"New and comfortable hotel in the very center of Seestadt directly opposite the metro station of U2 line, which would take us to the central part of Vienna in less than half an hour. We stayed a whole week in room 1802 with a beautiful view of the local lake, visiting our daughter who is a student in Vienna. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, including two Asian, an Italian and a Turkish one. Bakery for coffee, breakfast and cakes as part of the same building where the hotel is. Great value for money since we paid very inexpensive rate. And my favourite part of this review for a happy end now: Those two guys at the reception desk were brilliant - so friendly and helpful every time we needed their assistance! Remember, if you want fresh towels, room cleaning, and so on, you could and should ask them."

"We stayed in Habyt for 2 nights and were very pleasantly surprised to know that the hotel was opened a couple of days. It is still brand new! We were among the first ones to stay here. The room was perfectly clean and new. We were welcomed with small gifts and as a bonus we also had some breakfast snacks. The hotel is located in the new community area and has access to all main attractions. There is a tram and metro nearby. The only drawback is that there was only 1 nearby supermarket which was also closed on Sunday. Overall we enjoyed our stay!"
