MM445315****Come to Pingyao to play, it is estimated that this is a newly opened hotel. The environment facilities have nothing to say. It is very clean and spacious. The hotel is convenient to go anywhere next to the ancient city. There are snack streets next to various restaurants to eat. The hotel service staff are also good. Everything is in place. Give me a good experience, and then Pingyao will live in his house! ! !

RRuby8383This was my favorite hotel during my Shanxi trip, and here's why: 1. The hotel is a converted old mansion, full of character. The rooms are spotless, fully smart-enabled, and stylishly designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, with a choice of two pillows of different firmness levels. The mini-fridge also comes stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. 2. The personalized and attentive service is a highlight of this boutique hotel. The staff were warm and proactive. Since we had an early train, they even prepared breakfast for us in advance. On our arrival day, they offered us delicious wontons for lunch to tide us over. 3. The location is excellent, not far from the North Gate, making it super convenient for exploring the ancient city. 4. The hotel provides complimentary transfers to and from the train station in a Mercedes van equipped with massage seats – they've really invested in top-notch amenities. 5. The value for money is outstanding. With such amenities and service, it's absolutely worth every penny. I'll definitely be back!

MMengyunThis hotel boasts an excellent location within the ancient city walls, right by the pedestrian street. The service was impeccable; after parking at the north gate, two hotel staff members met us with a cart to help with our luggage. They then escorted us on a scenic vehicle directly to the hotel entrance. The hotel itself is incredibly picturesque, perfect for photos in traditional attire. It's quiet and elegant, truly making you feel like you've stepped back in time. All the facilities are new, featuring smart home technology, yet maintaining an authentic ancient Chinese style. The breakfast was plentiful, light, and nutritious, offering a good variety of meats, vegetables, and whole grains. Other meals can be ordered à la carte. I really love this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to Pingyao! Many thanks to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality!

JJiebudiaodejimoThe location is great, nestled between Yingxun Gate (South Gate) and Shangxi Gate, making it convenient for sightseeing yet surprisingly quiet. The facilities are good, but what really impressed me was picture #2 [assuming this refers to a specific feature/amenity shown in a picture]. I hope they can plug in the outlets before guests check in. The buckwheat pillow was very comfortable! The service was excellent; they communicated in advance about pickup/drop-off and even offered to drive me to attractions. Breakfast was abundant, featuring local specialties like Pingyao beef. It was well-balanced and tasty. The menu changed over the two days, though for me, there was a bit too much meat. If a full buffet isn't feasible, perhaps offering an à la carte menu where guests can choose their items would help reduce waste. And the cats at the hotel are adorable!

TTobiFWe had a late pickup from the train station and were very warmly welcomed. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the next day we were even brought back to the station. The hotel is located right in the center of the old town, so all major sights and restaurants are just a short walk away. The location is perfect for exploring the historic Pingyao old town while still being able to enjoy a quiet atmosphere in the evening. We had a really great stay in Pingyao. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and very attentive. The staff speaks English, which made communication easy and pleasant. We especially liked that breakfast was even brought to our room.

GGuest UserAn incredible stay in Pingyao, made even more special by the wonderful hosts of this beautiful hotel. The setting is deeply traditional, stunning during the day and truly magical at night when the lanterns light up the courtyard, creating a peaceful and charming atmosphere. The hosts, a lovely couple, are exceptionally kind and generous. They provided great advice on exploring the city, recommended excellent local spots to discover Pingyao and Shanxi cuisine, and were always ready to help make our stay as smooth as possible. I would recommend staying at least three nights to fully enjoy the city and perhaps explore some of the nearby temples. And before you leave, don’t forget to pick up a bottle of the homemade vinegar produced at the hotel—it’s a unique and memorable souvenir!

GGuest UserThe room is the same as Atour. It is large and spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the room is cleaned very well, and the location is also good. It is right next to Pingyao Railway Station and close to the west gate of Pingyao Ancient City. It is also convenient to see Pingyao and see Pingyao. You can walk to it. The family room I booked includes breakfast for two, and the front desk also added breakfast for the child for free. The front desk service is in place. They booked a chartered car tour service for Pingyao Ancient City for us. There were 8 of us, and the price was 270 yuan, including the guide's explanation and the sightseeing car. It was a good deal. There were elderly people in the group, and we didn't want to work too hard. Fortunately, we made an appointment, otherwise the young people wouldn't be able to bear it. The ancient city is not small. Without a guide, it was a bit confusing to find the route. It was easy to go the wrong way. I walked around at night and got a general idea of where to go. When I checked out, they proactively reminded me to scan the code and enter the license plate number. Free parking was provided, and souvenirs were prepared. It was very good. I will renew my I8 reservation if I have the chance.

GGuest UserThe hotel's service and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch! We were traveling with two young children, so we pushed the twin beds together. This is the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel where they even cleaned *under* the beds – it was incredibly impressive! I genuinely recommend this place; the price is also very reasonable. The attention to detail is fantastic! Other areas are just as good, no need to even mention them. As soon as we got out of the car, the security guard helped us with our luggage, which was great service. The price was acceptable, the room was clean, and they even gave us a complimentary snack package. The gym and self-service laundry room on the fourth floor were also excellent.

GGuest UserPingyao Yundingxuan truly exceeded our expectations! This ancient courtyard, a former Shanxi merchant's residence, has an incredible atmosphere, perfect for amazing photos. The location is superb, right on West Street in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of 'Impression Pingyao' and all major attractions – super convenient for sightseeing and dining. The hotel offers free pickup and drop-off at the city gate, helps with luggage, and provides thoughtful and attentive service. They patiently explained sightseeing routes and even assisted with discounted bookings for 'Impression Pingyao' tickets, saving us time and effort. The rooms are clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The courtyard is quiet and tranquil, making it a very reassuring stay for both elderly guests and children. The amenities are comprehensive, and the breakfast is authentic. It offers incredible value for money. It's definitely the top choice for family trips to Pingyao. Highly recommended; we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Pingyao.

The location is just a few minutes' walk from the most lively South Street in the ancient city. The environment inside the homestay is unique. The wind of the rich Shanxi merchants' courtyard is blowing in the face. It is very suitable for girls to change clothes and take pictures. The room is also clean and comfortable. The towels and bath towels are all disposable. The boss is very enthusiastic. He helped me upgrade the room, recommended the tour route and dining spots, and gave me a gift when I left.
