"If you enjoy having plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby every day, this hotel is a great choice. It was just renovated last October, so it's very new, the AC is quiet, and the air quality is good. If you stay on the 10th floor, the view is also quite nice, offering a distant glimpse of the ski slopes on the snow-capped mountains. The breakfast buffet dining area is pleasant, and the menu changes slightly every day. Overall, you can get a good, satisfying meal to fuel your morning shopping and sightseeing. In the evening, you can head to the 10th-floor gym for a workout, then relax at the public bath and spa on the 9th floor. There's an Aeon convenience store on the left side of the new building's first floor, which is very handy for buying food and drinks. If you're heading back to New Chitose Airport, you can take a bus from the nearby Chuo Bus stop, and you can pay the fare directly with a credit card that has PayWave. Overall, this hotel is excellent."

"The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station, which is directly connected to the airport via the JR Airport Express. Don't listen to previous reviews suggesting you head towards Daimaru department store. Instead, follow my photos to easily find the hotel. You won't even need to cross the street. Just locate the Namboku Line subway, then find Exit 9 through the side passages. When I visited in February, there was a Descente store next to the hotel's elevator. The front desk is on the 10th floor. Breakfast was good, and the hot springs were very relaxing. Most importantly, the hotel is new. Our triple room included executive lounge access, offering red and white wine, coffee, and four snacks including Jagabee (Jaga Pokkuru). We had a very comfortable stay. Housekeeping is done by 3 PM at the latest. Hokkaido University is a 20-minute walk, Mitsukoshi is also 20 minutes on foot, and the Factory Outlet is a 15-minute walk. We walked everywhere from the hotel."

"This is a hotel where no staff are permanently stationed. If you only make a reservation, you may be surprised upon arrival. Since the building is password-protected from the first floor to the room, and the password is provided only after check-in, you may be confused if you just show up without a reservation. The accommodation itself is not bad, but the bunk bed is not comfortable and creaks loudly when you move. As a result, I had a very restless night's sleep. However, the location is not bad, as it is within walking distance of Sapporo Station, close to Hokkaido University, and about 2 kilometers to the Outer Market; however, if your purpose is sightseeing in Susukino, it is a bit of a distance away."

"This is a fantastic hotel! The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and very functional. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes and cookware, making it perfect for cooking and doing laundry, ideal for longer stays. The location is also quite convenient. For transportation, it's a 2-minute walk to the tram station, a 10-minute walk to Susukino Station, and within a 15-minute walk to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Nearby, there's a 24-hour supermarket and a 24-hour drugstore/daily necessities store. For convenience stores, there are several Lawsons, and one 7-Eleven and one FamilyMart. The lobby functions as a cafe during the day, and after business hours, guests can use the lobby space for dining or other activities."
