"The people of Chengde are truly welcoming. I arrived at the hotel at 7:00 AM, intending to check in my luggage before heading out, but they checked me in straight away. Thank you so much! I stayed in a room exclusively for Ctrip members. The design was stunning and the facilities were complete. The shower was convenient, and the housekeeping staff were attentive and kept the room very clean. The hotel is very close to Putuo Temple, the Mountain Resort, and Puning Temple. Buses run just steps from the hotel, making it very convenient to visit nearby attractions."

"The hotel is OK from the attractions, the room type we booked is not suitable, the hotel has upgraded the room type for free, very good. But the breakfast on the first day was too slow. It was said that the meal was opened at 7 o'clock. We took the children to get up early and prepare to go to the villa. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:50. The result was to wait until 7:30 to eat.
