"Nice area super convenient, I booked for private room and yes ! I do love the view. I enjoyed the rooftop and all activities , so much fun. The price is reasonable."
"Absolutely brilliant location! Close to most places or a short walk away from the rest. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful on checking in. Room was great - comfy bed, good view and no issues with noise like other reviews have stated. Air conditioning didn’t work at first as the filter is in desperate need of a clean but otherwise no issues. For the location and the price, I would definitely stay here again!"
"We were upgraded to a king room without asking which was a lovely surprise , staff are very helpful & friendly, room was made up every day, bathroom lovely and clean, spotless white towels & bedding, buffet breakfast very good! The hotel is currently upgrading its lifts, the dining room & reception very clean but looking tired. Hotel is in an excellent position for the theatre district."
"We had an excellent stay! The reception staff was incredibly kind and even allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable, although it was a bit small. The location was great—it was central and close to many famous cafes. We could walk to key parts of the city in 10-15 minutes, and there were also free trams in the area. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options, including omelettes, nuts, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit juice, etc."
"Visit the hotel for my business and the property location was great. Everyone very friendly. On checkout the hotel gm was in the lobby helping me out."
"Friendly receptionists with a cozy lobby area. Guest rooms are large with sufficient cutlery and furnishings. The washroom is a bit small and should be refreshed more thoroughly."
"I had a fantastic stay at Ibis Styles Kingsgate Hotel. Everything about my experience was excellent. • Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were spotless and well-maintained. It really made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. • Location: Perfectly situated, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions, shops, and transport. • Service: The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. • Amenities: All the facilities I needed were available and in great condition, adding convenience and comfort to my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers. Excellent value and a wonderful experience!"

Amazing
GGuest UserYering Gorge cottages is a bit of the way out of the city, but it is found within a gold course which is frequented by wild kangaroos, so the scenery is amazing and is a wonderful experience to be in nature with the free-ranging kangaroos. Breakfast is provided and it consists of bread, muesli, milk, orange, yoghurt. There’s a BBQ set on the balcony which is nice. A few things to note: the toilet is very cold in winter ,without a radiator, there are currently no laundry facilities, and the wifi is spotty.
GGuest UserWe are a family of 5 adult and 1 infant, and we booked 2 rooms separately. We primarily chose this hotel because of the good location next to the domestic terminal and a not-so-expensive price point (compared to Parkroyal which was directly opposite the hotel). The rooms were decently-sized, nothing too luxurious as it catered mainly to travellers transferring in the airport. The hotel had a massive gym, which was surprisingly given that it was mostly empty but they had all kinds of equipment catering to all body parts. We also had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was OK. Not the best food, but at least it filled out stomachs with the standard spread of Western food - fruits, bread, eggs and bacons etc. All in all, would recommend this hotel if you are transitioning at Melbourne for a night and looking for an affordable yet not too shabby place to sleep!
GGuest UserPerfect stay for a simple trip. Stayed at the single bed room. The room is small but just enough for my short stay. Room was clean & it has everything you expected for a budget hotel: Tea/coffee, milk on the fridge and toileteries. Wifi speed is good for browsing (Approx 40-50Mbps) The only downside is: Their hotel key is using old technology and easily demagnetised. I happen to put it next to my Airpods and it loses the magnetism.
GGuest UserThe location is perfect. Lots of eateries and shops around. Great view. Room was clean and staff were amazing. Two of the window latches and the ice cube tray were broken. Otherwise it was great. By the way, I am still waiting for the pre-authorised deposit back. Read some reviews that can be difficult or take long to get that back, hopefully it will not be this case as I really wanna book this hotel again.
GGuest UserPerfect location and an excellent place to stay. The hotel facilities are practically brand new, and both the reception staff and housekeeping team were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I stayed for more than a week and thoroughly enjoyed my time at this serviced apartment. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and had everything I needed. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
GGuest UserAwesome apartment stay at Arrow on Spencer. Warmly welcome by the friendly and helpful front desk officer. The apartment was spacious comfort with well-equipped amenities. Located in the cbd (free tram zone) next to Southern cross station, perfect location for eateries and groceries. Luggages can be stored before check in time.
BBokkie TruongThe reception, the lounge and communal kitchen is lovely and gives a warm and welcoming feeling. The gym is spacious and adequate equipment in good condition. Rooms are nice but like a usual hotel room. The large windows gave a nice view over the street and trees below. Location is next to many Asian restaurants and close to supermarkets. Trams and busses outside and two main railway stations relatively nearby.
