This is a lovely hotel. There’s no doubt about it however there are a couple of things that I think they need to pay attention to. We were travelling across Europe and I telephoned and emailed the hotel to ask about parking. We were told to park in the local car park at €9 per day equal in €18 for our two day stay. However, as I was at the reception, I heard the receptionist advising the guests after me that to park on the road at the weekend is free ! I did mention this to the receptionist and said I’m a little bit disappointed that I not only had called but you had emailed me to advise me to park in the parking place and it’s a point of principle really to be given the correct information, especially when an inquiry is made .
The hotel is modern and clean. It also has its own bar downstairs and provides tea and coffee and a complementary bottle of water. However, on the second day there was no tea or coffee provided. When I asked the reception they did give me some tea and coffee but when I got back up to the room I realised I also didn’t have any sugar or spoons or milk! I feel that in a four-star hotel, the Fraleys they could do is to replenish the stocks if necessary . There were also no body lotion or tissues in our room. All these little details make a big difference to the comfort of a guest. Yes, we can go down to reception and request these items but the whole point is that really you just want to relax in your room when you are there .
The hotel is in a very close distance to Vienna city and was just a 10 minute underground ride (U3).

Stay at the ibis budget Wien Sankt Marx in one of our modern Double or Twin Rooms with flat-screen TV, shower and WC, and air conditioning. The hotel is easily accessible from the A23 highway. There is a subway station just 5 minutes walk away, and the city center is 10 minutes away. Large indoor car park available at low prices. Free WIFI throughout the hotel, free Internet corner and our great value, all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast awaits you every morning.

Great value for money. The location is also pretty good. Breakfast is just okay, but for this price, it's totally acceptable.

Discover a hotel with an innovative design and playful soul at rates that make it accessible to all. Located on the east of Vienna only 9 minutes away from the city center where you can discover the beautiful old town. Definitely recommended for solo travellers as it is accessible via Erdberg train station (3 mins walk) and close to Billa convenience store so you can come here and grab a quick bite or breakfast to go if you opt out of hotel breakfast, and there is a coffee shop in train station. This is a commercial area so there was not much choices for restaurants, but it is only 15mins to city center. Amenities in room may not be as complete (there were no closet, iron, kettle) as a normal hotel but they are available in common areas. Room is small but cozy, which is nice for solo travellers. The staffs were really attentive and helpful 24/7. They also allow space and lockers for storing luggage 24/7. The small breakfast buffet was pretty goo with a variety of choices for a small hotel.

Overall, a good stay for the price. The hotel was very clean, which we really appreciated. The location is convenient with public transport nearby, making it easy to get around Vienna. Service was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were sufficient for a short stay. It’s a simple, budget-friendly hotel, but it offers good value for money

This was great for us as we needed a hotel to catch a flight the following morning.
Checking in was smooth and staff were friendly. The rooms were very clean and modern with tea/coffee facilities.
The breakfast was plentiful and varied. It was easy to get to the airport the next day.
It is situated in a place with lots of places to eat.
You won't find any unnecessary frills with us. Who needs a dusty room phone when you can text our front office via Facebook Messenger?! Not you? Then you've come to the right place! We got rid of the things you don’t need and concentrate on the things that really matter!

This hotel is very close to Vienna's main train station. If you exit from the eastern entrance of the station, it's about a 100-meter walk. We planned to stay near the main station because we were taking a train to the airport shortly after, so we didn't really need to buy public transport tickets. The hotel environment is very clean, and the lobby on the ground floor is spacious. Check-in starts at 3 PM, and we arrived just before 3 PM and they checked us in. You can check in using the self-service machine or by handing your passport to the front desk staff for manual check-in. I chose manual check-in, as it was hassle-free. In Austria, there's a city tax for accommodation. Since the price we booked through Ctrip already included the city tax, we didn't have to pay anything extra upon check-in. Further inside is the breakfast area. I didn't want a Western-style breakfast, so I didn't pay extra for it (breakfast is 18 Euros per person, and children are a bit cheaper at 8.9 Euros). The room was very clean. We booked a 'design room,' and it was very spacious. We could open both our suitcases on the floor and still have plenty of room. Regarding the price, we paid 1665 RMB for two nights, which is about 200 Euros. For a hotel near the train station, this is quite good value for money. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the heating was sufficient, so no worries there. The only thing is about hot water: there's no kettle in the room. There's a self-service hot water dispenser in the lobby where you check in. I basically filled both my water cups every time I went, and you can adjust the temperature yourself (first long-press to unlock, then set the temperature and volume, and finally press start). During my stay, I didn't see many people using it. Maybe everyone bought bottled water. As it was winter, I needed warm water, so I went to get water every morning and evening, except when I was out. If the water ran out, you could tell the staff, and they would refill it – it's tap water that's instantly heated by the machine. We were two adults and one child (10 years old). When booking on Ctrip, you have to enter the child's age, so this hotel was recommended as suitable for families. However, younger children don't need to register their passports. The bed was large enough for us. The room was exactly as shown in the online pictures, so I won't upload any. I did upload a picture of the instructions for the water dispenser. Oh, and after check-in, Ctrip will send you an email with an English check-in voucher, so even if you have communication issues, you can just show the voucher to the staff.

Obsługa hotelu na wysokim poziomie, brak problemu z komunikacją w językach angielskim i polskim. Pokój całkiem duży, dobrze wyposażony, czyste ręczniki, zestaw do parzenia herbaty, zestaw kosmetyków. Świetna lokalizacja. Hotel bardzo blisko linii metra U3, którą można w kilkanaście minut dostać się na stare miasto, a także w odległości około 1 km do stacji kolejowej, z której można dostać się na lotnisko w 15 minut.

Do you want to combine a city trip to Vienna with a wellness, fitness or beach holiday? Then you are at the right address at the Vienna Sporthotel.
During the day, visit the sights of Vienna that can be reached in a few minutes with the nearby subway and then end the day at the 12 X 20 m swimming pool. Visit the sauna (separate women's area available), steam bath, fitness room or book a free tennis court. Your advantage as a hotel guest: all this and also a sun lounger, a bath towel and, if you wish, a bathrobe are included in the room price. So you don't have to pay extra for all these amenities.
The Vienna Sporthotel has a restaurant serving international and Italian cuisine and a bar in the lobby. When the weather is nice, you can dine outdoors on the restaurant's terrace or have your drinks served directly to the pool or the relaxation area in the SPA.
The Vienna Sporthotel is located in a quiet area in Vienna's 3rd district and can be reached quickly by car via the A4 and A23 motorways. The best thing about it: You don't have to look for a parking space, the Vienna Sporthotel has a cheap in-house garage right next to the hotel (15 €/day) and also 2 charging stations for electric cars. There is also ample free parking directly in front of the hotel on the weekends. If you arrive by plane, you can reach us from the airport in just a few minutes.
The spacious and air-conditioned rooms have a minibar, a desk and a flat-screen satellite TV with free Sky TV channels and, of course, free internet.
From April to October you can rent scooters (Vespa) at the hotel. If you have requested a garage parking space, you can use the charging station for electric cars free of charge.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights in Vienna. Location wise, it's not the most convenient. It is not within walking distance to either the main train station or the city center. The closest metro station is about a 5-7 minutes walk. It is predominantly a residential area but there are some good and cheap eateries near the metro station. The hotel is part of a sports club (hence the name Sportshotel). There is a restaurant in the hotel which serves great food at reasonable price. The hotel also has a sauna which is free for guests of the hotel to use but I haven't tried it.
The room itself is quite spacious with the usual amenities minus a kettle (so can't make coffee or tea in your room)! Not sure whether this is typical for all hotels but other hotels I've stayed in neighboring countries all have kettle. It is very clean with daily cleaning. It has a big window which gets quite a bit of sunlight and a safe to store valuables.
With a stay at smartments Wien Hauptbahnhof in Vienna (Favoriten), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Vienna State Opera and Belvedere. This eco-certified aparthotel is 3.7 mi (5.9 km) from Schönbrunn Palace and 1.9 mi (3 km) from Hofburg Imperial Palace.
Make use of convenient amenities, which include complimentary wireless internet access and a vending machine.

I stayed at this accommodation in Vienna for 6 nights during winter and overall had a pleasant and convenient stay.
The biggest advantage is the location. It is less than a 5-minute walk from Wien Hbf/Vienna central station. If you exit the station from the Interspar supermarket side and turn left, you will quickly see the orange building, making it very easy to find even if you are arriving with luggage. Being so close to the main train station is also very convenient for getting around the city or taking day trips.
The check-in process was straightforward and efficient. I would recommend contacting the property in advance to complete the pre check-in procedure and pay any required taxes. After that, a QR code will be generated which you can use at the ipads to collect your keycards. The process was smooth and hassle-free.
There is no housekeeping service during the stay, but there is a designated room where guests can take additional essentials such as towels if needed. There is also hot water available in the lobby, which is useful if you want to make a quick drink.
One thing to note is that the reception only operates on weekdays during certain hours, so it is good to check the schedule beforehand in case you need assistance.
In terms of drawbacks, the room does not have air conditioning. Because of this, I would not recommend staying here during the summer months. We kept the window open at night, which meant there was some street noise, although it was still manageable and did not affect our sleep too much.
Another small issue was that the hairdryer in the room was quite sticky. I’m not sure if this is the case for all rooms or just the one I stayed in.
Overall, it’s a good option for travelers looking for a practical and well-located place to stay, especially if proximity to the main train station is important.

GGuest UserHarry's Home Wein Millennium Tower was a nice hotel stay for me. The location was good, next to the Danube river and right above a shopping mall. Also, was only a 3 minute walk to the metro train into the city center (or other places in Vienna).
The front desk young woman was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel, and my room were clean and spacious. Several big windows had a nice view out. I did not eat the hotel breakfast due to my personal time schedule, but there is a large grocery store directly below the hotel that is open from 7:40 am until 8 pm that was good. Also, right outside the hotel entrance/exit you can take the skywalk in the mall across to the mall foodcourt with several options.
I felt the hotel was a good value for the money, and much cheaper than staying in the city center of Vienna. I was able to take the metro and tram into that area in about 25 minutes or so. Overall, I was pleased with the staff, the location, my room, etc and I would stay there again if I am back in Vienna.
GGuest UserThis was the most satisfying hotel among all the places I stayed in across four cities in three Eastern European countries. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with standard amenities for a star-rated hotel, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is also quite good; it's roughly a 20-minute walk to the main city center, and Belvedere Palace is just 6-8 minutes away on foot. I found the cleanliness, service, and overall environment to be excellent, and it offers outstanding value for money. However, if you prefer not to walk as much, you might consider staying closer to the city center. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, tasteful interiors, spacious rooms with balcony, very clean, superb personnel and great location in front of Schönbrunn Castle gardens and close to U4 line to the City Centre (about 15min by subway to reach Karlsplatz/Opera/Ringstr).
With my highest recommendations.
GGuest UserPositives:The location of the hotel is wonderful. You can walk to everywhere in city center. Also the train station where the train comes from airport is 3 minutes to walk.
Negatives: The bed was a little old, right side was softer.
Check in time should be 14.00. 16.00 is late for tired passengers.
Overall 9:10
YYukiLily(*´∀`*)The hotel's location is excellent! There's a bridge nearby that leads directly to the city center, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Black Death Tower, making it very convenient for getting around.
The service and facilities are genuinely great. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the staff were very polite, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The facilities are quite comprehensive; there's a steamer for ironing clothes, and the room has a fridge stocked with still water, sparkling water, and other drinks, which are replenished during room cleaning – a thoughtful touch. Slippers are also provided, and the bathroom amenities are well-stocked.
The room size is just right. There's enough space to open a suitcase and still have room to sit and relax without feeling cramped.
A nice bonus is the JBL alarm clock in the room, which can connect via Bluetooth to play music. It's perfect for listening to music when waking up in the morning or unwinding at night.

PpharmacistoffdutyWe have a international flight at 10am and they are so kind to allow us to have our breakfast before 630am. So grateful for the kitchen staff. The room is slightly smaller than the previous one we stay, but it's alright. Heater in the room is working fine. Location is spectacularly convenient right opposite the train station. Will definitely come back
XXinglinccOn a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!
GGuest UserThe room was not cleaned so I called the property support, they asked for photos and send cleaners to clean it. But it took more than one hour and they didn’t accept to provide me another room although there were lots of available rooms, saying that it is not in their authority. Generally it is a kinda property being managed remotely, so don’t expect everything to be Ok.
LLeonardo Sant AnnaWell-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
