"Arrived at Daxing late at night from abroad. The hotel picked me up promptly, and check-in was very quick. The hotel lobby has a lot of character. "Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"Our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the staff were warm and friendly. The airport shuttle bus was spacious and comfortable, and the welcome fruit platter, late-night snacks, breakfast, and small farewell gift upon check-out all demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The two alpacas and little squirrels in the courtyard added a wonderful touch of warmth and fun to our trip. I'd particularly like to thank one of the hotel staff members. Yesterday, Beijing experienced a heavy downpour, and the ride-sharing car my family and I were in got a flat tire due to flooded roads, leaving us stranded in the middle of the street and unable to return to the hotel. It just so happened that her family was picking her up from work, and after learning about our situation, she proactively helped coordinate and drove us all back to the hotel entrance, politely refusing any compensation. For us, who were in such a difficult predicament at the time, her help was incredibly valuable and left us feeling incredibly touched. This small incident truly made me appreciate the staff's sense of responsibility and kindness, and it left me with an excellent impression of the hotel's service philosophy and management. To be able to cultivate such sincere, professional, and helpful employees, I believe this hotel is truly worthy of guests' trust. If I ever return to Beijing in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I wish the hotel all the best and continued success to every staff member."

"I stayed at a Siheyuan (courtyard house) near Qianmen with my child and father, and it truly felt like quintessential Beijing! First off, the location is incredibly convenient. It's nestled in a hutong on Qianmen East Street, offering a quiet escape amidst the bustling city. A short walk around the corner takes you to Qianmen Pedestrian Street, and Dashilar is easily reachable on foot. Taking a taxi to Tiananmen or the Forbidden City costs just the minimum fare, which is a huge relief when traveling with elderly parents and children – no hassle at all. Secondly, the courtyard itself is absolutely charming. Stepping through the gate, you're greeted by a classic Old Beijing Siheyuan, with its grey bricks, dark tiles, and covered walkways, all centered around a large tree. In the morning, with the sun streaming into the courtyard, enjoying a bowl of congee feels incredibly leisurely. The room, though not large, is exquisitely designed, with comfortable bedding and a bathroom featuring a separate shower and toilet, complete with a smart toilet. Thirdly, the service was wonderfully attentive. The young lady at the front desk, seeing we had elderly parents and a child, proactively helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was abundant, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out – excellent! Overall, if you want to experience an Old Beijing Siheyuan without compromising on comfort, this place is truly ideal. It's especially perfect for families traveling with parents and children, offering both charm and convenience."

"Our stay at the Westin Sanya Haitang Bay was fantastic! The hotel's coconut grove and canal create a wonderful ambiance. You definitely have to try paddleboarding, weaving through the lush waterways – it's so relaxing and therapeutic. We also booked a hotel photoshoot; the photographer was great at finding angles and captured natural, lively shots. The paddleboard photos were stunning even before editing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided thoughtful service. The hotel is close to the duty-free shop, making it very convenient for getting around. If you're looking for a one-stop vacation to relax, swim, and take beautiful photos, you won't be disappointed here. Highly recommend!"

"Extremely satisfied with the excellent service. I couldn't find any laundry detergent in my room, and a staff member passing by immediately got some from another empty room for me to use. After checking out and storing my luggage, I realized I'd left my yogurt in the fridge. The staff kindly kept it for me until I picked up my luggage in the evening. "Five-star review! I stayed at the Sofitel Beijing Central for four consecutive days, and my overall experience was extremely satisfying. The location is excellent, close to Jianguomen subway station, making it very convenient to get to Wangfujing, Tiananmen Square, and the National Museum. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I rested very well. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and their service was prompt and responsive; communication was smooth whenever I had a request. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the facilities are well-maintained. Traveling with children, staying here made getting around and sightseeing worry-free and convenient. It's a great choice for exploring urban Beijing, especially since the young lady at the Chance hotel front desk upgraded our room for free and gave us a breakfast voucher for one adult and two children for one day, considering our late arrival.
