"The location is convenient, with convenience stores available within close proximity, the room was clean and so were the shower facilities! The only issue I had was with the shower, the water was ice cold despite following instructions on how to operate it, hopefully it gets fixed soon!"

"I liked that the room was really spacious. There was plenty of room even with three of us opening our suitcases. Although the heater was on, it was still a bit chilly. I was very satisfied with the fact that the sink, bathroom, and toilet were separate. However, the soundproofing was weak, so it was quite noisy due to the sound of children jumping down from the bunk beds and running around. Nevertheless, it is a place I would like to visit again. The self-check-in system is inconvenient. It was quite a hassle because we had to enter the information for four people just to connect via video call, even though there were only three guests."

"It was clean and close to the station, which was great. They don't store luggage, but it was cheap so I guess it's fine. I didn't understand how to do the self check-in, so I called them, and they were very helpful even though it was past midnight."

"This is a hotel where no staff are permanently stationed. If you only make a reservation, you may be surprised upon arrival. Since the building is password-protected from the first floor to the room, and the password is provided only after check-in, you may be confused if you just show up without a reservation. The accommodation itself is not bad, but the bunk bed is not comfortable and creaks loudly when you move. As a result, I had a very restless night's sleep. However, the location is not bad, as it is within walking distance of Sapporo Station, close to Hokkaido University, and about 2 kilometers to the Outer Market; however, if your purpose is sightseeing in Susukino, it is a bit of a distance away."

"很高興，這是攜程第一個點評，希望帶給大家有用的訊息。 這是一家自助服務的apartment，預訂後會通過email給地下大門密碼和房間密碼，進入大門後掃描後網上辦理checkin，還比較方便。 非常適合一家大小旅行居住，4-6人，由於是25年新開張，室內設備都是新的，非常乾淨。 離開地鐵站西18丁目不到20米，圖片方向往右走，去大通2站，去札幌站在大通站轉一站。交通非常方便。 周邊有幾個便利店，早餐衹能在便利店買。晚飯可以去大通和札幌站附近。酒店周邊公共停車場有很多，也很方便。 如果是自駕遊的朋友一定要留意，酒店給的電話是雲服務電話，導航找不到，酒店給的地址和區號我們導航也找不到。大家導航可以參考圖片，紅色框是酒店大門，藍色框是隔壁地產公司，可以用地產公司電話導航。 圖上可以看到衹有4間房，我們住的房間好像洗衣機沒安裝好，振動非常大。酒店沒有牙刷，一樓自助200日元一份，也可以去便利店買。 札幌停車場收費很有學問，我們下午5點進停車場，早上10點離開，計費是按一整白天+一整夜晚+第二天鐘點收費，所以建議臨近夜晚進停車場，可以到夜晚時間出一次停車場，再進一次，避免收一整白天費用。"

"The house number is too small and cute. The first time I opened the navigation, I didn't find it. Later, a coffee shop lady showed me the way in the snow. I took a closer look and hung a small sign on the wall. It seems to be a small hotel that was changed from a single apartment before. I won't get the key when I check out. Just a Japanese man went downstairs and said he would just put the key in the house. I couldn't find the living room light switch when I entered the door. I called and asked if I could come to see someone. Later, I found the remote control of the light on the coffee table. The soundproofing is not very good. My room is very close to the corridor. Someone went upstairs in the middle of the night. I don't know whose child has been walking around the house from 12 o'clock to midnight. The snoring is very annoying. Consider carefully for those who are sensitive to sound. The equipment is quite complete, there is heating in the house, and the hygiene is not bad. It would be better if there was a kettle. 😅"
