"Facilities: The hotel is quite new with good facilities, definitely one of the newest in Cancun. Hygiene: Pretty good, no insects. The location is a bit far, you need to enter a separate grand island. Environment: Although it's not beachfront, the lagoon is quite beautiful. You can see the distant ocean from the golf course side. The downside is that you need to take a shuttle to the beach, it's quite a walk. The beach club view is really nice though. The food at the various restaurants is all decent, and they're not hard to book directly through the app. The lunch buffet is actually very good, with top-quality seafood. The Mexican and Mediterranean restaurants taste good. The app also shows many daily activities, which are quite fun; you can participate if you're bored."

"The facilities, staff service, etc. are all the best. In particular, the sea in front of the resort is fantastic. There is a facility to rinse with water after playing in the pool or at the beach, and I think the consideration of turning on hot water is the basic mind of the hotel. The various daily events were also good. I will leave with good memories."

"Excellent hotel, all services are perfect to relax and enjoy your vacation, with amazing swimming pools. I truly consider it an outstanding resort. They also offer great activities and a very personalized service. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Note about prices (they vary a lot): I stayed here during the low season and paid around $120–150 per night, which was a great deal. During the high season, however, in the week of Thanksgiving, I paid around $400 per night… which was crazy in my opinion, but I did it for my girlfriend 😅 The only downside is that pool bar prices are very expensive, and the same applies to the restaurants inside the resort. A big plus: there is a small Starbucks and a mini supermarket on the ground floor, which is extremely convenient."

"LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time. I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge. They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know. I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation. I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered... I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult. My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim. If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined. Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests. He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel. The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heaven♡ I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt. First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison. The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind. Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^ Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service. There are a variety of things to enjoy, including classes, spas, laser shows, performances, and more. The private beach is also kept very clean. I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places. So much so that my husband is thinking about living at Le Blanc for a month.. haha. When a picky and strict Korean man thinks about the LeBlanc Flex, his mouth hurts. "All meals, drinks and afternoon tea are included. The buffet does not require reservations, and the opening hours are very long. Mexican restaurants, Italian restaurants, and seafood restaurants need to reserve seats at 9:00 in the morning. In addition to the full sense of ceremony, the meal volume is small and small. "If the total score is 10 points, I would say this hotel is about 7-7.5. Food: average. There is no highlight but it is not unpalatable. The best restaurant is Blue Water Grill, for Mediterranean food. The second is Vista Prime for steak. Definitely don't order the Picanha. You're right to order beef tenderloin. Let’s just say this for other restaurants, it’s OK to be full and don’t expect too much. Mexicans love to use cream🧈. If you are afraid of getting fat, be careful hahaha. Stay: Very satisfied. Nothing to fault. The 24-hour room service is very convenient. The room is very clean. This time I stayed in a room with a small swimming pool (footbath). It was OK for taking pictures, but it was a really useless facility. Drinks: The drinks are all delicious. The wine was also given generously. I don’t have the trembling hands like the cafeteria aunties hahaha. People who don’t drink can make them virgin. It tastes the same but without the alcohol. Beach: A very small beach 🏖️. Just a few short steps. There are a lot of seaweeds. If you have beach shoes, I recommend bringing them because there are many shells and disintegrated corals in the water🪸. There are some marine activities included but I didn't see anyone using them. It's OK to come here once, but if I had to come back a second time, I wouldn't do it because there are no highlights. "I spent 3 night. The first night the fridge was not working and I went to the reception but was told it’s will be fixed in the morning. Someone came in the morning and checked and said its working.I came back from the pool and the fridge was not working. I went to the reception twice . They told me again that someone will come and check. The next day which was my last day. I went to the reception and requested to speak with a manager. The supervisor on duty was Alan. He apologized and offer me a new room for the night and allowed me for a late check out the next day."

"I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!"

"It was an all-inclusive hotel for families. There are many types of restaurants and the food is delicious, so I was able to spend time without getting bored of the food. I was able to leave my luggage, change my clothes, and enjoy my meals before the check-in time, and I was grateful for the flexibility."
