"Stayed here for one night during my trip to Manila and honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The AC worked perfectly (which is super important in Manila 😅), and the building facilities were great — there’s a swimming pool, gym, and pretty much everything you’d need. It felt very convenient and easy. The host was responsive and the whole process was smooth from check-in to check-out. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting. Highly recommend!"

GGuest UserGood overnight stay. Bed was fine, room was clean and just the right size, view was of the Manila bay. They stopped giving plastic amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) and have the dispensers already which helps reduce plastic waste. Water pressure in the toilet and shower is good. In room dining service was also fine, they were busy during breakfast which is normal and the food reached us exactly after 45 minutes. Tried the rooftop bar and there was ample selection of drinks, view was relaxing and air was cool last night. Really convenient to have a connecting walkway from the 4th floor of the hotel to Ayala Mall Manila Bay. All staff were friendly and polite and greeted us if we see them along the hall. Would have been better if they allowed at least up to 1pm late checkout.

GGuest UserWhen i book the hotel what i have in mind is a place for us to enjoy after not seeing my husband for two years we opted to stay in Manila instead of going for vacation. I look for a hotel that will suit us and judging from the pictures it has all the ammenities that we expect from a hotel. Also the reviews were highly rated but when we get to the hotel the construction is not complete. The room does not have the complete furniture. Not even a trash container for cooking left overs and trash bins should have a cover, because when we get in the room we fly roaming our place. . It feels like renting a condo unit rather than a hotel. In order to contact the front desk you have to scan a qr code and do it online, its so incovenient, having a physical phone is much better than having to contact online. Eating options were very limited as there was no stanby reastaurant and neither nearby restaurants or stores..With our booking , breakfast was not included but it would have been okay if we have enjoyed all the ameneties and services that we expect for the price we pay. Now i feel, having not enjoyed what i saw from the pictures on the website,its very much pricey that i could have have opted to a much better hotel with a little bit price difference like SEDA by the bay which we stayed previously. Construction was onging and if you wanted to relax dyring the day it was impossible due to construction noise. Only 4 floors were operating out of 12. My advice to the property do not open a hotel when its incomplete..it will disappoint your guests. We didnt enjoyed what we have paid ,but thanks to the very accomodating staff at the reception, Riann, Zelle,Aya, khaye and sir Tauro, the night shift team , including the guard, truly an asset to the property. Perhaps when the construction is done we can say its worth the pay.

TtzelWe had a great stay so far but on the first night of our stay we can hear so much noise of the children from the next room late at night and on the early morning about 5am. The sound proofing was really poor that you can hear the next door blinds up and down. But on the second day of our stay it was great as the next room people had gone😀

PPaul.PCozy place. Enough space for solo or couples. Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process. Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved. Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

GGuest UserFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
