Before coming here, I saw reviews saying this was the best hotel they'd ever stayed in, bar none, and I thought it was a bit exaggerated. But after arriving, I realized it wasn't exaggerated at all! 😭 I just can't help but gush about it! **Environment:** The shared space in the lobby is incredibly convenient! It's a lifesaver for those working late, with 24-hour power outlets, and coffee, herbal tea, fruits, and snacks nearby. On the Lantern Festival, when I was working hard, the front desk even brought me tangyuan (sweet dumplings)! My heart just melted. 😭 Maybe it's because it's in Zhongguancun, but every evening the lobby is packed with people working and having meetings, a totally different vibe from hotels in tourist areas. 😂 **Cleanliness:** As someone who's particular about cleanliness, I couldn't find a single fault. Extremely satisfied!! **Facilities:** Smart home control throughout, plus a capsule coffee machine! There are sensor-activated floor lights under the bedside tables. The sink and shower/toilet area are separate, which is perfect for sharing with a colleague without disturbing each other. The underfloor heating is really warm, though it did make things a bit dry. The bed might be a little soft for someone with back pain. For food delivery, a small robot can bring it to your room! But I don't feel the need for delivery, as there are so many delicious places to eat just by stepping out, no matter which way you go. 😋 **Breakfast:** A wide variety of options and very tasty! They even thoughtfully label the calories for sweets and have cute children's tableware. Next time I'm in the area for business, I definitely won't hesitate to choose this place again!!

Despite the representation that I can check in by 2:00pm, I arrived at 2:05pm and was told room is not yet ready. It is only by 3:15pm that room be available. This false representation n mal-management has rocked my schedule. Nonetheless, (1) the hotel name has not yet been updated in 「百度」, not to mention other apps.; (2) the claim that the hotel is 650m from Renmin University seems misleading - it takes around 15-20 minutes to walk from the hotel to either the West gate or the East gate.

Hello, there was a female staff member at the hotel's front desk who was incredibly warm and responsible towards both the hotel and its guests. My electronic device required a British power adapter, and she kindly provided one. I'm very sorry that I forgot to return the adapter when I checked out in a hurry. My sincere apologies to the hotel.

This is my second stay at the Park Plaza Beijing Science Park, and once again, I'm very satisfied with its location. It's really close to Beihang University's Dayuncun campus, making it an excellent choice for parents visiting their children there. The Zhichunlu subway station is just over 300 meters from the hotel entrance, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful; they helped me store my luggage when I arrived early, and it was a very proper storage service. On the day I was leaving, they even extended my check-out time because I had an errand to run. The hotel environment is very quiet, and the overall stay was excellent. They currently have a tall Christmas tree in the lobby, and the buffet restaurant is also quite good.

It's a 17-minute walk from the subway station, very close to the Jiusan Society Central Committee. I asked about the swimming pool and was told I could get a gym pass at the front desk. The cafeteria is good, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the whole place is very clean. The evening 'big sale' also had reasonable prices. It's part of the Jinjiang Group.

I booked a room at your hotel and paid two days in advance. However, this stay was severely below the service standards expected of an international brand. Here are the specific issues: Firstly, the professional conduct of your staff is concerning. When I arrived early to complete the prepayment process, the front desk staff treated me with a cold attitude and eye-rolls, seemingly because of my simple attire. Their demeanor was arrogant and dismissive, completely disregarding the basic principles of guest service that a hotel should uphold, and directly contradicting the professional service image expected of a high-end establishment. Secondly, room assignments were chaotic and disorganized, indicating a lack of management efficiency. My three friends and I arrived at 3 PM on the day of check-in as agreed, but the front desk asked us to wait, citing that the rooms were not yet cleaned. They provided no clear waiting time nor any temporary arrangements. After I clearly expressed my dissatisfaction, the front desk initially suggested splitting the four of us across different floors. After I explicitly stated that we needed to be on the same floor, they informed me within just two minutes that they could arrange rooms on the same floor. This contradictory handling reveals issues with the hotel's room management procedures and poor communication, which severely impacted our check-in experience. Thirdly, the brand's competitiveness is seriously lacking. Compared to mid-range brands like All Seasons and Home Inn, your hotel, as an international high-end chain, showed significant shortcomings in service response speed, complaint resolution capabilities, and staff professionalism. It completely failed to demonstrate the service advantages expected of a high-end brand. In summary, I am deeply disappointed with this stay. I hope your hotel addresses these management loopholes, strengthens professional training for its staff, optimizes room allocation procedures, and genuinely improves service quality to avoid damaging your brand's reputation and guests' interests.

The room was clean and tidy, comfortably designed, with soft bedding and complete amenities, including a refrigerator, hairdryer, and disposable toiletries. The overall soundproofing was acceptable. Multiple charging outlets were provided to meet guests' daily needs. The toiletries were of good quality, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, and the hotel staff were very welcoming!

My experience at Manxin has been truly excellent. I only recently started staying there, but the hotels are generally in quiet locations, and the service is incredibly good, attentive, and thoughtful. It's clear that Huazhu hotels, in general, offer fantastic service. I also love the style; it has a charming, antique feel. I really, really like it!

For a weekend getaway, I headed to Haidian District and chose Atour. The hotel is situated just outside Beijing Foreign Studies University, boasting a distinct academic atmosphere. I really liked the multi-language wall art in the room – very much my style. Numerous attractions are nearby; the Summer Palace, Old Summer Palace, and National Library are all conveniently located. I look forward to experiencing Atour in other cities.

Traveling to Beijing with my parents and kids, we stayed at the Friendship Hotel and got to experience some authentic Chinese charm. The hotel is massive, quiet, and very upscale – it felt like our own little royal residence in Beijing. We had a comfortable few nights, though our itinerary was so packed we didn't get to try the swimming pool. See you next time!
