"The hotel isn't far from the train station, so it was really easy to get there by taxi. The hotel's facilities and service were both good. There are restaurants, supermarkets, fruit stores, and pharmacies nearby. We had dinner at Ga Zhang Wa BBQ right across from the hotel, and it was a very satisfying stay overall."

"Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great. However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty. The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside. The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building. The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty) Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff."

"Chateau was truly worthy of its reputation. While Beijing was experiencing a scorching 40℃ (104°F) heatwave in August, our family arrived at the famous summer retreat. The moment we stepped out of the car, the 20℃ (68°F) temperature immediately affirmed that our travel choice was spot on. Since we'd be taking a high-speed train later, we opted for the newly opened Hampton by Hilton, which is very close to the high-speed rail station. The hotel even offered complimentary shuttle service, which significantly boosted my impression. The hotel staff were enthusiastic, and the service personnel always greeted us with a smile. It was great value for money; we came with high expectations and left just as pleased, with absolutely no regrets. Worth it! Beautiful Xining, I believe I will visit again!"

"Regarding the extended stay, I'll just briefly add to this review since I already covered it in my previous post. The room was quite spacious, with a convenience store and late-night snacks downstairs. It's right next to Beichuan Wanda Plaza, making it convenient to buy things. The room was cleaned quite well, but there was no air conditioning, and the hairdryer was too weak and kept malfunctioning. The room key needed to be refreshed at the front desk every day, which was too troublesome, especially for guests staying for several days. After all, the hotel front desk isn't on the first floor and isn't visible upon entering; I had to go to the 43rd floor first to get to my room's floor. The front desk service was quite good, so overall it was acceptable."

"This hotel is at the good location . There are bus stop which be very near with this hotel . The bedroom is very clean and very high quality ( 4 stars hotel , AAAA for me ) But the price is not expensive, I recommend everyone to stay here . Thank you for hotel staff . Everyone of hotel staff are helpful , polite and professional staff . I may come back to stay here again in the future if I have opportunities. "Came here for the May Day holiday. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the train station, and many day tours meet up here. I probably booked early, because the price was great too. All sorts of facilities are available, including a weighing scale, safe, and bathrobes. The disposable toiletries are very convenient, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The hotel reception is upstairs, and you can store luggage on the first floor, even for free before and after check-in. There are also public seats and restrooms on the first floor, which is very handy."
