"I have booked room with breakfast andspa access for 5 nights. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the overall experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with daily housekeeping that made the room feel fresh every day. The hair dryer provided was a high-quality Refa brand, and all the amenities such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner were excellent. The skincare set for women was especially impressive—I really loved using it. The hotel also provided comfortable pajamas that were changed daily, which meant I hardly needed to bring many personal items with me. The public onsen experience was outstanding and very relaxing. Overall, it was a memorable stay and I was genuinely impressed. Highly recommended."

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out, with very comfortable bedding and great amenities. The location is convenient, close to Susukino and within easy reach of key attractions, yet the area feels calm and relaxed. The staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast offered a good variety of both Japanese and Western options, and everything was fresh and well presented. Overall, it’s a stylish and comfortable choice in Sapporo, perfect for both leisure and business stays. I would definitely return on my next visit."

"We loved staying here and the surprise upgrade we received was unexpected and much appreciated. The room was spotless and well thought out. Service was friendly, welcoming and professional. The food was fantastic with some local options and a wide range of western and Asian offerings. The price we paid was very fair for the room we stayed in and I would stay here again in a heart beat and would recommend."

"This Hotel is so awesome and will recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy luxury and privacy. Stayed for 5 nights. It is so clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They even made your birthday special when they came to know about it by placing gifts in your room. Breakfast is awesome, please book it. Walking distance to susukino the shopping and FnB belt of Sapporo. Beautiful view. Room was spacious and bathroom was so spacious and convenient with all amenities. Shuttle bus to sapporo station is there and buses available infront of the hotel. No regrets very satisfied."

"It was such an amazing experience. The deco and design was fantastic, it mimickedic the late Europe decor art style design, everything looks new. It was for my gf's birthday celebration, they put up birthday amenities and towels. Super recommended!"
