"The environment and hygiene are good, and the size is appropriate. It's relatively new, so no worries about it being old or run down. The space is also larger compared to nearby hotels. However, the self check-in and check-out system is truly terrible. It took at least ten minutes to check in and at least five minutes to check out. You never know which order number is correct and have to keep trying, but the input keypad is also really bad. I hope the owner improves this aspect. However, the price is good, so it's decent value for money."

"Terrible service and frustrating check in experience with a misleading listing While the cleanliness and amenities of the property were excellent, the service and check in process were incredibly frustrating. To be fair, we missed the host’s initial message, which caused some early hiccups. However, the actual on the spot setup is completely unfriendly for self check in. The lobby area requires an access code just to enter. If another group of guests had not happened to walk out and let us in, we would have been stuck outside the building entirely. Once inside, the check in tablet machine was faulty and did not work, forcing us to message the host to manually get our entry password. The most disappointing part was the host's attitude regarding baggage storage. We specifically checked that the listing included baggage storage before booking this hotel. Yet, when we asked about it before checking out, the host simply told us no and told us to go use a chargeable baggage locker at the train station instead. When I pointed out that it was explicitly listed on their profile, they just claimed it was a mistake and offered no real solution. To make it worse, we literally saw other guests' luggage stored in the lobby, meaning the host just chose either not to help us or they do not care. The rooms are nice, but the total lack of basic hospitality and misleading information ruined the stay. Would not recommend if you value reliable service because there is no service to begin with."

"급하게 여행계획을 잡다보니 스스키노 중심쪽 숙소가 괜찮은데가 없었고 너무 비싸서 최대한 저렴한 방을 찾던 중 우연히 발견한 숙소였습니다. 리뷰가 너무 없어서 자세히 남겨봅니다. 삿포로역에서도 위쪽으로 조금 떨어져있어서(도보15분 정도) 위치는 별로였지만 기대를 안하고 가서인지 생각보다 괜찮았어요. 4-6시 사이에 체크인이라길래 시간 맞춰 갔더니 1층 부동산에서 관리자분이 방 번호랑 간단한 안내만 해주셨고 나머지는 셀프 체크인을 해야하는 방식이었는데. 큐알을 통해 여권사진 등 간단한 신상정보를 업로드해야 열쇠가 담긴 보관함의 비번을 알려주고 보관함의 열쇠를 꺼내 들어가는 식이었고, 저는 그 과정에서 오류가 조금 있어서 부동산 직원분의 도움을 받아야했기에;; 가급적이면 체크인 시간에 가는게 좋을 듯해서 이 점이 불편했던 것 같습니다. (숙소와 연락할 방법이 전화밖에 없는거 같고, 1층 부동산을 통해 안내받아야하는 거라 정해진 시간 이외에 체크인도 가능할지는 잘 모르겠네요) 이름은 호텔이지만 에어비앤비에 가까워요. 방은 최근에 리모델링을 한건지 사진에서 보던 것보다는 깔끔했고 탁상거울,전신거울,TV,전자레인지,냉장고,드라이기,에어컨,난방기 등이 구비되어 지내는데 부족함이 없었네요. 침대도 매트리스는 살짝 불편했지만 그정도면 잠깐 묵기에는 괜찮았고 오래된 가구 같지는 않아 깨끗했어요. 방도 생각보다 넓어서 친구랑 둘이 묵기에 좁은 느낌은 없었습니다. 일본 대부분 숙소가 그러하듯 화장실이 굉장히 작았는데 그래도 여긴 변기가 살짝 틀어져있어서 괜찮았고 깨끗했어요. 숙소 관련 규정(쓰레기 처리 등)이나 인근 상점 정보 등을 안내해주는 인쇄물 같은게 있어서 한번 읽어보는게 좋구요. 재활용 쓰레기를 철저히 분리해서 퇴실할때 버려야하는게 조금 번거롭긴한데 저희는 크게 상관없어서 괜찮았는데 이런게 조금 귀찮다 싶으면 호텔 가시는게 나을것 같네요. 저희 묵을 땐 옆방에 사람이 없어서 조용해서 방음이 잘되는지는 확인할 길은 없었지만 크게 시끄러웠던 기억은 없었어요. 정리해보자면 중심가에서 떨어진 위치, 셀프체크인과 셀프 뒷정리의 번거로움, 연박시 청소 없음, 수건 충당없음, 긴급시 직원과 연결제약이 있는 불편함이 있지만 그래도 저렴한 가격, 괜찮은 청결 컨디션을 고려하면 2일 정도 묵기엔 나쁘지 않았어요 참고로 엘베없는 3층건물이라 짐들고 오르내리해야하고, 변기가 잘못내리면 물이 계속 내려가서 래버 확인을 잘해줘야해요. 주방세면대와 전자레인지, 냉장고 있어서 저녁에 야식먹기에 편리했어요! 다음에 가게되면 위치때문에 또 묵기에는 힘들겠지만 저렴한 숙소 찾으시는 분들에겐 그나마 괜찮은 거 같아서 추천드릴게요!"

"Not too far from the station, with a convenience store downstairs and close to Yodobashi. The check-in process needs to be more thorough. When we stayed, we couldn't check in at the machine due to a malfunction and had to call staff. They couldn't speak English, so we had to communicate via email to get the room code. The room was a bit old, and the hot water in the bathroom was inconsistent. The price was also quite expensive for a holiday."

"This place is clean and comfortable. Check-in is self-service, so there are no staff members to assist you. Both the elevator and rooms require a password for access, which feels very secure. The individual capsule space was just right, not cramped at all."

"The environment is fantastic, the space is spacious and feels very homey. It's also very convenient to get around tourist areas by public transport. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to friends or family when they visit."

"There is a ramen rack at the door, so you can go wrong, the parking permit is in the door of the unit, remember to go up to the left first, email has guidelines to go to the parking lot, remember to read carefully. Check out and remember to go up and put it back.  The unit on the 32nd floor is indeed gangrene. The bathtub does have patches. The floor is indeed black. You have to go downstairs to buy the bag and drag it down. There is a room without air-conditioning fan. There is a room with two beds. The air-conditioning is cold enough but there is no door. The door escape light is good. Use the toilet door - the bathroom door opens and folds to cover the escape lamp. This manual must be read, must learn garbage classification, after nine o'clock can not be sound, talk to remember to whisper, there is a penalty of 10,000 or 30,000. Remember to read this thin. Be sure to check out before 10:00, overtime 1000 yuan per hour, feel anxious after staying, so worried that you will do wrong, next time you will stay in the hotel, expensive is expensive."
