"A great experience overall. The room had three beds, and while not huge, it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in Odori 8-chome, perfect for a stroll right outside the door, and public transportation is easily accessible. Breakfast was a Western set meal; the freshly baked bread with butter was delicious, and it came with a plate of salad, making for a balanced and nutritious start to the day. The service was attentive."

"The hotel is conveniently located in the international arrivals hall. After exiting, turn right, walk past the Lawson convenience store, and continue straight to the end. Take the elevator to the fourth floor, and you'll arrive at the hotel lobby. They offered a welcome drink during check-in. The room was spacious and even offered a view of the planes. The soundproofing was excellent. There's only one smoking room on the fourth floor, which you pass by on the way to the hot spring. The hot spring area has a large pool, which I suspect isn't a natural hot spring, a cold plunge pool, and a sauna, but no outdoor hot spring. Overall, it was a great experience, perfect for those with an early morning flight the next day or anyone arriving after a long journey looking to recharge. I especially loved the slippers in the room; they definitely deserve a thumbs up!"

"The hotel is very close to Odori Subway Station, and Sapporo Station is also within walking distance. The room was larger than I expected, and the breakfast was excellent, even featuring sweet shrimp tempura. Tanukikoji shopping street is right next door, and Nijo Market is also within walking distance."

"Fantastic hotel! Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, and there was a slight variation in the breakfast options over the two days. The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of space to open multiple suitcases. The view was great, you could even see the Ferris wheel. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station."

"For my trip to Sapporo, my top priority was the accommodation. While most Japanese hotels are clean, there are some exceptions, so I started searching six months before my trip, and this was my final choice. Since it was a newly opened facility, the amenities and location were so excellent that I'd want to come back. However, I had read many reviews about construction noise, and there was a notice when I booked. Being a light sleeper, I woke up 2-3 times on the first night due to the noise, while my husband said he slept well and wasn't bothered. I'm very sensitive to smells and sounds, so the construction noise sounded quite loud to me. The facilities were clean and satisfactory, but I was a little disappointed to see a noticeable layer of dust on shelves and in corners of the room. The bedding and bed had a medium-hard firmness, similar to what we use at home, which was perfect. What I liked most, undoubtedly, was the fantastic location, which made it easy to get anywhere. I would definitely consider revisiting for my next Sapporo trip if the construction noise is reduced. There's a Patagonia store on the first floor of the hotel. They don't offer tax-free shopping, but if you look carefully in the outlet section, you can really snag some great deals... My husband and I got a Houdini, a Gata jacket, a hat, and more, all at very affordable prices."

"This was my third stay, and it seems the room has been renovated, which is great. The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The breakfast, as always, was outstanding. The lobby even has a duty-free morning market selling huge scallops! The staff are all very friendly and speak fluent English. It's super close to JR Sapporo and Hokkaido University, and an easy walk to Tanukikoji. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel's facilities and ambiance couldn't possibly be bad, given the price point. Let's talk about the less satisfactory aspects. We weren't allowed to even wait in the hotel lobby before check-in time. I totally understand not being able to access the room before then, but not being able to enter the lobby was a bit puzzling. Although the staff did make an exception for us to use the restroom in the lobby, it was still quite awkward because my friend took a bit longer in the restroom, and a staff member came to tell us we couldn't linger there. Also, both breakfast and dinner were Kaiseki meals. While exquisitely presented, it just wasn't to our taste. However, the hotel's hot spring and surroundings are truly excellent, and the rooms are very new. The self-service drinks in the hotel lobby were delicious, especially the blueberry juice – that really left an impression."

"the twin room is a bit cramped for 2 big luggages. It will be good if the hotel changes the (spa) room wear into new design but the open-air bath on the 13th-floor rooftop and lady’s access card impressed me! It takes 8-10 minutes from Sapporo JR Station by walking."

"For a comfort-style hotel, the facilities, environment, and price are quite well-matched! The location is excellent, right next to Tanukikoji and near Exit 35 of Odori Station, which is super convenient. It's about an 8-minute walk to Sapporo TV Tower and Odori Park. My experience with the service felt a bit polarizing, though. 😂 The lounge in the lobby was a huge plus, a real 'soft' service that definitely made it feel like great value for money! However, since I stayed for three consecutive nights, I understood and accepted that the sheets and duvet covers wouldn't be changed. I only asked for fresh bath and hand towels, but they literally *only* replaced the bath and hand towels each day. 😓😓 I was quite surprised that the toilet and bathtub (since the shower is in the tub) weren't cleaned at all. 😂 Overall, the value for money is still quite good! I'd definitely stay here again next time!"

"My last stay here was in winter and it was great, but this time the air conditioning in the room was terrible. Even on the lowest setting, the room was still hot and stuffy. I had to use a fan all night to cool down and couldn't get a good rest for three consecutive days. Other amenities and services were decent, but the AC issue significantly lowered my comfort level. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here in the summer."
