"The room was great! My kids absolutely loved the slide and building blocks in the room. The high floor offered a nice view of the wetland park next door. Parking downstairs was a bit tight and you had to pay for it yourself. There were plenty of dining options nearby, and we could even get food delivered to our room."

My only complaint is that there are too few elevators, so you often have to wait several rounds to get on one, especially during breakfast."

"This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, very close to the shopping area, so getting around is a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent. Check-in was very efficient, and any issues were resolved quickly. Parking was also convenient, and the hotel's robot service was very thoughtful, delivering things was super convenient. Overall, it's excellent value for money, with complete and new facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area."

"The hotel room and its bathroom are very large spacious and they would meet four star hotel standard if they were kept clean and well maintained. But the carpet throughout the hotel needs to be changed and only one (and two later) out of four elevators was (were) working that caused big problems when all room were occupied. Guest reported the problem to the local police and a second elevator started to work one day later. Overall a great asset but very poor managed."
