I recently spent five nights (four days) at this wonderful property, and overall, it was an outstanding experience. The Hospitality The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the host. He was incredibly hospitable and always on hand to assist us at a moment's notice. Whether we needed extra amenities or a quick replacement for something in the room, he dealt with it immediately. Furthermore, his local knowledge was invaluable; he provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing and dining, and he went above and beyond to help resolve a few personal issues we encountered during our trip. The Location The location is perfect—smack-bang in the middle of everything. Because it is so centrally located, you have attractions to both the left and the right, meaning nothing is ever too far away. It serves as a brilliant base for exploring the area. Points to Note While I would still give this stay a full 10/10, there are a few things to be aware of: Noise Levels: Due to the stunning views, the property is quite exposed to the sounds of the local traffic and passing cruises. There was also some ongoing construction noise nearby, which is understandable given the area's development, but it’s worth noting if you are a light sleeper. Facilities: The laundry facilities are a bit limited, with only one small washing machine available. A couple more machines would definitely be a welcome addition for guests . Summary Despite the minor noise issues, the place is absolutely awesome. The warmth of the host and the convenience of the location far outweigh any downsides. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

This newly opened Hilton is incredibly close to the airport, and you can walk to Xingsheng Bridge to see Erhai Lake in just 10 minutes, making its city location extremely convenient. You can tell the hotel's decor is top-notch; the lobby is spacious and grand, the color scheme is pleasing, and the rooms are tidy with quality materials. Even though it's new, there was barely any lingering smell in the room, which was very reassuring. We actually arrived two days earlier, and to our surprise, we happened to see Guo Yuxin and Wang Haozhen, lead actors from Hongguo Short Drama, filming in the hotel lobby. Looks like this Hilton has some serious clout!

The hotel is worry-free as it provides proper facilities I can rely on. My food deliveries were even sent to my room by a robot. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. ---

The service was incredible. Everyone went out of their way to help me and make my trip as relaxing and fun as possible. Everything available was included in the price. They had a lovely selection of drinks and food available at all times. The room is so beautiful and the view is phenomenal. Breakfast was also delicious. Very close to the railway station. Tourist destinations are a little far.

Excellent service by the staff and very comfortable room with a beautiful view of Erhai Lake. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast which had a good spread of local Yunnan food and western food as well. The amenities (gym and spa) were decent as well. It is located a distance away from the ancient town but is easy to get a taxi there.

A Memorable Seaside Retreat at Dali Shushanju Seaview Holiday Villa (Bohai Branch) My stay at Dali Shushanju Seaview Holiday Villa was truly exceptional, thanks largely to the attentive and accommodating Lady Boss. She was incredibly intuitive to our needs, providing full and heartfelt service throughout our visit. From sharing delicious breakfast and afternoon tea with us to offering thoughtful amenities, her hospitality made us feel truly cared for. The facilities were excellent—especially the washing clothes area, which was very convenient. While the dryer was slightly slower than expected, I completely understand that it’s designed to protect the clothes, and it didn’t diminish the overall experience. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered one of the best views of the sea—absolutely breathtaking and perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery. The breakfast was nutritious and served with genuine warmth, reflecting the Lady Boss’s attentive nature and dedication to guest satisfaction. Transportation arrangements were seamless and of top-notch quality, making our travel around the area effortless and comfortable. Overall, this holiday villa offers a perfect blend of comfort, scenic beauty, and heartfelt service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene seaside getaway with hosts who truly go the extra mile.

The room was nice and spacious, and the buffet breakfast was good.

Excellent stay. Very good and helpful staff who gave us an upgrade and provide great assistance during an unexpected situation. Location is very close to the train station and business district. Ancient Town and the Pagodas are a bit of a hike but we found connectivity via Didi to be easy at 35 minutes and around 40 yuans. Breakfast is amazing, we really appreciated the western options and the coffee. Special call out to the front desk team working this morning for their assistance with coordinating the delivery of our lost items from another Hilton to our next Hotel, also a Hilton. Highly recommend.

Large room , comfortable bed ,good cleanliness housekeeping breakfast was good,surrounded by lot of restaurants and shopping, reception staff are helpful and polite. Will come back again
