"Facilities: The room facilities are well-equipped, especially the electric curtains which are very convenient. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy. We stayed for 2 nights and cleaning service was arranged for the second day. Environment: A standard river-view room, with the Tuo River right outside the window. It was not noisy at all at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. Service: The owners are both very nice people. Communication was seamless, and they patiently told us the best travel routes and tips to avoid tourist traps. The tickets for the Phoenix Grand Theatre were also booked by the owner at a reasonable price, and most importantly, the seats were excellent. High-speed rail station pick-up: The owner arrived at the high-speed rail station early and personally drove us to the hotel. Miao Village tickets around Phoenix Ancient Town: The owner gave us free tickets for a Miao Village day trip with two options to choose from. We went to Lahao Miao Village and saw the magnificent 100-meter flying waterfall. What's more, the tickets included lunch, which saved us the trouble of arranging our own meals."

"The B&B is really close to the ancient town, and they offer a super thoughtful pick-up/drop-off service. Our river-view room had its own balcony and was spacious and clean. Staying in June, we didn't encounter any mosquitoes, which was lovely. At night, the view of the ancient town's river scenery was absolutely stunning! The owner (auntie) and the butler (young man) were both incredibly kind and even gave us great recommendations for delicious food and fun routes to explore. Our stay this time was fantastic; it truly felt like a home away from home!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A perfect 10 stay. The hotel is beautiful, right in the city center and surrounded by a magical setting. The room was gorgeous, impeccably clean, and everything was meticulously maintained. But the best part, without a doubt, was the service. The staff were incredibly kind to us. We had been traveling through China for several days and had laundry to do; they helped us wash and dry it, and the next day it was ready for us to continue our trip. We also lost a bag on the train, and they were constantly checking on us, helping us with everything until we found it. They even lent us umbrellas when we needed them and came out to meet us when we arrived by taxi. We felt incredibly well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Perfect location, a beautiful place, and above all, exceptional service. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended! ❤️"

"The B&B is well-equipped, and there is a small balcony in the room that offers a partial view of the ancient city. I live there alone and it is quite comfortable. The boss is very good at providing services, and will patiently help you solve any difficulties you may have. The only downside is that the sewer in my bathroom is clogged, which causes water to accumulate easily when I take a shower. However, this is easy to solve, and I hope the boss will take it seriously to avoid the next traveler from encountering the same problem."
