Romantic Hotels in Sapporo

"We stayed for 2 nights, and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is 3 mins walk to Susukino and 5 mins walk to 狸小路 with many convenient stores and restaurants around. The front desk staff helped us to check in with the check in machine and the process was fast. We like the beds and room size, and the free flow of Haskap juice throughout afternoon and evening. The drawbacks are the front desk staff have limited English and didn’t understand our request to have a cleanup in our room as we were sleeping late and missed morning cleanup. The nearest airport shuttle bus stop across from hotel abest Sapporo is 4 blocks away and we have to take a taxi around 950yen with luggages to get there in the slushy snow. There are many Thai tourists in both evenings when we went back to hotel so the hotel is quite popular and crowded. Nevertheless the hotel was able to give us a high floor room away from elevators per our request and we had a quiet room which we appreciate a lot. Will definitely consider staying again given the hotel room is a good price!"

"This is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Japan. Here are the highlights: 1. Direct access to JR and subway stations without having to go outside, which was a lifesaver with luggage in the heavy snow. 2. The public bath (daiyokujo) was very comfortable. Although it wasn't a natural hot spring, the women's bathing area really stood out with its thoughtful details: Dyson hairdryers and showerheads, and POLA cleansing oil, toner, and lotion. My hair felt smooth and voluminous after washing, not frizzy at all – I'm now a big fan of Dyson! 3. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I felt completely at home with no sense of being in a foreign land. We stayed for six days on a family trip and booked two rooms. Each room had ample space to easily open two suitcases. 4. The staff were always friendly and greeted us warmly. Even though rooms weren't cleaned daily, yukatas and towels were replenished as needed. 5. There's a microwave and ice machine on the fifth floor, and complimentary coffee and drinks are available on the first floor. My kids loved this hotel and said they want to stay here again."

"The biggest plus for this hotel is definitely its location in Susukino. It's only about a 3-minute walk to the Nikka Whisky billboard, Cocono Susukino, and the subway station. Plus, there are plenty of dining and shopping options right downstairs, which is super convenient. The hotel lobby is quite stylish with a projector screen, perfect for enjoying a meal or just relaxing. The overall decor has an industrial and camping-inspired vibe. The room itself is a bit on the small side, but the bed is incredibly soft. One minor issue is that the room door uses a thin curtain, which doesn't do much for soundproofing, so earplugs are recommended if you're a light sleeper. The bathroom facilities are great, complete with a hairdryer and basic toiletries. I just wish they had slightly larger room options. The hotel is in the tallest building right next to the Ferris wheel in the photo."

I would like to share a small concern regarding my experience at the front desk on March 1, in the hope that it may be helpful for your future service considerations. After checking out from another hotel, we planned a 2‑day, 1‑night trip to Otaru and wished to store our luggage at your hotel beforehand. When we arrived, we were assisted by your staff member, Ms. Hayshi(林）.When we asked whether it was possible to store our luggage, we were informed that storage was limited to one day only. We then explained that we would be returning quite late the following evening and asked if there might be any flexibility or alternative arrangements. However, the response we received felt a little abrupt, including a surprised “Huh?” that left us unsure how to continue the conversation. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable and misunderstood, though we believe it may simply have been a moment of miscommunication. In addition, from the day we inquired about luggage storage until March 4, we noticed that there were still two pieces of luggage stored in the luggage area for several days. We would appreciate some clarification on why those items were allowed to remain for an extended period, as this left us a bit confused about the policy. At the same time, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the warmth and professionalism shown by your Assistant Front Office Manager “Faucett mark “during my check‑in. He welcomed me with genuine kindness, clearly explained the procedures and facilities, and made me feel very well taken care of after a long journey.
