're at Beijing Airport. Breakfast was nutritious and plentiful, and the breakfast staff were also very attentive."

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"This hotel offers excellent value for money. It was very easy to get to from the city center; I just took a bus directly from Daxing Airport. It's located within the Capital Airport Management School campus, which means it has a comprehensive building, a canteen, and a sports hall. Swimming costs 80 RMB per person. There's also a large sports park behind the hotel that's worth exploring. On the first floor, there's a 24-hour convenience store. The front desk even upgraded my room. They have a luxurious shuttle bus that goes to the airport every half hour, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, even assisting with my luggage when I left. It was fantastic!"

"The room was great. Only the bidet did not work, but I suspect this would have been rectified, had we complained. Now the downsides: The pool is only open from 11 am on. They require you to wear a swimming cap, and nicely enough they supply some you can use. Not so nicely one of the ones they offer is (or was) white. This one nicely displays the amount of black mold that these swim caps are covered in. Utterly disgusting. They don't seem to dry or clean these caps, ever. There is a lifeguard on duty (his shirt says coach?). Sadly during our swim he decided to eat buns filled with meat in the swimming pool area, the smell was intense and not pleasant for swimming. The changing rooms were quite dirty, both the trash can and the towel hamper were overflowing and there was a smell of damp towels. The breakfast is okay. Sadly we observed a staff member using a rag to first wipe a spill on the floor, then the seat of a baby chair and then finally the table... After this we had questions about the hygiene of the hotel... The hotel is fine, just don't expect this to fulfill the European five star hotel experience."

"An absolutely fantastic stay for my child's middle school entrance exam! It's incredibly close to No. 55 Middle School, just a 4-minute walk.燕飞 (Yanfei) was incredibly proactive during check-in, anticipating and addressing all our potential needs throughout our stay. They even arranged a late check-out until my child finished the exam, which allowed me to get some much-needed rest while accompanying my child. My friend spontaneously decided to join us, but unfortunately, the hotel showed as fully booked. However, Lucky magically managed to sort it out for us! Not only that, but after my friend had already checked in and left the front desk, Lucky called them to let them know a more ideal room type had become available and offered a discount of over 100 RMB, which they proactively refunded. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel also prepared a lunch buffet for exam candidates and parents at 48 RMB per person. While the variety wasn't extensive, it was a huge help in solving the lunch dilemma for parents. The food was nutritious, well-balanced with meat and vegetables, and flavorful without being heavy. Breakfast was also great and well-rounded nutritionally. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied."

"My stay at the Regent Beijing this time completely exceeded my expectations – it deserves a full five-star rating! The location is absolutely unbeatable, situated on Jinbao Street, right next to Dengshikou Station on Metro Line 5. It's a mere ten-minute walk to Wangfujing, and a short taxi ride to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Exploring the hutongs and iconic attractions is incredibly convenient, saving a lot of time and effort. Although it's an established five-star hotel, it's meticulously maintained. The lobby beautifully blends Chinese aesthetics with understated luxury, without being overly ostentatious. We were upgraded to a high-floor view room. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered expansive views, and on a clear day, we could clearly see the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park. The room itself was spacious, with a separate wet and dry bathroom featuring a large bathtub. The toiletries had a luxurious scent, and the bathrobes and slippers were soft and plush. The double-glazed windows were incredibly effective; despite the bustling traffic outside, the room remained wonderfully quiet and peaceful, ensuring a perfect night's sleep."

"First off, the location is fantastic and super convenient. It's just a 3-stop subway ride from Beijing Chaoyang Station, and then a straight walk of less than 200 meters – I almost walked past it! It's also very close to Sanlitun, an easy stroll away. Secondly, the service was good; check-in was smooth, and the cleaning staff (Ayi) was lovely. Thirdly, the facilities are comprehensive. The fridge is a summer essential, the air conditioning works great, and the shower head is decent. I forgot to request a room not at the end of the hall when I booked, and sure enough, that's exactly where I ended up. The soundproofing isn't great; I was worried my 'Xiao Du' (smart speaker) would get activated by the young lady next door calling hers. I'm not sure if it's because it's on the ground floor, but the bathroom had a musty smell, and there were occasional small flying insects. The blackout curtains aren't the best, but thankfully I'm a good sleeper. Overall, for late June in Beijing, I'd say it offers good value for money."

In the evening, you can sit there in total calm, read a book, work on your laptop, and enjoy delicious coffee… made and served by a robot. And yes — if you order delivery, another robot brings it straight to your room door. The area is also great — surrounded by restaurants, shops, and fruit markets, everything you need within walking distance. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, budget-friendly stay with a unique touch — this is a great find."

"Hidden in a *hutong* (alleyway), this hotel is just a 7-8 minute walk from Beijing Railway Station. The breakfast spread is quite generous, and you'll find many foreign guests here. In the evenings, they often chat in the courtyard, creating a really communal atmosphere. A special highlight is that this was where Edgar Snow wrote *Red Star Over China*; he and Helen lived here, and the hotel has a dedicated exhibit about it. My travel plans changed unexpectedly, requiring me to check out a night early past the regular check-out time, but the hotel didn't charge any extra fees and even kept my luggage safe until I returned. I really appreciate that! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Beijing!"
