Scenic Hotels in Beijing

"I originally booked another hotel for 560 yuan per night, but since I was arriving at 11 PM and checking out at 10 AM the next day, I felt it was a bit expensive and canceled. I then chose Yuanhang for 350 yuan. When I arrived in the evening, the front desk staff kindly upgraded my room for free. Their warm and thoughtful service instantly made all my tiredness disappear. They also informed us that there was a complimentary late-night snack! Upon entering the room, I found it to be perfect. The facilities and amenities were clean, tidy, and complete, with free coffee, fruits, beverages, and mineral water. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. Plus, there's a free airport shuttle service. Simply perfect!"

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"My stay here was truly heartwarming! The room was spotless and fresh, without any strange smells, making for a very comfortable experience. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, and incredibly friendly and easygoing, making you feel as warm and at ease as if you were with family. The hotel itself has a charming, antique feel with a unique and tasteful decor. Plus, getting to all the attractions is super convenient, making travel hassle-free and easy. The whole experience was delightful, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone!"

"The room was great. Only the bidet did not work, but I suspect this would have been rectified, had we complained. Now the downsides: The pool is only open from 11 am on. They require you to wear a swimming cap, and nicely enough they supply some you can use. Not so nicely one of the ones they offer is (or was) white. This one nicely displays the amount of black mold that these swim caps are covered in. Utterly disgusting. They don't seem to dry or clean these caps, ever. There is a lifeguard on duty (his shirt says coach?). Sadly during our swim he decided to eat buns filled with meat in the swimming pool area, the smell was intense and not pleasant for swimming. The changing rooms were quite dirty, both the trash can and the towel hamper were overflowing and there was a smell of damp towels. The breakfast is okay. Sadly we observed a staff member using a rag to first wipe a spill on the floor, then the seat of a baby chair and then finally the table... After this we had questions about the hygiene of the hotel... The hotel is fine, just don't expect this to fulfill the European five star hotel experience."

"Stayed here for a week, very caring and polite staff. Although they claim to speak English - they don't, had to use an app. Breakfast was well served. Only once forgot to give us new towels. You can easily get to a sub station nearby as well as a few landmarks on foot. Got a few decent restaurants next door. You can also order delivery to the hotel (not only food, taobao for example). Definitely would consider staying here again. Thank you!"

"Every time I visit Beijing, I stay at Jingli Hotel. It offers excellent value for money in Beijing. The staff are incredibly warm and treat guests like family. They provide unlimited fresh fruit, tea, water, and a variety of snacks. The room isn't huge, but it's well-designed with ample storage space. It's also quite close to the subway station."

"This hotel is my top choice for layovers. They offer complimentary airport transfers 24/7, with pickup at Gate 3 on the 4th floor of Daxing Airport. Their shuttle bus is much nicer and newer than other hotels'. The front desk service was excellent; someone immediately came to help with my luggage as soon as I arrived, which was very welcoming. The soundproofing in the rooms is fantastic; I could barely hear any airplane noise, allowing for a really good rest. The room was meticulously clean, and all toiletries were well-stocked. It's incredibly convenient for travelers with early flights. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm at Daxing Airport."

"I was so pleasantly surprised by the Luna-themed room! The fresh blue decor perfectly matched the character, and all the little props showed great attention to detail. The whole room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft, and it was perfect for photos. The host was warm and thoughtful. Harry Potter fans definitely need to experience this! "Don't let the hotel's small facade fool you; once you step inside, it's a completely different world! The room was incredibly cozy, clean, and odor-free. My child needed a nap during their college entrance exams, and the hotel proactively offered a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommend!"

The courtyard is tucked away in a hutong, offering a quiet escape from the bustling city, exuding the charm of old Beijing. I was lucky to visit in May when the roses were in bloom, which really enhanced the atmosphere. The room was clean and cozy, and the tatami provided a relaxing and comfortable stay. The facilities were complete, and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff were all very friendly and easygoing, providing thoughtful yet unobtrusive service, making me feel as comfortable as if I were staying at a friend's house. The food at the hotel was authentic and delicious, made with quality ingredients. The overall slow pace was very therapeutic, and I had a wonderfully comfortable stay. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Beijing!"
