"This hotel is excellent overall, with a superb location just a 4-minute walk from Susukino subway station. All facilities and services are satisfying, and the environment is exceptionally clean. The hotel features separate floors for men and women (including separate elevators and floors), significantly enhancing privacy and safety. The self-check-in system is also very convenient, minimizing unnecessary human contact. ☃️
The hotel provides disposable slippers daily. Although there's no daily room cleaning service, it doesn't affect the overall experience at all. I stayed in a deluxe room on the 7th floor. Guests on this floor are generally very considerate, always tidying up after using public facilities, making the entire floor feel clean and comfortable. The bed in the deluxe room is spacious and can comfortably accommodate two people.
The only minor drawback is that you have to continuously press a button to keep the shower running; it doesn't provide continuous water flow once turned on. You need to press it every few tens of seconds, which is a bit inconvenient. 🥹"

"The biggest plus for this hotel is definitely its location in Susukino. It's only about a 3-minute walk to the Nikka Whisky billboard, Cocono Susukino, and the subway station. Plus, there are plenty of dining and shopping options right downstairs, which is super convenient.
The hotel lobby is quite stylish with a projector screen, perfect for enjoying a meal or just relaxing. The overall decor has an industrial and camping-inspired vibe.
The room itself is a bit on the small side, but the bed is incredibly soft. One minor issue is that the room door uses a thin curtain, which doesn't do much for soundproofing, so earplugs are recommended if you're a light sleeper. The bathroom facilities are great, complete with a hairdryer and basic toiletries.
I just wish they had slightly larger room options. The hotel is in the tallest building right next to the Ferris wheel in the photo."

"We stayed for 2 nights. The twin room space was comfortable for two. The bed and pillows comfortable and we slept well. Facilities in the bathroom looked dated and the toilet seat was not heated. The bathtub cleanliness can be improved as I found some hair floating on the water when I filled the tub for a bath. This was before anyone use the shower so I was very sure the stray hairs were not ours😖.
The free 30min lounge service with alcoholic drinks was a very nice touch to the stay. There is also free coffee and tea at reception area."

"A very cozy Japanese-style hotel. We stayed in a family room on the first day, which was very spacious and even had cooking and laundry facilities. There's a public hot spring bath on the first floor. From 9 PM to 11 PM, they offer a free bowl of ramen, and the miso flavor is rich and delicious. On the 10th floor, there's a lounge with complimentary alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and snacks. "The room was large and clean, and the hot spring facilities were excellent with a huge space. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, including unlimited domestic Japanese wagyu beef grilled fresh on the spot. For the same amount of steak, I would pay 10,000 yen for just 6 small pieces at Hokkai-En Yakiniku in Niseko town. The pizzas were also made to order. They even poured champagne from a brand new bottle into clean glasses for us. And the price was very reasonable; I even wondered if there was a mistake in the bill, haha! 😄"

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Its location right in Tanukikoji 4 makes it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. They have an onsen, offer free ice cream, and even provide ramen for dinner. Coffee is available in the lobby, but the real highlight is the breakfast. It's a five-star experience with an amazing seafood rice bowl featuring caviar, salmon, and all-you-can-eat scallops. They also have grilled sea snails, more scallops, and a wide variety of Japanese dishes. Don't forget the Hokkaido cantaloupe, which is super sweet and juicy, and the mini puddings, homemade by the hotel, are incredibly smooth and milky. Overall, I'd say it's even more comfortable than a five-star hotel."

"The room facilities are a bit old, but the Japanese do an excellent job with hotel maintenance, so the accommodation environment is still acceptable. We booked two rooms and were assigned 101/102, the innermost rooms on the lowest floor. After staying for three days, we noticed that all the guests on the first floor were Chinese, while Japanese and Western guests were on the higher floors (7th-8th). Even though the first floor is also on a hillside, it still felt a bit like we were being treated differently. The English proficiency of the front desk staff is limited, so be prepared with a translation app for check-in or when you need assistance; it will make things faster and more efficient. There's a lounge that always offers coffee and ice cream desserts, which is nice, and the kids loved it."
