Great
DDamengThe room facilities are a bit old, but the Japanese do an excellent job with hotel maintenance, so the accommodation environment is still acceptable. We booked two rooms and were assigned 101/102, the innermost rooms on the lowest floor. After staying for three days, we noticed that all the guests on the first floor were Chinese, while Japanese and Western guests were on the higher floors (7th-8th). Even though the first floor is also on a hillside, it still felt a bit like we were being treated differently. The English proficiency of the front desk staff is limited, so be prepared with a translation app for check-in or when you need assistance; it will make things faster and more efficient. There's a lounge that always offers coffee and ice cream desserts, which is nice, and the kids loved it.

11362175****This is an older onsen (hot spring) with good service. We were able to check in around 2:30 PM as soon as our room was cleaned. The hotel's various facilities have set operating hours, so you need to plan accordingly. The afternoon tea at this onsen hotel features a variety of alcoholic beverages, along with some teas and soft drinks. Dinner was absolutely amazing; the kaiseki (traditional multi-course Japanese dinner) was quite rich and varied, and breakfast was also very good. After checking out at 10 AM, all the beverages and water in the 1F lobby were shut off. This wasn't a great experience, in my opinion. They should at least provide some water for guests. Futami Bridge is nearby, and the atmosphere is lovely. The biggest complaint is the breakfast time! Who wants to wake up that early for breakfast when they're on vacation? According to the front desk, meal times are assigned based on guests' arrival order. Sigh.

SShuaimaoI felt like I was staying in a Ghibli movie! The room was huge, with an open design and distinct Japanese charm. The private onsen was incredibly relaxing, and the large window allowed me to watch TV while soaking. On the first floor, there were unlimited snacks, drinks, and alcoholic beverages – you could easily spend the whole day just drinking! Breakfast was also delivered to the room, offering great privacy. Perfect for a relaxing, chill-out stay. Just a heads-up: when booking through Ctrip, there was no mention of needing to reserve dinner in advance. As a result, we only had the option of a kaiseki meal on the day, which was pretty mediocre and not worth the price (aside from the à la carte seafood from the tank).

GGuest UserThe hotel is nearly an hour away from Sapporo by bus. I booked it because I saw that there was a pick-up service. Who knew that the phone call on the day said that there was no pick-up service. I looked at the Ctrip page again and needed to click in to see it. I needed to communicate with the merchant. I was careless. The hotel reception seemed to be from northern China, so there was no communication barrier throughout the whole process. The room is a full Japanese style room, you can brush your teeth, wash your face and go to the toilet in the room. The bathing and hot spring bathing are downstairs and end at 11 o'clock. Because of the bus, the time is quite tight. We left early in the morning because of the long distance. Overall, the experience is pretty good

AAnonymous UserComplete facilities, belonging to adult sex hotel category, there are ****, mind can avoid lightning General hygiene, it is recommended to bring your own disposable supplies, there may be bugs in the room, there are insecticides in it The location is relatively biased, the traffic is not very convenient, it takes more than 10 minutes to walk back to the hotel to take the public transportation, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest convenience store, but there is nothing to say about the cheap choice. Temporary stay for a day or two, more than three or four days is not recommended for saving money.

GGuest UserThere is a convenience store downstairs, the location is quite close to the station, it is quite convenient, it is an apartment type, the things are also rich, fill in the form in advance and receive the password, you will see the password box hanging at the door after you arrive at the room on the same day, enter the password and open it. You will get the key, which is a very special and convenient way. The disadvantage is that the air conditioner can't sleep in the room, but it can't be too hot.
