Amazing
EE2880****The hotel is right next to Sapporo Station. You can see the signs from the South Exit, making it very easy to find. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, which is convenient for exploring Sapporo and for transit. The hotel staff provide excellent and courteous service. Breakfast is very extensive, and the restaurant is on the 35th floor, allowing you to enjoy city views while you eat. The hotel does have a hot spring, but guests cannot use it for free; it costs 2,150 JPY, which I found to be a downside.

GGuest UserI loved Nukumori No Yado Furukawa! I was an American solo traveler, but my wife is Japanese (we have 2 boys), so I am very familiar with Japanese culture. I wanted to go to a place that Japanese people would love, not a tourist-focused place. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent. I was greeted, checked in quickly, then accompanied to my room for explanations of how everything operates. My room was very comfortable. The facilities, including bath area, foot soaking areas, lobby, lounges, etc. - were all clean and comfortable. The lounge next to the lobby was a cozy place to relax, and most of the lounges included food and drink during at least some point of the day. I visited in mid-October so the leaves were changing color and the temperature outside was crisp but not too cold. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. I hope to return again with the rest of my family. Highly recommended!

11366199****This is an older, established onsen hotel. The public bath was very comfortable and not crowded, with toiletries from Pola and another brand provided. The room was spacious, and the private onsen in the room was also very relaxing. In the lounge area, you can enjoy bread, coffee, and juice, and alcoholic beverages are available in the evenings. The hotel offers a free bus service from Odori Station; we booked the 11:30 AM bus to the hotel and the 1:00 PM bus back to Sapporo, which worked out well for our timing. The hotel's food was just average.

MM589420****The day we checked in, it happened to be snowing in Sapporo. The sight of Yu Le Cao An amidst the snow truly fulfilled all our expectations for Hokkaido. The snow outside the hotel, illuminated by lights, created an incredibly atmospheric scene. We were a bit worried because we'd read some reviews saying the hotel's 'one night, two meals' package wasn't great, so we even bought some snacks from a convenience store nearby. However, the dinner turned out to be quite good, and we didn't even touch the food we bought from the convenience store. Each room at the hotel comes with a private indoor hot spring, so for those who dislike waiting, you can enjoy a hot spring bath right in your room. On the first floor, there are four different styles of outdoor private hot springs. I personally think 'Jì' (寂) is the most popular, but unfortunately, we didn't get to use it because there were too many people waiting. After the hot spring, there are complimentary popsicles and lactic acid drinks on the B1 floor. Apparently, there are also free snacks on the first floor late at night. The only slight regret was that we checked in too late. Although we managed to get the last few bathrobes, all the sashes had been taken by Korean guests, so we couldn't properly wear them. Finally, I have to praise the excellent service attitude of the hotel staff. The young man in the restaurant recommended a Hokkaido-exclusive drink to us, which was absolutely delicious – highly recommend him! The front desk staff were also very kind and enthusiastic. We weren't sure how to take the bus, and he, along with a Japanese lady who was also traveling, helped us figure it out. We're truly grateful (P.S. The staff member was amazing, he spoke English, Korean, and a little bit of Chinese) 👍🏻

AAifenxiangdeJaneThis hotel in Sapporo offers excellent value for money! 🏨 **Facilities:** ^_^ The hotel lobby has direct access to a 7-Eleven – super convenient! ^_^ There's also a free self-service coffee machine in the lobby. ^_^ They don't place toiletries in the rooms, but they're provided for free upon check-in. ^_^ For a business hotel, the room size is surprisingly generous, and the bathroom with its wet/dry separation is also quite spacious. ^_^ The bedding is also very comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. **Cleanliness:** Overall satisfactory. 😀 **Location:** The hotel boasts a superb location! It's right next to the Tanukikoji shopping street and Susukino Subway Station. The best part is that the airport shuttle bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. 😵💫 The map navigation isn't very precise, so you might get a little confused within a 20-meter radius. **Service:** The front desk staff are warm and patient, attentively addressing all our needs.

SSunida OunstanonThe stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The property is clean and beautifully designed, the room is spacious with a stunning view, and the service is truly 100/10. The food is delicious, and the hotel offers all-you-can-eat drinks, snacks, and refreshments throughout the day at the lounge. There is also a private hot spring available (additional 3,300 yen), as well as a complimentary shared hot spring, both of which are absolutely wonderful. I’ll come back here agian.

GGuest UserThe rooms were comfortable and traditional, adding to the authentic Japanese ryokan vibe. Food-wise, the breakfast was outstanding – a delicious spread of fresh, high-quality Japanese dishes with plenty of variety. It was one of the best ryokan breakfasts I’ve had! The only small downside was the kaiseki dinner – it was decent but not particularly standout or memorable compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, if you’re looking for a relaxing onsen-focused stay with top-notch bath facilities and a great breakfast, this place is perfect. I’d definitely return!

KKODAIIt was my first visit in 18 years, since my elementary school field trip. The facilities are a little old, but the hospitality was evident in the rooms, restaurant, pool, and spa. I was also pleased with the welcome sweets. It's a hotel I'd like to visit again, and I was very satisfied.

GGuest UserWhile planning a winter trip to Sapporo I searched very hard and decided on this accommodation, with the intention of finishing the trip with a day of relaxation at a hot spring I was able to conveniently travel from Sapporo to the ryokan by reserving a shuttle bus It was really quiet and clean, and the food was very clean and delicious One of the reasons I chose this place was that there was an open-air bath in the room, and it was really great I regretted only reserving it for one day I definitely plan to go back next winter!!!!!
