"Had the best stay in here. The room was nice and comfy, and the washer and dryer was a lifesaver. Not to mention the location was fantastic, 5mins walk and you'll get access to diff restaurants, convenice stores, Odori station, Odori park, Susukino... I can go on and on of all the good things this hotel has to offer. Also had an issue with clogged pipes in my bathroom the 2nd night but the hotel staff Ryu was quick in action and very helpful to get it fixed (also very apologetic of the inconvenience which honestly I didn't mind) Overall 5 star experience staying here. Will definitely stay again when I'm back in Sapporo 👍🏻"

"It's almost like a no frill hotel. You don't get daily room service or a big gym and swimming pool. But the staffs are ready to help if you have questions. There's laundry machines and dryers which are operated with coins, that's all we need for amenities. Location is great, just about 10-15 minutes walk to shopping street in the city. Room was big, clean and everything functions properly. We had a pleasant stay."

"The room was very new and perfectly laid out for families, with plenty of space to move around and ample seating and storage. Even with four large suitcases, the flow of the room wasn't impacted. The bathroom was also comfortably spacious. The location is fantastic, with many restaurants right downstairs. We arrived at 11 PM due to heavy snow, and the front desk staff were still there, waiting to warmly welcome us. We easily found an izakaya nearby for dinner. During the day, there are tons of restaurant options, and it's just a short walk to department stores and Odori Park. I'd definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Sapporo."

"Although it's 700 meters from Susukino Station, dragging luggage through several intersections and streets was tough, especially with the snowy, slippery roads – it was easy to fall. The disposable slippers in the room were very thin and only replaced every three days during cleaning. There was no bottled water or tea bags in the room, though there was a water dispenser on the floor. On the first day, we got free coffee packets, but after that, you had to buy them at the downstairs cafe. Even though the room had air conditioning, the bathroom had no heating, and the room's heating didn't reach the bathroom. This made showering really cold, which was the most unbearable part. On the plus side, there was a washing machine with a drying function, and we got one laundry pod per day. A fridge, microwave, and induction hob were also provided."

"My experience at this hotel was fantastic! It's not only beautifully decorated, cozy, and comfortable, but it also comes equipped with full amenities like a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a bathtub – making it feel just like home. The location is super convenient too, just a few minutes from the subway station, with several convenience stores nearby. What touched me most was that I accidentally left my phone in the room, and after contacting the staff, they proactively helped me find it and even shipped it to my friend in Japan. I'm truly grateful! Highly recommend!"

"This was probably the best value hotel on our trip from northern Japan to Tokyo. Everything was clean and tidy, the beds were large and comfortable, and the room was spacious. The lobby was cozy and comfortable, with board games and a bar. Breakfast isn't a buffet—you get a fried egg and bacon sandwich, a light salad, and a drink. It was rather small, but still better than the buffets at some other hotels. I'd happily stay here again if I'm ever in Sapporo again."

"Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, quiet, and clean. However, as others have mentioned, the bathroom is a bit dated. The bathtub creaks when you step into it, and there's a noticeable layer of dust on the ventilation fan when showering. Cleanliness: It's clean and hygienic. If you put the magnetic 'please clean' sign on the door in the morning, they'll clean it. If you forget, they'll still hang fresh towels and toothbrushes on the door. Location: The garden view room faces Odori Park, with a large window offering beautiful views. It's very quiet at night, and the convenience store downstairs is great for snacks, late-night meals, and breakfast. However, it is quite a walk from the subway station; the closest exit is Odori Station Exit 1, about 200-300 meters away. Service: The service was satisfying, and all the staff were very polite. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to find 8 bottles of natural water on the table, contrary to some reviews that mentioned no bottled water. This made the experience even better. Exclusive Guest Lounge: From 3 PM to 9 PM daily, you can use your room card to access the lounge on the first floor for a self-service afternoon tea. They offer classic items like Jaga Pokkuru (Potato Fri Brothers), Rokkatei, Royce, as well as hot beverages like coffee and cold drinks like oolong tea and orange juice. Highly recommended!"

"The place has a very homey and welcoming atmosphere, making it comfortable and relaxing throughout the stay. It feels more like being in a shared home rather than a typical hotel, which adds to its charm. One small downside is that slippers are not provided for free and need to be paid for separately. Considering that the bathroom is shared, complimentary slippers would have been a thoughtful and practical addition for guests. Overall, it is a pleasant and cozy place to stay, especially for travelers who appreciate a simple, home-like environment."

"The positives were that the receptionist was from Taiwan and we had no problem communicating. The negatives were that the hotel was undergoing renovations when we arrived, so the parking spaces were limited and only available to the renovation workers. If you're considering booking, you might want to reserve a spot in advance to see if there's one. If not, there's a parking lot nearby at an acceptable price!"

"I liked that the room was really spacious. There was plenty of room even with three of us opening our suitcases. Although the heater was on, it was still a bit chilly. I was very satisfied with the fact that the sink, bathroom, and toilet were separate. However, the soundproofing was weak, so it was quite noisy due to the sound of children jumping down from the bunk beds and running around. Nevertheless, it is a place I would like to visit again. The self-check-in system is inconvenient. It was quite a hassle because we had to enter the information for four people just to connect via video call, even though there were only three guests."
