The lobby is spacious with plenty of seating areas, perfect for relaxing. They even have a beverage station where you can grab cookies, juice, or tea. Grace's service was exceptional! I mentioned the dry weather, and she immediately understood, bringing me two lotions and arranging for water and a humidifier to be sent to my room. 😊😊 What was especially thoughtful was that she remembered my request when I checked out and gave me a body lotion to take with me on my journey! Highly recommend!

This hotel was an absolute gem for our trip! Even though it's 2km from the subway station, there's a direct bus right outside, and a taxi ride is just the minimum fare. For travelers like us with lots of luggage, it was no problem at all, and being away from the subway's hustle and bustle made for an exceptionally quiet stay. The lobby immediately impressed us with its warm and inviting atmosphere. There's even a Cotti Coffee, which was very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful; seeing our heavy luggage, they proactively helped us carry it. Check-in was super fast, with no waiting time at all. The room decor was simple yet cozy, and the bedding was soft and clean – I instantly felt relaxed once I lay down. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries were provided. Hot water supply was consistently good, so a nice hot shower was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Furthermore, the hotel breakfast offered a fantastic variety, with both Chinese options like congee, noodles, and Western choices like bread and coffee. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great. There are also plenty of small eateries and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab food or other necessities. This stay was a perfect 10/10 experience, and if I visit this city again, I'll definitely choose this hotel! Highly recommend it to everyone!
