"It's in a good location in the hot spring town, but both the exterior and interior are quite old. Towels are provided, but no other amenities. We recommend bringing slippers or other sandals along with shampoo and toothbrushes. (There are foot baths around the hotel, so you can use them outside the room as well.) Hot spring water flows in the room. The bathtub is quite deep. It takes a while for the water to heat up, so it's best to check the temperature before filling it. The reception staff are friendly and have a homely feel."

"The support attitude of the B&B is friendly and thoughtful, the surrounding environment is quiet, there is a children's area and a public rest area, the decoration is warm, and there is an elevator, making it suitable for a family and the elderly to vacation together. The room is spacious and soundproofed well. There is also a large garden outside the B&B with outdoor swings and bicycle trails. It is a great experience! I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Yilan! 👍🏻"

"The views are amazing, and the shared kitchen is super practical! They have a great variety of beautiful utensils, perfect for cooking simple meals. They even provide a corkscrew. On the first floor, the common area has a first-aid kit and plays soothing music. Besides a Marshall speaker and a Dyson hairdryer, they thoughtfully provide facial masks, sanitary pads, panty liners, and bath salts in the room. The tea bags are even Twinings! ✨ Breakfast is delivered to your room, and I highly recommend the Chinese breakfast (we both thought it was better). My only small suggestion would be to add conditioner, but overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic!"

"Got some hiccups during self check-in. I provided my honest opinions yet apparently they weren't appreciated. Since then I got no or whatsoever responses from the staff. Overall the location was okay. About 15min walk to the train/bus station. 5-10 mins more to the night market (on the opposite side of the train station). It was clean though there was a damp smell when I first opened the door to my windowless shared room. There were only three guests including me (2 were placed next to me) so it was quiet. But I can imagine how hectic it can be if it gets full, with only two showers and 2 toilets. Good you can put food in the fridge and there is also a washing machine. Just a note for all visitors. CCTVs can be found in all public places."
