Chengde Hotels with Gym

The hotel is located in a relatively bustling area, making shopping very convenient. The parking lot gets busy on weekends, but there's still always a spot for hotel guests. We arrived at noon and had Chengde cuisine on the fourth floor, which was very authentic, tasty, and reasonably priced. The hotel staff were friendly, and the rooms had a separate wet and dry area, were clean, hygienic, and well-equipped. The breakfast spread was extensive, and they refilled dishes quickly. My family found it very comfortable and were all very satisfied.

The views are fantastic! On the day of departure, the front desk even sent a text message with directions for driving there, which was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. It took about two hours to drive from Beijing to the hotel. We pre-registered our car and were able to park it in the parking lot. They even have fast-charging stations. We also pre-booked the public hot spring and enjoyed the Eye Stone hot spring. The breakfast quality was also excellent. I highly recommend coming here for the experience!

Perhaps because it just opened, the room still smelled of something, and the TV was just for show; I couldn't turn it on even after fiddling with it for ages. The advantages are that it's spacious and has many beds. At over two hundred yuan a night, it's really expensive.

The hotel is excellent! The rooms are clean and tidy. Xiao Liang and Xiao Han at the front desk were incredibly warm and patient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit the Chengde Mountain Resort!

The hotel's location is great, and the lobby is spacious and bright with a relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, and the bedding was changed daily, which was refreshing and comfortable. The high-definition LCD TV had clear picture quality and many channels, perfect for watching shows in the evening to unwind. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient with check-in, always ready to answer any questions. The guest services (GSM) were attentive and proactively asked if I was settling in well; they were thoughtful and meticulous throughout my stay, making it a worry-free and reliable experience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

It is easily accessible from Beijing. There is a small white windmill house at the entrance of the manor, which is easy to identify. There is only one road between the manor and the racecourse. It is very convenient to ride back and forth for accommodation. The manor is very large and has complete partitions. There are restaurants, supermarkets, camping areas, villa areas, and outdoor barbecue areas. There are many poplar trees inside. The summer wind makes the leaves rustle, accompanied by the singing of birds, which is unique. The cabin I live in is clean and compact, with all toiletries provided. When I woke up in the morning, I sat at the door of the cabin facing the morning sun and meditated. In the evening, there was a fiery red sunset. At night, I could clearly see the Ursa Major and Virgo. The staff told me that if the weather is good, I can see the Milky Way. I will definitely come again next time I have a chance! The service is attentive, especially the restaurant's mixed wild vegetables taste great, very refreshing, and a must-order dish!

Seeing that I was not feeling well, the lady quietly sent ginger sugar water to my room, as well as a hot water bottle... During my stay, she kept caring about my condition and helped me find the nearest pharmacy and clinic... I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.

The newly renovated house tastes great. The facilities are not very complete. The apartment is in another park and needs a password to enter the community. The three-story apartment has a kitchen, no air conditioning (the most tasteless), one word: cold. Cold can't take a shower. The corridor is very long, the unit door is often open, remote, walking alone at night, very scary, the yard on the first floor is long grass, no one cares. It feels like a real estate company is operating. Just a demand, high-power charging pile. There is an amusement park nearby, did not go. (This hotel has no special needs, not recommended)
